There is no option to subscribe to stock/availability information of products. Because of this I had to pick a lot of alternative products. I'm still somewhat satisfied because the product range is humongous, but it's still 'meh' that I couldn't get exatly what I was aiming for.

They forgot to send the package I ordered. After 1,5 weeks I called them, but they couldn't find the problem. The next day I needed to call again to fix the problem. Terrible customer service/care. Didn't got anything for the 2 week delay.

Somewhere among the pages you wrote: over 7000 HUF the delivery is free, but when i ordered 2 pieces of cca. 5000 HUF, the delivery remains the same.

The pick up in the Notino shop used to be free, now it is 300 HUF. That is not a lot of money but still, why do I have to pay for it in case I travel there and pick it up.
