I agree with the other reviews that shipping is sketchy: I ordered a signed puck that said it was delivered but wasn't (apparently it was returned to the manufacturer). I spoke with a helpful customer service rep on the phone and since then have communicated by e-mail with Donna, who has been responsive and helpful. Once the puck was back in stock, I tried again -- and this time its price had been reduced. It was just delivered.

Purchased a custom Penquin jersey for my Grandson. It came with a letter missing.
Customer service insisted it was my typo and would not do anything for me. I wrote a letter to the CEO and Chastity responded in less than 24 hours indicating they would send a new shirt expedited for Christmas. I would use this Co. again. Thank you Chastity for your quick response and thank you Doug. I am happy to post this great review.
