I have used Nuxe products before and they are good. For the first time, I made the mistake of ordering directly from the website. Well I will not be doing that again! I ordered over two weeks ago and have not received anything, no items, no communication whatsoever, yet the money was extremely quick to leave my account: I have emailed four times now, to a few different addresses they offer and have had no response. It is absolutely shocking that a well established company can treat customers like this. They conveniently don’t provided a phone number, making it almost impossible to do anything directly through them. I will be taking further action as they still have my money. So disappointed.

Have ordered before with no issue This time in July it failed to arrive Tracking said it had been returned as incorrectly addressed
Contacted them in August and did get a reply saying did I want a refund or to send the order out again As we were going away I had already bought replacements so asked for a refund We are now in September and still no refund Have emailed them twice now with just the automated reply in response

I love Nuxe products. I spend a lot of money on them.
I have had an issue with my loyalty points from my last 3 orders totally yet again around £100.
The only form of contact is via a form on their website.
I have done this 4 times.
No adjustment and no response.
They have lost an excellent customer.
I shall not be buying again neither I store or via website
Just checked my account the next day after posting this review to see if I had any response to my 4 contact form messages. They hav3 now removed ALL my loyalty points!
Nuxe obviously do not like negative feedback even when it is totally valid

I purchased 2 gift sets with Nuxe during the after Christmas sale. One of the sets was absolutely perfect, the other one - the tamper seal had been opened and sticky taped over, which I wasn't too happy about, but as I was treating myself, not gifting it to anyone else I would have overlooked it had it not been for the fact that two of the four products had clearly been opened, the lip balm had a gouge in it and the hand cream tamper plastic had been removed and badly placed back on. This could have easily been missed by me and only found out too late (I store things until I need them) to send back or it could have been a present for someone and been a massive disappointment to them. I have sent a message to Nuxe (as they avoid putting a telephone number on their website, although they are happy to ask for yours) to try and get a NEW replacement and postage costs as I don't see why I should be out if pocket for their error. I cannot believe a supposedly high end manufacturer would make this kind of mistake, surely they should have some sort of quality control checking returns haven't been opened and used, so the don't end up flogging used goods to unsuspecting customers who are making purchases in good faith.
