This website keeps popping up when I try to order items from the military AEFES online store. There is no explanation if this is part of the AEFES system. Checking online, the website Nowily has horrid reviews and apparently charges your credit card for things you never purchased. Many, many people have complain of this. Will certainly let AEFES know as this could be a fraudulent website that's attached itself to the website address. Will definitely be reporting.

Free Netflix renewal turned into a charge on my debit card for Nowily.com.
I got a notification during the night that my Netflix account had been renewed for FREE! I really should have known better. It said that I needed to verify my account information but that I would not be charged anything!!! Like I said I should have known better, but it was in the middle of the night and my brain wasn't working. This morning there is a charge of $1.02 on my account. I called the number on my bank charge and I got passed around to at least 4 separate "Operators" that sounded like voice activated recordings telling me that I was eligible for a special deal on different products including home security, Medicare Supplement programs and car warranty plans, Each time I refused the offer and said I wanted to talk to a person about removing the charge, I was passed on to another offer,

Claimed to have a manual I was looking for.
Yesterday I was led to believe Nowily had a sewing machine manual but when I clicked on the PDF file, it took me to the site claiming to have what I needed but needed a credit card to start a free 5-day trial. After signing up I discovered they had no manuals and just a few books and music. I sent an e-mail telling them I was canceling the trial since they didn't have the manual. I went and searched Nowily and found out they are a scam charging people regardless if they cancel before the trial ends and never refunding money. Today I got the form e-mail claming the cancellation and saying they would never charge me. My bank sent a note that I had been charged so I said it was fraud.

Stealing money
Got a message from my bank telling me 39.99 was being taken from my account, believed it to be a fraud charge. Called my bank directly as soon as I got it instead of replying. Bank told me the phone number (of their fraud detection center was not affiliated with them) told me it was likely just a scam text. They'd let others in the company know, but told me they didn't see any charges for that amount. I checked my account tonight and 39.99 had been charged to my account- money I never spent! The original text from the fraud detection, said it was being charged by Nowily. I have NEVER heard of this company. Tried going to their website to make a complaint, but apparently you have to have an account with them and a password -I have neither of these.

Unauthorized charges
I never signed up for Nowily services, never heard of the company, and never used its services. I've been charged 39.99 every month since 04/2017. I called and all they could say was that it was a valid charge.

Charge ny credit card
I was paying on my credit card every month on time. I noticed my limit went down. I called my company and they cancelled my credit card. I want all my money back from July 2017 when they started taking money off my credit card. They gave me my own information.$4800. I want everything they took out because I never authorized them to charge my card. I had never heard of Nowily until today. They are a scam. Who do I need to contact to get my money back?

Unauthorized credit card charge of 39.99 per month since December 19, 2017.
I've only recently noticed a charge for same amount of $39.99, and thought it related to some type of utility charge; but this charge as unauthorized starting from Dec 19, 2017 to June 18, 2018...and want this charge stopped immediately.

Fraudulent charges on company credit card
Company credit card issued to an employee was charged $1.00 on 2/12/18 & then $39.99 on 2/17/18 & again on 3/17/18. When charges were discovered, I contacted employee who had no knowledge of this internet site. The account had my employees name, with my business email. I reviewed Nowily Terms of Service BEFORE I called them. Fraud or unauthorized charges will be refunded if Nowily notified before 30 days up. It took 2 phone calls & requesting to speak with a manager to just get the March charge refunded & the account closed. I will wait and see if it happens in 7 business days. I told them I thought the first $1.00 was to see if the charge would go through before the $39.99 charge 5 days later. I was told the $1.00 DONATION was for Books of Africa! They were adamant about NOT refunding the February charges. Since it was in the name of one of my employees, I let it go. Looking back,I did receive an email from them on 2/12/18 like they said but I had NOT opened it because I didn't recognize the name etc. after looking at it, while on the phone with the Rep, it states no money due & has a place to log in... but I couldn't log in because I don't know the password! the fine print on the bottom tells about the $39.99 recurring charge. Nowhere on that email does the $1.00 charge show up. Nowily has sleezey practices. STAY AWAY & be vigilant looking at emails & statements!

Allowing their service to easily be used to validate stolen credit cards
I recently received an email from nowily confirming a subscription that I didn't make. What was terrifying is that I could see someone had been charged for it. What happened? Someone used an email address that was found in one of many data breaches (mine), along with someone else's credit card, which allows them to see if the card could still be charged without the account holder realizing it until they receive their next statement.
Why is this possible? NOWILY DOES NOT VERIFY THE OWNERSHIP OF EMAIL ADDRESSES. Had they done this, the attacker would have needed to at least use an email that they were in control of (so they could receive it and click the link) which presents a much greater obstacle and level of friction for them.
So, by not following accepted security practices, Nowily is allowing their merchant account be essentially used by attackers to see if credit card info they skimmed off the dark web still works (they can tell when the subscription goes through). They should be ashamed of this.
I called and it took nearly *45 minutes* for me to convince the rep that I wasn't their client, that someone had used my email address in order to test a stolen card, and that this was only possible due to the fact that nowily DOES NOT VERIFY THEIR EMAIL ADDRESSES PRIOR TO ACCEPTING PAYMENT, and they finally refunded the person's card and canceled the membership.
