My pram is 3 years old and all it’s nuts and bolts are rusting and it does not allow the pram to work correctly. I contacted the company but they are trying to blame me living near the beach. I live far away from the beach and I also clean my pram weekly. They refuse to replace the pram as well. Plus now they are trying to get this review erased and making me jump through hoops.

We bought the buggy which cost £1100 in total, within 1 use the seat fabric frayed as the foot rest is made of canvas, but the main issue is the metal used has no weather protection our buggy is rusting and is not even 1 month old. If the frame has any kind of scratch no matter how small it will rust. Even if you do manage not to scratch the frame, our wheel bearings have also starred to rust. Joolz respons is they could not care less out bugaboo we had for 3 years the were places where it had been caught and scratched and that never rusted.
Joolz's answer to this is there were no marks when we sold it and just rub it with rubbing alcohol. I have owned some buggies in my time and as push chairs which were scratched at some point(org is inevitable) and not one have ever rusted.
So if you would like a buggy which is going to last and be of high quality do not but one of these.

Worst customer service ever! Do not accept a return of an online purchase. Just ignores your emails. Tried to complain to European Consumer Center, ignores their emails as well. Horrible, horrible, horrible! Stay away!
