Have made a few different orders on Nelly over the last week for bridesmaid dresses, have had the best customer service from Bernd who has been so helpful! The dresses themselves are stunning and not available from a shop in the UK so I am very happy Nelly stocked them and ships for free on orders over £75. Also shipped rapidly via UPS so no problems there! Thanks again!

Received a completely wrong order. I have been sent two left shoes and the wrong style. I had to pay $40CAD for duty fee so this is absolutely ridiculous. I asked someone to contact me immediately so I can either get my money back or am sent the right shoes. However, I do not think it is fair to pay more money for duty fees or return. This honestly could've been a good review because the shoes are nice and comfortable but no one has responded to me and I ordered the shoes to go on vacation but now I'm afraid if they don't respond I won't be able to have the shoes I wanted. Also, from reading other reviews on here, I'm afraid they won't even reply to me. Are they scammers?

Had contact with th and they are nice but not very helpful. There where some items missing from my order and they blamed DHL delivery service even after I told them the bags where not damaged when they arrived. Told them I won't pay foristakes they made but they won't budge. Just please don't order from here. Safe yourself some stress and problems.

Mail received on 13’th of June confirming order send. Track-and-trace does not function.
On 20’th of june still no sign of ordre.
20’th of June order spec. send to Nelly.
22’nd still no news from Nelly.....

Very rude customer service agent. i simply asked a question regarding the status of my order because I had paid for next delivery and the status was showing the delivery as Saturday rather than Friday. The customer agent responded I hope it will get there and ended the chat without giving me a chance to even respond. This will be the first and last time i shop with nelly.

I order more often from them. It depends sometimes the item will come sand as in the picture. But Also sometimes the quality of the material is not the best. I would say 2 out of 10 are bad. I shop from them sometimes every week but never had any special offer. However they don’t have a free return. They will charge you £5 for the return and you need to drop it to the ups courier centre.

I bought a keratine serum. When i opened the package I found out that a good amount was spilled which is so unfair cuz I paid for the whole bottle to use several times not for it to be spilled.

Totally hopeless and badest customer service. Takes no responsibility when the products dont arrive, and frankly dont care Either. There is an obvious reason They do not publish any contact number and are very limited to reach! They know They are Crap, and do not want to be available because of that!!

My second but for sure the last time buying something here. Had so much delays and had to contact both delivery’s customer service and Nelly. I waited for my package more then two weeks. I contacted them and asked if they can take the package back. Instead, they contacted delivery men and after they answered to me that my package is on it’s way. But that wasn’t what I asked. I was planning weddings and my shoes didn’t came, so I just had to buy new in a shopping mall. Just don’t order here or if you do don’t be surprised why it costs to you so much time and stress... literally the worst online shop.
