I had a unique situation and I had ordered more than a few things and it took long 4 my orders 2 come but I had 2 also leave the country soon so I didn't have time 2 wait. 1 customer service was kind and did wat she could but (linda) her attitude was so bad and rude with me I probably will not ever order from them again. It was a negative experience I won't ever 4 get..

I will simply never ever ever buy any NBA merchandise again. Bought a Klay Thompson jersey Nov 17th 2020 at 8:01PM EST. Less than 24 hours after this, Klay Thompson tore his Achilles and it was announced he would be out for the season. Contacted NBA store about this asking for a refund, and they said I was subject to the partial refund policy. Absolute insanity, these people are first class morons writing their policy and I am 23 years old - I will literally never support the NBA with my earnings from my bank job/investments/businesses owned and will spread the word throughout my vast & growing network of people. It's unacceptable to treat people like this even if there wasn't a global pandemic. Disappointed and disgusted with this horrendous brand known as the NBA. Done watching the sport.

This is the worst online experience I've ever had. They charged me more than the cart price, took off a coupon, defaulted to expedited shipping that I did not want and then on my return they aren't even going to refund the shipping cost (that I did not want). And get this - the expedited shipping came later than they said it would! Not only will I never order from the nba store again, I will make a point to spread the word to others that it is an incredibly bad experience.

The website is advertising shipping within 2 days, but doesn't tell you that orders may take longer due to COVID until you placed your order and got the confirmation email.
I had to learn in the email that I won't be getting my order by the time I need it.
I am extremely frustrated by the situation! This is unacceptable.

The material gives my skin an allergic reactions. The patches are iron on. There is an elastic band on the shoulder. When requested my refund for $109.00 this was their response."thanks for your feedback, how about we give you $10 refund for compensation, then you keep the items, thanks." Are you kidding me!

I will NEVER ever make a purchass through them again. Order on pre same premiership tshirts to get told the youth one can't be fulfilled and the. There is a delay on the other 2.3 emails later requesting a refund and not one reply I certainly would not recommend them to anyone.

I bought my husband a gift for his birthday and was super excited for him to get it. I ordered the Lebron James 15x17 Lakers collage with a piece of the team used basketball. When I received the package I opened the box and realized the piece of basketball they sent with the picture was from the 2017-2018 season when Lebron didn't even play for the Lakers. How can the NBA Store send a picture of Lebron with a piece of basketball he never used? Its very misleading and ridiculous if you ask me. Especially for the price I paid for it.

I tried to purchase something on this site. Used Paypal and it sent a payment to Scalonda Smith, then paypal sent shipping info out and the tracking had it delivered before I had even made the purchase.

Ordered a jersey for my son online June, 10 2020. They withdrawn from my account 6-11-2020. Haven't been able to get ahold of anyone regarding the status of my order since. I have sent 3 emails and no way of actually speaking to a person. Very disappointed. I have since put a dispute in with my bank for a full refund.

I made a purchase for 2 items which were never received! When I made the transaction it had payment options which I chose to use PayPal. Someone by the name of Terrence Guerra received the $99.99 and I never received my items. I hate you cyber punks that rob us hardworking individuals for our money. Websites like this shouldn't even be allowed to operate. RIDICULOUS

I ordered 2 shirts, put them in the wash and they are falling apart. Logos peeling off. Total crap. Do not buy this garbage.

I bought 2 socks almost 2 months ago and they still have not delivered. They have asked me multiple times to check my local post office and I have done that but there is no order. It seems that the order has been lost. On top of that, I asked a refund 2 weeks ago and they have been stalling me since then. They even asked my shipping address multiple times. This place feels like scam!

Why in the world would you ship out an item in 2020 with NO tracking, especially with on the middle of a pandemic (!!!)

Cristin was super helpful when my basketball case arrived cracked. She kept in constant communication and resent the case immediately.

I ordered a laker's Jersey mistakenly (wrong gender) and few other items. As soon as I realized my mistake within an hour sent email to cancel the order and placed second order with correct item. I called several times and there customer services do not care about people's choices but for $$$$. They disgracefully charged me return cost of the items placed mistakenly. The customer service agent was rude, unprofessional and mean. I was treated poor. I will never buy anything with such greedy company where you cant even make changes of your items within an hour. Their customer account does not work properly. There were log in details problems all the items if you want to view your order and status of delivery. You have no ideas when is the items coming. They should learn lessons from Amazon or other retailers how transparent business open. It is just waste of time and your money doing business with such poor organizations. I will never recommend anyone with NBA Store.

I understand having to pay for return shipping if it was my fault but to also pay $10 for a "Return Label Fee" is ridiculous. Buyer beware.

Ordered team logo face coverings May 17, 2020. Took my Payment right away, didn't receive products until June 30, 2020. Not safe to wear, couldn't breathe, way too tight, can't breathe or talk with mask on, tried on for 30 seconds maybe, got a headache almost right away, called customer service next, had me on hold awhile but came back an offered me 30% refund. I said that's unacceptable your items were not as described, mainly the breathability factor, honestly it felt like someone had their hand over my nose and mouth and I couldn't talk or breath right. Asked the rep to ask her supervisor again to refund the purchase in full, she put me on hold again and came back with 30% refund on this order and 30% off a future order, final offer, I declined.

Do not buy anything from them, as their sizes make no sense and they push those mistakes onto customers don't care if your spending near HUNDRED DOLLARS ON A TSHIRT for it to come one size as you buy another the same size wouldn't fit a child, returns are making the customer pay to return their FAULTY PRODUCTS do not get scammed the items are cheap and fall apart of ven if they come with threads cut you have to pay them to return no matter what SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAMMY SCAM

Never come across such a company. Been shopping with them for years. First time I've ever had to send something back but it was really badly made.

Not only did I spend nearly £150!!!!! I then had to spend another £10 sending it there and back!!!

Went on line to buy 2 custom Bulls Jersey's, hat and sandels, the lady told me that i payed for 3 Jersey's and that i ordered them in all Medium sizes, and witch i had ordered 2 different sizes in a M and XL. Mean while the lady on the phone was rude and cruel. She told me that i had to wait for them to ship to me and they will donate them to charity and thats it, so im stuck paying for 3 Jersey's and i only thought i bought 2 jerseys. You guys make enough money, stop stealing money from the less fortunate.

I had an odd issue where I didn't apply the promo code during checkout. I was lucky enough to get Cristin on the phone and she solved everything for me without any more problems.

This has been such a horrible experience. First before I place my order and it says its going to be max 7-10 business days. Great so I order it because I need it for a gift and after I've paid it gives me a completely different time frame. When I spoke to customer service the lady was absolutely useless and pretty much told me there wasn't anything that could be done. Today I received 1 of 2 items and it's freaking WRONG!! NOT EVEN THE SAME TEAM! Needless to say there's nothing they can do but send the right one to me and it will get here when it does.... Probably after the date I need it. I do not reccomend buying anything from their website at all!

I ordered white authentic Ja morant jersey, I am waiting for it to arrive 20 days, I didnt recieved any confirmation that my jerseynis sent, I want my money back.

The rep was SOLID. The shipping and delivery was a bit confusing but after convo i was clear and I recieved my packages.
