I lost $ 250 because of them. Pathetic service.They don't respond Properly and take lot of time. They do not even pay any Insurance Claim for loss. Never use them. Money drain service.

Worst experience ever! Their shipping rate calculator is a scam, it says a low price for budget economy & express but then when you have your packages and go to checkout they add duties, taxes and assurance so they double the price ! And you don't have a choice whereas I know there is no taxes or duties at delivery with this method under $100. If I knew I would never have sent my items to their warehouse. In addition, they don't respect their engagement they say they offer 20% off first shipment but they told me budget methods are cheap so they will not add the 20% off ?! I paid $41 shipping for a $70 worth package what a RIP OFF!

Fraud with shipping costs, customs duties and taxes, until October 2019 the least expensive option up to 5 American pounds / lb was used for shipping via USPS, which DHL / Deutsche Post registered use as a partner for Germany. The necessary customs clearance could be carried out as a self-customs officer (you have to register informally by email at DHL / Deutsche Post // [email protected]) at the responsible customs office (where you live) or with the 6 euros allowance from DHL / Deutsche Let the post do it. With the newsletter at the beginning of November 2019, myus.com informed that the shipping methods Least Expensive Option, which had changed partners up to 5 lb. From this period, the packages are sent via Yun Express (China), which also use USPS and then DHL in Germany. However, Yun Express does not send its parcels directly to Germany, but lets them land in another EU country. As customs clearance in the EU takes place in the recipient country, the responsible customs authorities trust that Yun Express will do so. But no matter whether sent via myus.com or directly from China, Yun Express always imports the goods in another EU country and then sends them to Germany via DHL without any customs duties or taxes. Myus.com only charges a flat rate of 50% for the shipping costs for duties and taxes that are not paid and where most tariffs are around 10% plus 19% import tax. But up to 150 euros the goods are duty free. So for a package of $ 112, I had to pay the following cost, $ 18.99 shipping plus $ 53.21 for duties and taxes. My package was imported into the EU via the Netherlands and then brought to Germany by DHL with me without ever seeing the German customs. I have asked Yun Express and myus.com to send me the customs declaration. To date, I have been owed. Mail is not responded to or automated mails are sent. MYUS were a good company until December 2019. Now they are ripping us off by adding 90% packing material to quadruple the weight so they can charge more by weight. Our latest shipment (Invoice 27758299) the items initially weighed just 6.9lbs but MYUS charged for 23lbs and use their excuse that there was too much space so they added lots of packing material. They are very stubborn to even accept this. Please avoid MYUS at all costs unless you want to lose money.

Absolutely horrible. I payed for a service. They advertised they could deliver to Gonaives Haiti and my package made it to Port au Prince. If you don't know, that's 3 and 1/2 hours apart. They could do nothing so I had to find and pay someone to make the 7 hour trip to pick up my package. I could have sent straight through fed ex had I known that's all they would do.

If I ship router by MYUS I have to pay $50 licence fee, Amazone do not charge licence fee for same router.
If you buy old item on ebay that do not have ECCN number (Export licence number ) then it need to be send back.
I did provide ECCN number for MYUS there still denied to ship it . Just do not send anything that have electronic inside to MYUS .
I was customer for 20 years with MYUS now I have move to different friendly company.
Myus do not work for me anymore :(

Crazy Parcel Service.If your luck is good you will get stuff else all will be stuck in customs and Neither Carrier Will do anything nor MyUS. SO IF YOU HAVE EXTRA MONEY TO PUT FOR LOSS TRY THIS SERVICE OR BETTER USE IT IN SOME PRODUCTIVE WAY. If Stuck, you will keep waiting for Response, you will keep following up on Chat ......and nothing will happen. They will say you need to know all custom regulations......they do not know anything. Carrier they use will also not listen to you or even My us. Carrier got money , My USA got money both are happy. But your money got in Drain. Please do never Get Your Friends,Family or Relative Enroll with them .....your relation will become bad because of My US service if by mistake they also use it !!

Very disappointed with MyUS.com. I bought $419.98 worth of items on Amazon and had it delivered to my MyUS box. They listed the value of the items that I shipped as $924.99, which increased the cost of insurance on the package and I can only imagine what the import taxes will be on a packet of that value. I've sent them numerous emails and the invoice from Amazon so that they can rectify their mistake and pay back the overcharged shipping cost, but I have received no response. I tried calling them as well and I only hear a message that says "This number does not exist". I tried to stop the package from being shipped with this incorrect value, but it kept automatically adding it to the shipping queue and eventually they subtracted the cost of shipping and insurance from my account even though I tried everything in my power to notify them of their mistake.

Terrible customer service and unfair charges for a customer who never used this service. Your charges will never be returned or refunded after an accidental start of MYUS account. They do not care even though you never used their service. I would strongly recommend NOT to use MYUS.com.

