Its a waste of money don't bother, they promise you the stars until they get your money and then you get a pathetic shortlisting or an offer for a relocation to a place you never wanted to go in the first place and that too for a visa opportunity to place like Australia or Canada. I am a Brit why would I be interested in getting a visa opportunity.

Complained about service and Celia S. called me to discuss the matter. She proceeded to tell me that I didn't know what I was talking about, but the resume writer would be happy to meet my expectations. I stated that a resume should only show 3 years of experience: I have a lot of jobs in my history.... Celia S. basically tried to set me straight. (Rolling My Eyes). The cover letter written by their expert rambled on about where I was working while earning my MS degree and also referenced my military experience 20 years ago...really? I need to justify my work history and rely on a now ancient military tour????! Don't waste your money.....find another service.

Can someone tell me why I keep applying to jobs on Monster and within 24 hours, my application gets deleted? This is absurd. I could see if I wasn't qualified for any of them, then maybe. But I'm talking about ALL opportunities I've applied to are removed with a day.

I would strongly recommend that no business looking to hire staff EVER use Monster! What an absolute waste of time and money. Firstly I am told there were over 100 qualified job seekers in my area..... out of the 12 it finally gave me, 10 were at least 60miles from my area and 2 were not even in the same field as the job I was advertising.
Secondly, we had 4 applicants for our UK based job.... 1 from the Philippines, 1 for Nigeria, 1 from Taiwan and 1 from Serbia....HOW is that even remotely useful!!
Stick with indeed or the job centre...you get 100% better results and customer service. Never again will I use such a terrible site.

Do yourself a favor, don't do it. One of the biggest pain in the butt's to deal with. They take forever, go unresponsive, customer service is a joke to them.

I did a mistake , please please you don't do it ... i wasted 16000 INR which is around 200 SGD... for this express resume which is a big scam.. Monster is cheating their clients. They do not broadcast your CV, this is the biggest scam which needs to be reported to the cyber authorities.

Just received a call this morning as my 12 month contract is up in August This company is nothing short of fraudulent. DO NOT USE THEM. Back in August 2017 we were recruiting and Monster persuaded us to use them, even stating "it would be the best thing we ever did". NO NO NO, it was by far the best thing we did. We have just given them £3000.00 of our hard earned money and got absolutely nothing for it. Their contract appear to be water tight and there was nothing we could do to get out of it when it became apparent very early on that this company was run by a bunch of cowboys. Read the reviews of others , I personally wish I had before I took them on. This company should be shut down.

Monstergulf is just a fraudulent company and their services are pretty useless and a waste of money. I have paid for a service on their website and as soon as they got the payment they customer service disappeared and no one is replying to my emails.
All I got from their service is fraud calls asking for money and spam emails on a daily bases for the exact same reason which is got money for jobs.
Stay away from this company !!

If I could give no stars to this application I would, you apply for all these positions and get no responses from any company what so ever with the exclusion of the generated one from monster. I wasted my time with this website and I recommened you do not do the same, I will also advise any friends or family looking for work not to use monster. Remember one person turns to five five turns to ten and so fourth and so on good luck monster.

The management of this company acts like they are above everyone, and hasn't even got a complaints policy.
See my story below:
My experience with Monster was a total waste of time.
Actually, I felt like I am have been working for them by clearing their database!
Before we went ahead with the offer, we were told by a member of their team that there is over 170 experienced candidates in 10 miles radius.
Also, when I mentioned that CV library is cheaper, their team member said that Monster is better as it has fresh database and applicants are recent - about two months old.
Not even mentioning the fact that apparently if I search a specific job title, with Monster all CVs in the search would be for that position – Not True
Here is the reality:
11 Cvs in 10miles Radius which are 3 months old
2!! Cvs in 10 miles Radius which are 1 month old?!
I have been given false information to sell me the product.

Today is 29th June. On 22nd April, I put one REQUEST to REFUND my money as you guys are incapable to what you promised since day 1 ie 14th March, 2018.
I got response on this mail though on the same day, by Ms Ajitha that she will take care of it and have done some changes. She called through her Landline stating that you may callback, in case have any issues or queries. SURPRISINGLY, I am trying the same number since Friday i e 1st June. I tried on different time slots on 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th & 6th. BUT NO ONE IS PICKING THE PHONE.
I want Research/KPO Job for 10 year experience. In my Profile, you have updated BPO my Industry. Due to that, my Inbox has mails related to Sales Job in BPO Industry or Software Developer jobs. Categorization is not done properly.
Already 3 months passed and your team is incompetent to provide any solution. They are just playing the game of 'Passing the Buck'. They have no solution and only wasting my time. It was my folly that I paid the money to you guys, instead of some good Job Service Providers.
What Ajitha has done which Venktesh was not able to. Both have done the same thing. First promising and then NOT Picking the phone. Useless Fellows.
The only solution is GIVE MY HARD EARNED MONEY BACK.
AND YES, DON'T CHANGE THE SUBJECT LINE, WHILE RESPONDING BACK SO THAT IT WILL BE EASY FOR ALL OF US TO TRACK THE MAIL TRAIL.

