We have just renewed our contract and taken the opportunity to upgrade our telephone system and Wi-Fi. The installation team were fantastic and resolved any challenges quickly and efficiently. Delighted with the outcome. Throughout I have found their customer service to be superb and I would highly recommend any business to consider using Odyssey.

The service, help and assistance we have received from Odyssey since we starting using them in February has been excellent and you could not ask for anymore.
Have relocated our business to home addresses in the last few days due to virus lockdown and the help and assistance provided by Louise and Andrew has been brilliant and really helped us to continue to trade without to much disruption.
Certainly made the right decision to move to Odyssey and we would highly recommend them to everyone.

You only know how good a system is when you need it - Internet went down of Friday, back up system kicked in and Alan rang me from Odyssey to say there was an alert their end to say the system had failed. Alan was brilliant and followed it up Saturday morning, it was found to be a fault at the BT exchange, Thanks Alan great customer care. Michael Reed.

I wrote a review about six months ago, but as the end of the year approaches, I need to say thank you again to all the team at Odyssey.
Every one of you is truly excellent and I can honestly say you are the best comms and IT provider I have ever seen. The work done by James, Chelsie and Freya with our latest installation has been very much appreciated.
In particular, I have to say thanks to Alan Reeder. He goes above and beyond. Without him, my job would be much harder.

We have used Odyssey Systems for many years and last week had a new system installed by Sam & Jake. Moving from ISDN to SIP made us nervous, but these guys made sure nothing was a problem with every query answered and a perfect install. The cabinet is wired to perfection - with every cable neat and tidy and the whole system clearly marked etc. I have to say that both Sam & Jake are without doubt an exceptional team and where not willing to leave until I was 100% happy and in fact their expectations of the finished job where much higher than mine.

We have been using Odyssey System for years and frankly would not consider moving away. The service that they offer is always great, from helpline through to Darren and Mitchell who were out today. Response times are amazing and they are always there to help.

The service we get from Odyssey is brilliant.
Our contact in the office Rob New has kept us up to date every day with the fault and is very helpful. The engineer Peter Young is also very helpful and worked very hard to try and fix the fault.
Both members of staff are a credit to the company.

Our new phones and internet work a treat, and the support is outstanding. The business I work for is located on the outskirts of York, which has always been a problem for our internet performance. It's been terribly slow, and our customers couldn't use it. Odyssey changed that, and now we have great internet that our customers can use. Thanks!!

as we were moving premises in 1996 Christine from Odyssey Systems approached us with perfect timing as we had just discovered that BT has messed up our order for a new telephone system we believed was due to be installed. Odyssey quickly pulled a scheme together and had it installed within a week, since then we have remained their customer & enjoyed excellent service, including a new telephone system installed last year.