Myus.com has been told that this rating, social media posts in every toy collector group on this planet, Google rating, etc. will happen if they dont take their responsibility and pay for the damage their employee Madison did to my purchase. They said no. They said they didnt destroy the figure, just the bubble and backcard with print and artwork. They dont care about that 200$ price is just because of the Mint conditioned bubble and backcard. Because this is not secured in their company policies. (no joke!) All my and their communication is transparent shown in the video to prevent that ever another customer has to feel betrayed like they did it to me!

Sent a package to my suite to be forwarded, after 3 WEEKS of emails asking for random pieces of information about the seller, myself and the package they decided not to ship the item.
Funny how at the bottom of every single email is this paragraph about how they are happy to 'dispose' of the item on your behalf.
I contacted another courier company and they shipped the item in 3 DAYS.
Worst service I have had in a loooooooong time. Just disgraceful.

I have tried both chats, email and calling the company to resolve this matter but unfortunately on the surface the company appears nice but is very flawed. I have hit a wall with my daily correspondence with customer service and they are not being accountable for their faults.
1) Paid for Mail+Premium and was given a mailbox
2) Informed need for Notarized document AFTER I RECEIVED PACKAGES to the warehouse
3) Held packages HOSTAGE and put the account on HOLD. Would not make an exception to let me send out the existing packages as I needed to send it out right away. Said I had to downgrade to another plan in order to send out the packages. Was assured that since notarization would take time it is ok and I can switch back to the original plan after I got the notarization done
4) Paid $50 to notarize their document
5) Said I could not keep the mailbox and they had to assign me another mailbox
6) Again now keeping my packages hostage
7) I have now paid $60 for membership plus $50 for notarization and do not have the mailbox I was promised
Something is really wrong with their standard operating system. I have been in daily conversation with their customer service rep in order to try to resolve this but they seem unwilling. I hope their CEO reads this as this company seems to be set up by former bankers, lawyers or consultants. It is very smartly packaged with lots of add on costs and standard operating procedures. But this is a case where they have messed up and need to improve their procedures so in the future they tell customers the need to notarized and provide the document BEFORE taking their money.
And if they somehow can't incorporate that into their SOP at least they need to allow them to send out the package they already received.
CEO hear my call!!! You are obviously smart so now do the RIGHT THING.

I had a delivery paid on the 09/11/2019.
The delivery does not show up in my history in my account. The address it was sent to isn't registered on my account anymore so it was sent to an address that i did not authorise it to be sent to.
I spoke to someone by webchat and they did not provide me satisfactory answers.
I would like to make a complaint about the service and find out why my delivery isn't registered on my account and why it was sent to the wrong address. Their website does not cater to international client enquiries and is extremely frustrating to try and speak to someone about an issue.

This company lies about what it would ship and when my wife needed medication prescribed by her doctor, they threatened to dispose of it! Not only that refused to ship. Do not trust. Now my wife is suffering and I have to figure out how to get her medicine half way across the world!

On one day some items are OK on the second they are restricted.
They can't provide information about the issue.
They are wrong but they don't want to admit that.
You'll need to send a lot of your purchases back to a seller.
Very poor service and support.
Don't use them if you need reliable company.

I wanted to import some seeds of the plant strongylodon macrobotrys. I asked my country's food and wares authority beforehand whether import was allowed. They say that seeds don't need a certificate. However, now that I ordered the seeds and they have arrived at myus, they won't ship them to me. They say I do need a certificate.
I have explained them several times how I got my information. I've also checked myus' FAQ and it says nothing about seeds needing a certificate by default. But they keep giving me the same short answer and they won't even explain to me from where they got their info. I think this is a very short-sighted attitude.
The seller won't do refunds but I'm going to send back the seeds to him anyway. It would be a shame if they get destroyed. Too bad I have to pay myus 7 dollars for that.

My advice is to STAY AWAY from this poor company! As they became one of the worst forwarding companies if not the worst ever if I'm not mistaken. Well they offer a budget economy & budget express service for reasonable fees, I just tried the former with my previous shipments, but the experience was quite bad unfortunately since when my stuffs arrived here I just waited a couple more weeks to smell them on my doorstep WTH!!! this is ridiculous!! & then in the next orders I switched to express service it was good & reliable indeed. The last order was in late May this year I've requested to process a shipment via express service but as usual it took more than 24 hours to finish packing request which actually was about a couple small stuffs don't take indeed more than an hour! Imagine? Thereafter I got a massage that they have finished packing request and it is ready for shipping. The charge amount was for express service, since then I went through the tracking number to check it out, WTH?!! it was economy service (the slowest poor ever) through SMSA what the hell MYUS!! I just detected that by myself by the way even though the charge amount as previously stated for express shipping however they still insist that the order was processed via express choice!!!! Well I can say they're LITERALLY A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS & THIEVES! So if you paid for fast shipping you'll be ended up getting an economy shipping service instead! see how greedy they are, one more thing I forgot to mention out is that they became the slowest ever forwarding company in shipping process time as you're gonna have to wait at least 4 or 5 days (or sometimes more) to hand your package over to carrier WTH?? in comparison to another forwarding company as FishisFast which their orders don't take a few hours as well as they work the whole week 24 hours nonstop that's impressive. On the other hand working days for MYUS are only 5 days 6 to 8 hours maximum! Purchased a designer coffee table and selected and paid for the additional option of extra padding to ensure it arrived safely. Combined the table and shipping were over $2000. The table arrived wrapped in a lightweight cling wrap no box, no padding and completely ruined, scratched, covered in dirt and with chunks missing - completely unusable. I also took the option of insurance. They agree it was their fault but will not refund the full amount and will not provide a refund only a credit to use on shipping however I will never be using them again so I have lost $2000 and still have to replace the coffee table.

