Recieved Gem Artistry pallette, one shade shattered in transit. Called morphe and emailed pics as they wanted them (with order number written etc, completely understandable, woman was very Swift and sent out a brand new one to me! Hoping this time shipping will be fine. Excellent customer service, quick and no waiting time at all. I'm super statisfied and would recommend to anyone truly.

Ordered a palette and two brushes from the UK site. Brushes did not show up. Have tried contacting them multiple times and had no response. Not good enough for such a big company. Don't bother with them.

Ordered five Jeffree star brushes arrived very quickly only one thing that annoyed me was they sent the five makeup brushes in the biggest envelope which to me is a waste thought maybe they would have smaller envelopes when sending out small orders but otherwise very good

ordered a jaclyn hill palette and a lipstick for a friends birthday. ordered in on the saturday and needed it for the friday but hadn’t received a shipping email so was getting worried since i paid for 3-5 day shipping. i rang morphe uk to find out they didn’t even have the palette in stock yet hadn’t told me. spoke to a lovely lady called fatima who offered me another palette and free next day shipping. customer service really made this experience and fatima is a wonderful lady and the nicest customer service i’ve had in a long time. thankyou so much

Order from Morphe Canada website and delivery was super quick! I was afraid I wasn't going to receive it before I leave on vacation and it came the day before I left! 6 days to deliver (including weekend). Brushes were super soft and works great for the price. and I LOVE LOVE THE Plum Palette. The colors are just so beautiful for Fall!

I ordered two products off their website, which they then didn’t have in stock; but it took them over a week to tell me, why can’t your website have accurate stock counts? Surely that’s a key part of your business? Confused... not sure if I’d actually bother reordering to be fair; I’ll just get my make up from elsewhere. Shame as I really wanted to try the products I’d ordered.

It was my first time ordering from them. When I received my package after 2 weeks, first of all the mist spray wasn't even in it's packaging box, the Jeffree Star brush set was missing also. I emailed them about the package but nothing, they never responded. Very poor shipping and their customer service is horrible. I will not be ordering from them again, $60 wasted on this order!

First time purchasing from morphe I bought brushes, lipstick and a palette. Everything came in 3 days and was packaged well. However one of the seven lip products I received came and fell out of the physical component. After quickly speaking to customer care they resolved it and sent a new one that came in two days. Overall the rest of the products were great and I would purchase from them again.

I live in Australia and about 6 days ago I ordered three brushes from morphe and they arrived about 3 days after I ordered, they were packed well and the brushes are great quality, exactly what I was hoping for. I haven’t tried their makeup but their brushes are great from what I’ve seen.

My first time ordering from Morphe - I had heard great things about their brushes so ordered two eye blender brushes, the tote bag and a travel bag for my makeup essentials while travelling. I am SO happy! The quality of all 4 products are insane and the price points are super affordable. I will definitely be ordering again and trying their shadow palletes! My brushes worth $150 never came home. I emailed them about it for help and nothing. I know after the brushes are out of their ware house it's not their fault if the packages are stolen or whatever but I asked for help and nothing. First time and last time. Never ordering from them again.

Buying from Morphe.com is the worst! Processing almost takes a week and shipping almost takes a week! 3-5 days to process an order but sure took my money fast! No option to cancel or edit order even when it's not shipped yet!

So I get on to buy the James Charles collection at the time that they said the restock would be and I put both the palette and the brush set in my cart. It tells me I have to wait in line which I get cause it’s a pretty hot ticket item right now. So it’s still there when it lets me start checking out and I’m filling in my info and go to push confirm purchase or whatever and ITS OUT OF STOCK. Excuse me but was I not sister speedy enough? Do you make people wait in line at a store and then remove the product from their hands and say sorry we’re out of this one. Am I being stupid? I mean I thought once you start checking out it saves it for you otherwise what’s the point?

Amazing customer service! I ordered 3 palettes; The James Charles palette and Jeffree Star's Blood Sugar and Alien palettes. They came super quick in only 4 days. Unfortunately one of the eyeshadows in the Alien palette was broken. I called the customer service line and waited only a few minutes before rep. Shaquelle answered. She said they would send me out a new one, would not charge me shipping, and that I could keep the damaged palette. I will recommend them always! Thank you Morphe and Shaquelle!

My experience so far have been great! I live in sweden so I understand that the shipping can take time, so that’s not a problem for me. It’s taken about a week for the products to get here. The customer service was maybe the best I’ve encountered! Some of the brushes I ordered came a little dented. I sent an email about it. Didn’t expect a lot, maybe a discount code or something. Two emails later, I get a confirmation for a order that they will be sending me new brushes for free. I was totally amazed! I got the response of my email the same day within an hour!
Sorry for the long note, just so happy about the website so far! Another order is arriving tomorrow :D

It only did I not get my make up palettes, Morphe Customer Service had me call UPS to find my makeup that was almost a week late from their 3-7 business days. I couldn’t get a hold of anyone at UPS customer service. Their AI sucks. Back on Morphe, why didn’t they send me another one? They had me doing all the footwork. I finally cancelled my order. Of course they did it willing and didn’t offer to rectify the issue. Don’t bother if you find yourself this situation, just cancel the order. (Morphe Brushes send this to your customer service)

The experience I had with Morphe is so unacceptable. I received my packed and opened the box to have a pallet that was torn to pieces. The pallet and boxing was damaged. Morphe has offered to refund my $5 shipping but will not refund my $50 James Charles pallet or give me a gift card or anything! I spoke with Meghan and she was not helpful. They are cheap and have the worst customer service. Glad I paid $50 for nothing. MORPHE IS HORRIBLE!!
