Very, very bad. I cancelled my service 3 months ago... I am still getting invoiced, and it is impossible to get someboday on the phone who can speek proper English. It is a disgrace that service.
You are being wrongly informed and even if they say that they gonna fix it, and you assume you they fixed, the problem pops up again.
I'd rather have no mobile phone operating than a contract with O2 CZ.

Had to connect home internet with them in Prague due to my landlord refused to connect a building to another ISP. Prior I have read reviews about scam of O2, and unfortunately I have to agree.
They connect only by VDSL, so you obviously have to buy a modem. They sell it to you for a fair price, but it will be branded & locked to O2, so no chance to resell the modem (although it becomes your property).
They also charged me services not from the day of real start of usage, but from a day their technician somehow "activated" the service. When I claimed, they said I had an option to take a modem from the technician, and it's my problem I didn't and decided to wait for the modem delivery by post. Actually I didn't decide, no one just offered me any option except waiting the parcel with their modem.
Only writing the claim on the paper with a signed testimonial of a witness (who fortunately visited me at the moment when the technician came) made O2 to refund me the claimed amount.
So, +5 stars for the final resolution of the dispute and for the great quality of the connection itself, -1 star for an attempt to overcharge.

one star is really too good for o2 mobile operator in Czech Republic. The worst mobile network operator in Europe. They will rip off everyone with their dodgy skills. I was with them for more than a year but really cannot stand their dishonesty anymore.
T mobile is 100 times better than them and very fair to their customer and I am talking after my personal experience with T mobile for sometime already.
O2 is the worst mobile network for people especially foreigners in Czech Republic. Beware it is a trap for you guys.
