I got through to a chat supporter quickly, and he was able to help me. The only problem: He asked me to supply certain information, and while I was busy typing it in - including explanations of some of it - the support person disconnected from the chat because I had taken too long.
Luckily, the chat entry form remembered all my info, and when I got back in a minute later, I was connected to the exact same support person, and he finished helping me. Had this not been the case, this would have been a one-star review.
The reason I was given for the disconnect was that they "needed to do this, so they could help other customers". I assume this is an automated process - but the time out on it is way too short. Also since the same support person was available a minute or two later, I assume the support queue was in fact empty.

sevice worker was really nice, just the product "Nem" ID is unbelievably crappy in every sence. It should stop hacking and it doesnt, it should be safer and is total opposite, the system can not count codes so when I had 16 to go you just stopped the card thinking there were no more, the system also told me abt 10 days ago that it was sending a new card. So all in all TOTAL CRAP in all aspects.
(Ps Im maybe biased as I usually make my income on pages that use NEM ID so when you lie and cheat me abt times and keys it is my livelyhood that you f with)

Made complain in here 7 days ago and someone named Lise replied to me in here. She said I should contact her by email.
I did of course. Hoping for some kind of reasonable solution. Guess what? I have heard nothing since. Nice to make it look like NemID is willing to help when it's just fake. I checked my sent emails and is was sent 6 dags ago. No respond, no customer service. Absolutely unbelievable and sad.

I had a couple problems that I got solved easily through the chat system. I would give a 4 star but I had to sit a while not knowing if the guy at the other end had received my message or if he was replying.
I believe NemID should include a message telling you when the other person is typing. That way you know they have received your message and they are replying.

Never met a more arrogant company. Issue: I have a service that is out of order. First, they charge 250 DKK for contacting their support!
Having talked to the agent, it turns out I have paid for an expired service for two years. Now they can renew my subscription ... for an additional fee and the previous fees that have been paid for someyhing, I couldn't use ... well tough luck was the message
