Friendly and helpful staff
I chatted with Zyrra and she was friendly, very responsive and provided me very helpful information. Some can't be found on the FAQs such as if packets to Australia can be consolidated if they are from different sellers. Highly recommend using the chat feature as it's very flexible (unlike phones) and you only have to wait for minutes to get the first reply (unlike emails).

I had the worst experience with MYUS today, it is disappointing even more so because at the beginning they provided such excellent service to help recover a package that was lost in limbo. My shipment preferences were somehow changed without my knowledge and the team claims that it was I changed however I could find no email confirming the changed on the stated date. Yet they insist it was I who made. Added to it the shipment value was over stated and they were unwilling to support with correcting, something I bought worth $43 was quoted $75 and now I will need to pay excess tax because of the quote that they inserted as of their own accord. all in all I pay $54 for shipping and another excess of $10 because of the they quoted. This is way above the cost of the product.
If there was a negative rating, I'd prefer to give such.
I would never recommend MYUS to any of my peers a drastic change

Bad, misleading and slow service. I requested my packages to be sent on the 4th of September. It’s now the 11th and I have only just been informed the my packages left today. Even though i received a dispatch email along with a tracking number on the 6th. I selected express post when lodging my shipping request but was repeatedly told that I did not. Upon further investigation and me repeatedly saying I did select express post they conceded that I actually did. Even if I had selected the cheapest option, surely we can all agree that a package that’s ready to post, sitting waiting for 4-5 days before it’s actually sent, is unacceptable in 2019. Especially from a SHIPPING COMPANY. I unfortunately have a few more packages on the way to their facility that I had sent there before this ordeal, but as soon as those loose ends are tied up I will absolutely be canceling my account with MyUS. A total con.

MyUS customer service is the worst i have seen, my package is lost in their warehouse since Sept. 4th and up today Sept.16, all i get from the customer service representative is a request to wait 24hours so they can have a response from the higher department, it is more than a week and up today no one cares to at minimum send an email with an update on the subject. And this is for a case that according to customer service is escalated. I am very disappointed with the customer service.
It is very bad that they loose a package and do not do nothing to ensure that the customer does not get penalized for their mistake, now i have to wait until they decide that it is time to solve my case..................
