Over a year waiting, did have contact saying there was such a large uptake on product, but never received the 3 necklaces. I have emailed both contacts that I had again but radio silence.

They try to hide their scam behind all kind of excuses, name changes, management changes etc but don't be fooled as I was. Ordered 2 necklaces in April, one for a milestone birthday... still waiting for them to arrive. They said it is a special design, and they donate money to Focus Ireland if you buy one. Their advert came up on Instagram. Long wait, no necklaces... Excuses, one after another, emails, in the meantime still no sign of the necklaces. No clear explanation for delay. Family business, my eye, family of scam artists more like it. Very disappointed!

A blatant scam shop I have never met, I ordered from March 1 according to the information on the item to be pre-ordered and the goods will be delivered in mid-April, but at the end of April I don't When I received the item, I emailed it many times, finally being told that I had to wait for another 2 months because of production problems and they said I would send it to me at the end of June, but until now In mid-July, I still did not receive information about my order. One item had to wait nearly five months, while I paid it completely, I said if I didn't have the goods, please return the money I paid before but they still didn't return it to me, doing business like irresponsibly, I hope people do not buy Mo mona jewelry without letting them cheat, people should boycott them.

MO MONA JEWELLERY, IRELAND.
Without a doubt, the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Order placed February, finally got refund granted today 23.06.19 via PayPal dispute (Mo Mona did not respond to PayPal either). Virtually zero customer service, just computer generated sob stories regarding delays. Online chat on their website is a joke, 11 emails - not one reply. This company should be avoided at all costs. DO NOT BUY FROM MO MONA.

Ordered my necklace at the end of September. I had not received it so I decided to check the tracking. My package has been sitting in Tel Aviv despite the fact I live in Dublin?! Why was my package shipped to Tel Aviv?! I have attempted to contact them numerous times. Avoid this company like the plague.

AN ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES. My dad ordered me some earrings as a birthday present over two weeks in advance of my birthday and they still had not arrived over six weeks after my birthday had been and gone. No indication as to where they were, and not one of my dad's email enquiries were answered by Namefully in that time. Randomly a note came through the front door explaining that a parcel with customs charges was waiting at the Post Office, for which we then had to pay £17 to claim - despite it being nearly two months late, with postage & packaging having already been paid for on ordering. The earrings were unbelievably flimsy and cheap-feeling and I struggle to believe that the hoops were even silver, as claimed. They were verging on plastic and were put together so shoddily they reminded me of something a child had made in D.T at school. They tarnished within days of wearing and the catch mechanism never worked properly, so within a week I'd already lost one. For £40+ that is disgusting. DO NOT BUY FROM NAMEFULLY, THEY ARE A BUNCH OF MONEY-GRABBING COWBOYS WHO DO NOT CARE ABOUT QUALITY OR SATISFACTION.

It’s the badest shop ever!!!! I had a necklace two months ago and the black colors gone in one week... i sent 10000 messages but no answer bad shop and bad service... I’m so sad for this i paid so much money for this but the quality is too bad and i didn’t had a refund for this item ??♀️??♀️

I paid and placed my order on December21, 2017. As of today I have not received the necklace. I have written to the company numerous times. In addition I have called customer service many, many times & asked them to return my call but I got no answer back.
I had ordered a necklace years ago and was pleased, hence my ordering another.
I want my necklace or I will file a complaint with the California Attorney General's Department.

Very Disappointed

I ordered a necklace a month ago. And still have not received it. I’ve sent them emails at least 40 times, sometimes sending the same email again and again And email a couple times a day. They are useless at customer service. I still have not received a single email back from them and I have no idea where my order has gone. When I travk my order it only says order completed and the shipping time. But this time has been exceeded. I am still waiting for my necklace and am so so so disappointed with them. They do not answer the phones aswell so I have no way to contact them. My friend ordered from them twice after me because I recommended them to her , which I nkw regret , and she has already received her necklaces over 2 weeks ago. I’m still waiting and no one is getting back to me at all.

I spent nearly 400£ to buy 2 necklaces as a gift, i ordered in the first week of december and was told my order was shipped out on the 1st of January. i contacted the company regarding the fact that the tracking information provided did not update since they sent out the package, this was near the end of january and i still did not receive my items, the customer service representative was not helpful at all as she said she would contact the shipping service to ask what had happened i ended up sending her emails after emails only for her to not respond and in the end i had to call up customer service for the shipping company only for them to tell me that the item is pre advised!!!!! meaning its early feb i have waited more than 2 months for the item that hasn't even been shipped. the company then asked if i would like a remake i said yes given that the shipping company is different i have not even received a reply to that email its march next week, i have sent the company several emails and still no reply. doesn't deserve 1 star. absolute garbage of a company stealing from customers!!!!!. don't buy from them all they'll say is they sent out the parcel when the tracking details doesn't even back its for proof!!. absolute annoyed

Really kicking myself in the butt for not reading the reviews of this website before ordering my daughter a very special gift. I have emailed this company twice! And no response. Ordered on 12th December and paid nearly £20 for Express (2-4 day) delivery for 3 necklaces as last minute Christmas gifts. Received confirmation with delivery stated as 5 - 10 working days so emailed asking for clarification. No reply. Live chat not available. Then emailed 5 days later to query again. No reply. Live chat not available. I have today received an email from DHL suggesting that they have a parcel and will release it in payment of £33 customs charges. Unacceptable. Live chat not available. Still no response to emails. Order status has read ‘completed’ for ages but still no tracking information is available. I just want my money back.

I am still waiting for a confirmation for cancellation and refund of an order that was continuously wrong....why hasn't anyone responded to my multiple emails....there is no "live chat" or anyone to answer your phones...this whole experience is completely frustrating to say the least.

Tried to place an order but they continuously screwed it up.....have been trying for weeks to cancel this order and get credit refund...its like they disappeared!!!...Unable to contact via email, "fake" live chat, or "fake" phone call.....will never give up giving this company grief until I get a refund.
