Had a cable that did not charge my phone and contacted Monoprice’s Customer Service department. They understood the issue and quickly set up the RMA process. A new cable replacement was sent out and arrived within a few days. They definitely stand behind their warranty and fast service.

I have had nothing short of great customer service from Monoprice. They have assisted me with my issues in a professional manner and resolved my issues quickly.
The only complaint I have is when the sensor failed on my printer, the return shipping and replacement takes two weeks and I miss my machine during that time.

Their products and prices are very good and a wide selection to choose from.
Once you place an order your email address will get about six emails a week and they are either unwilling or just unresponsive to request to unsubscribe from their spam mail. Trying to do so on their website is a fail and emailed requests to them are ignored also

Information I received was helpful. Thank you for advising me that I need a step up transformer with a min wattage for the amp. I hope monoprice will do a version for with 240 suppy or switchable 110 to 240vac as their is a big demand for these 15 watt amp in Australia New Zealand. Please help us out. I had ordered two cables for my server. I only got one, but the order said both had shipped. I contacted customer service and they filed a replacement right away. However, they mistakenly reordered the wrong one. When contacted again, they confirmed the right cable and sent it no questioned asked and no drawn out process. The price may make it seem super cheap and not worth it, but their customer service is definitely not cheap.

I bought a Monoprice Delta Pro 3D printer directly from the company. The hardware had some hiccups, but customer service was very responsive and got everything ironed out to my satisfaction. Always great service, great prices, and great shipping. The free or budget shipping arrives within a week, most of the time, and the customer service has always been great for me. This is my first stop for cables and other small equipment, and it's increasingly becoming a place ai Look at for higher end equipment like sound bars and amplifiers, even if I don['t buy them through Monoprice in the end. Their selection is growing, and there's more stuff every day. I just bought decoration lights for Halloween, for example.

Contacted Monoprice concerning a splitter problem. They answered almost immediately. The tech was very knowledgeable about the product. Monprice was ready to send a replacement but mine came from a second party. In my opinion they are a great business to deal with.

I received a Monoprice 3D printer as a gift from my son for my birthday. Over the last 2 months or so I have put the printer through a lot of use. A very nice printer. As with all mechanical equipment things break down over time with a lot of use and I had a problem with the on/off switch. I got in touch with Monoprice customer support via email and almost immediately I received a return email with a prepaid Fedex label and instructions how to return the printer to the factory at which time they would send out a replacement. I cannot say enough about the customer support. There is no question in my mind that they have a customer for life (me).

I bought this printer after a while of struggling with my M3D Micro. I wanted a smooth and easy to use printer which I could use with little to new effort.
This printer is exactly that, beautiful prints and clean moving parts.
My only complaint is the WiFi functionality, file transfer takes ages, small files take about 10 minutes, and I honestly never seen a regular size file finish uploading.

When my Monoprice Lightning cable went belly up....I just made a call and explained that the cord no longer was working. They just put in a replacement order and got it pretty quick. I was happy to purchase the lifetime cables. Thanks Monoprice for standing by your lifetime products. Monoprice has great service because there fast and provide great info! They helped me fix my select mini v2 and what happened was that my nozzle was clogged and also the medal gate way part. It took them less than two days to help me fix it. I had to by a new set of parts that was only 40$
