After buying a chemical safe from eBay I arranged to have it collected by NW using the dimensions given by the seller.....bad idea!!
The item was wrongly described so when the van turned up it wouldn't fit....this wasn't the end of the problem as I was having a chemical deliver the next day as well as a coshh assessment.
Nick and his team worked it that a larger van could collect it and gat it to me the same day.
Above and beyond and highly recommended!!

We have switched courier services several times to transport our goods, and have had numerous problems but since finding NW Express our prayers have been answered! The service is second to none, there honest, very prompt and well priced. There always very approachable about random things including setting up at the drop off points. We used to use TNT but found these guys much better, for customer service and honesty! We simply would not go elsewhere now.

We chose NW Express to transport our tall wedding cake/gingerbread village from London to Gloucestershire because we noticed that they had transported some art/sculpture items successfully. We were also looking for a smaller courier company in the hope of getting really good personal service. We chose the right company - a great job done well and with care - personal service throughout and good communication at all times.

Amazing courier service, Would recommend to anyone, The guys in the office are extra helpful and my delivery was made on time and the driver was extra helpful and polite, I had a bad back so the driver had taken my parcels up to my fourth floor flat, Couldn't thank them enough!

As a company we need things delivered same day. We have tried a few companies but this one is 5/5 always available and friendly and we always get feed back from our customers how helpful their drivers are. This company has got to be the best that I've used. They beat yodel, tnt and DHL by miles

We made contact with Nick at NW Express couriers after another company let us down at the last minute. One very important pallet from Bristol to Slough then onto Heathrow Airport. Amazing! On time and informed all the way. Would definitely highly recommend.
