Customer service in stores Ive visited is wonderful, very helpful staff, letting me know special offers, throwing something in for free. Yes i know their products are expensive so i spent a lot at the time, but they are excellent quality, last ages, smell amazing. Wouldnt want to buy online, its not the same as going into a store, using testers, seeing everything easily, getting help there and then. Hope shops stay open, i do look out for them wherever i am.

Calling customer services appears to be a waste of your time this time of year. Over 60 minutes waiting for an answer to my call then closed without notice while I was still on the line. Don't mind waiting if I am treated fairly but this totally unfair treatment. Missing item in my order also unfair and unresolved!!

What a poor company, paid for an item. It didn’t arrive, when I contacted them on three occasions they totally ignored me. I paid by PayPal so I will get my money back.
I tried to leave a review on their site, this was rejected three times because they don’t like negative feedback.
What should have happened is they should have contacted me to find out why I am upset. The answer would have been, taking money without sending the goods is no different to theft.

This company actually starts the process badly in that they accept your order on-line but then don’t send you an acknowledgement e-mail. Their excuse is that they do this when they send your order. However, if they’ve sold out of the main items in your order then they just don’t bother at all. Luckily I paid by PayPal and had a copy of my order from them and phoned customer services after I hadn’t heard anything after a week. Having waited for callback and gone through everything with a rather unfriendly girl she informed me the two gift crackers I’d ordered and one of the items that made up a gift set were out of stock and I’d have to choose something else. When I had the temerity to ask when they would have let me know this, what do you know, I got cut off. The next girl was far more helpful but I still ended up with nothing like I ordered. Would you like to receive a Christmas cracker or a scrub bar? Wine had to be hastily added to these boring presents to make them acceptable. As for the gift set we managed to get that sorted by changing a product in it with a scrub bar thrown in for inconvenience. To make matters worse they were still advertising the items I didn’t get on-line.
