I have ordered some dice from Amazon and waited for 3 weeks instead of 5 business days. It definitely spoiled the whole shopping experience. Nevertheless, it arrived in one piece and everything else was correct.

I've chatted with a few agents now and have found each one to be helpful. Edrian was most especially helpful and able to answer all my inquiries in a quick and efficient manner.
At times all chat agents felt a little too formal when writing to me, but I understand this may be company policy (still, a casual friendliness never goes astray).