Waiting for the REFUND as I have already sent the mail to the one overs as well and all all top authorities,in monster, which they asked me to do so.

A scam it seems. Tried one of their services, was outrageously poor quality, service and customer service. Ended up losing over 200 USD and received absolutely nothing in return. Avoid at all cost.

If I could have clicked no stars I would have. I am so angry and frustrated that I fell for their sales patter and so wish I had read the reviews on this site before being shafted in to signing up to a 12 month contract which is harder to get out of than Harry Houdini's handcuffs!! DO NOT USE Monster, they are arrogant and fraudulent.

I remember the days that Monster was the place to go for job searches. Not sure what happened, but it is horrible!!
The search sucks. You put in a job title and gives a list of jobs that have NOTHING to do with what I'm looking for. Some of the jobs are postings from months ago too. I tried to change the filter to only show new jobs posted in the past 2 weeks and it clears out my key words so I get every job that Monster has listed.
I shut the email notifications off cause they jobs had nothing to do with I set it up with. The resume reviewer is useless. I got a piece of feedback that I needed to take the pronouns out of my resume. There are no pronouns in my resume. Idiots!!
Just stay away, stick with Indeed (even though they have their own issues) and I have found some good leads on Linked In.

Very unreliable site. Eventhough I had updated my country of origin yet I was registered to Monster India and was receiving ridiculous request. I strongly discourage applicants from using Monster.

I was recruiting for a specific Job role with certain criteria. On speaking to Monster Account Manager, I was informed that there was 65 CV's. This information was incorrect. There was only 7 CV with the correct criteria. All 7 CV's was in fact out of date and with incorrect contact information for the candidates.
I raised a complaint all of which have not been responded too in the correct manner, and now being forced to pay nearly £500 for their service.
I would not reuse or recommend to anyone.
Do not use this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've tried using monster various times and have always been displeased with the results. Lately, I go to Monster to update my resume and select the resumes/cover letter options it takes me to a resume service page trying to get me to pay $189 for "professional" resume service when I've already uploaded my own. That page has a login option that just reloads the page and sticks you in a loop. If you hit the upload resume button it goes to an error page stating you need to clear your cookies which doesn't work either.
When the site is working the only thing I get is a ton of calls from call center recruiters who call over and over back to back and refuse to leave a voicemail or contact me via email which I've stated I prefer. Half the time these idiots are calling me about a job that has nothing to do with what I actually do. Essentially, Monster is just a resume farm for these terrible call center recruiting groups normally out of India with UNKNOWN NAME and a local number on caller id.

Worst job board we have ever used. Unprofessional team. If anything, they actually hindered us as a business. David Briffa needs a complete retrain on customer service and his aggressive approach. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!!

They are a terrible company and i would highly recomend that you stay completely away from them. Their software is not that great and i have heard that their Job Board does not give great results either. Their Sales Ethos is APPALLING They will do anything to get you to sign a contract offering absolutley everything for nothing BUT BE CAREFUL they make POST SALE changes to "ACCEPTED" detail of the contract without BRINGING IT TO YOUR ATTENTION and will mislead you in megotiations. Some of their software looks ok but from reading other reports it does not give great results. I would advise anyone to stay away from this "FANCY" software other simpler jobs boards are much better. I know of other people running into trouble with monster Feeling duped and tricked by their sales team like i have been and after contesting it they have been allowed out of the contract BUT only after signing a non-disclosure contract so. I have never personally experienced an organisation like them they are Worse than VODAFONE. I would very much like to hear from anyone who has had a bad experience of Monster as they have tried to make me feel that i am unique and fussy though speaking to others i am gradually begginning to see that they mislead alot of people and i would like to hear from you as we are all stronger together

As a SME recruiter in the UK we were pressured into purchasing an all singing service provision from Monster, we signed up October 2017. Within a week we realised that the system, service, technology was very antiquated and out dated. We wrote formally to the HQ in London and received a call back advising that it was tough we had signed so you will pay, is what we were informed - the individual even laughed at me!! - CV's are diabolical and in 6 months we have not received 1 CV that we have been able to use. If you attempt to cancel you are threatened with a default notice.
PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT SIGN ANY CONTRACTS WITH MONSTER BE WARNED
