I was double-charged when buying a ticket to Avengers: Endgame. It happened because the first time I tried to purchase the ticket it gave me an error message and I got no e-mail. So I tried again and this time it worked. I noticed a few days later on my bank statement that I'd been charged twice so I tried to contact them about it, being perfectly polite and understanding. Three weeks later, I've received no reply. Never buy tickets from movietickets.com, go literally anywhere else.

Wow this is by far the worst company I've ever had to deal with. I received a gift card from them for Christmas. 2 actually. The first one I used and had no problem. The 2nd one, I used a few days ago. I did everything like I did the first time but this time instead of charging me the fee for using it, they charged the whole $29 to my account. When I called them, I was told that I must have done it wrong and that there was nothing I could do because I had thrown away the gift card after I used it. So I spoke with a supervisor, was not being nasty or anything, I just said "what kind of company is this" after learning that her supervisor didn't have voicemail or direct email address. She then HUNG UP ON ME. I then follow that up with an email after digging the gift card out of the bottom of the trash. In the email, I asked for corporate information because I want them to know how incredibly unacceptable it is too hang up on someone. I will tell everyone I know on the internet and through this review to NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. Terrible customer service.