Worst customer support I have ever experienced. It's actually pretty much non-existent!
They shipped a package intended for me to another client - have acknowledged receipt of the package and that they shipped it to someone else. They refuse to do anything further. Just sorry..... What the H? How is that customer support/service? How is that even providing the service?
They won't even contact the person they shipped it to arrange for it's return let alone take responsibility for what they have failed to do - which is honour their contract to re-ship. First and last time I will ever use them! I have and will continue to post similar reviews in order to ensure that anyone contemplating using this service is well aware that they have no customer service. They will only engage in online chat or email responses. the online chat responses are scripted and do not actually respond to your questions. They just keep regurgitating the same response. The chat person I dealt with yesterday - Meredith - was the worst and at one point actually admitted that their script did not provide for an answer to what was a VERY SIMPLE Question: "Have you escalated this matter yet?" She kept saying she would do so - I asked to do it and confirm that she had done so. Could not respond without going off script.
Next steps for me are contacting state officials who deal with such matters. Found contact info for 2 on a website this morning.
The only reason why they get 1 Star Rating is so I can actually post a review. Otherwise I would give them a ZERO star Rating.

Cheaters and untrustworthy management, requested them to Send my package through cheapest option but they did opposite despite paying them extra to make package eligible for cheaper services, costed me 4 times of my shopping from Amazon to get it in Pakistan.
I'll never ever again use myUs.com and will advise all specially international community not to fell in their trape, otherwise you will be having zero in your credit card in the end of month!

I am having the worst experience with MyUS.
The company keeps placing my fashion jewelry under review as the pieces are from China and the sellers name is obviously printed in Chinese.
According to MyUS they can not release the package unless the full 'first and last name' are written in English. MyUS advise that no one employed at MyUS has the ability to translate despite being an international shipping company.
I have repeatedly gone back and forth with 3 staff (Zyrra,Julius and Jeff Priddle) with no success as I only have the invoice details from Paypal in Chinese writing and the photos from Ebay.
It as gotten to the point the staff made up company names (Jeff actually used my current employer in Australia) to list as the seller who has provided my goods and then approved my package for shipment. This is wrong on so many levels and shows his interest in his work and the value he holds for customs to be fabricating sellers.
Zyrra, on the other hand put the sellers details as "other store" and this also seemed sufficient to be able to ship my details despite reiterating that MyUS CANNOT ship parcels without the sellers full first and last name!
Julius the third customer service operator I chatted to on live chat went back and forth for an hour and forty minutes continuing to say "hold please" and nothing was achieved during that entire time frame.
My frustration is with the incorrect details are now recorded incirrectly on 3 x items but have been approved for shipment, yet the 4th item (again from the same seller, has been held up and 4 emails back and forth stating I must have the correct English spelling .. this resulted in me finding an online Chinese translator program to provide a name in English which has now successfully been released for shipping even though the other details are all wrong on their shipment information. MyUS staff are just making it up as they go.
I have asked for the matter to be explained why the double standard and the poor customer service staff to be dealt with especially for providing my current employers details as a seller from China to get my items through customs and my emails go unanswered. I will be cancelling my membership with my last pack to ship.
The customer service people make it all too hard to get your items out the door and then they don't enforce their own rules. They also make up values (which is charged GST) and refuse to acknowledge the correct invoices when emailed with correct vales.
I have tried to add photos of the incorrect details but the image will not attach.

After an estimated delivery cost of $15.99 for my 0.5 kg product as advertised on their website, I was swiftly charged $39 for the initial delivery. I had to provide my credit card details upfront therefore I could not control the automatic upgrade which came at a later stage of the transaction.
When the item has finally arrived to the UK, a further $113 was requested for it to be fully delivered to me. This is not to mention that the item has taken 15 days in total to arrive to me, whereas the maximum should have been 10 days.
Should I have been aware of such extortionate charges, I would have never agreed to purchase the item. I have literally been robbed of my money, buyers please avoid at all costs!!

This is my first time of using their service. A friend sent me a package to my suite and the package was received by them two days ago and I wanted to login to check if they've logded the package in my suit all I got was account can't be found. I went on to chat with their customer service live and they told me my account was cancelled. No emails was sent yet and no reason whatsoever. I'm a Nigerian I believe they're doing that because of racism or so but for two days now i don't know what's going on and how I'm gonna get my package.
