This company has horrible customer service. I accidentally placed an order without reviewing. I immediately contacted the company to cancel. Their policy says you need to request a cancellation within 15 minutes, it was less than 5 minutes after I placed the order. I was told that my order was cancelled and if I was charged I would be refunded. My order was never cancelled and I was charged.

I have bought plenty of things from Missguided and they have been nothing but amazing. I got many of the peace + love which are beautiful gowns and are all beautiful. everything has been great quality and have never shrunk or lost color even if I wash them. I did once receive something that was big on me and they returned my money before they even received my return, they were so helpful.

Sent me a dirty shirt (visible stains in two places), I stated in the message that I didn’t see a point in returning the item since I could get them out in the wash & I’m a US based customer so it seemed more hassle than it was worth... they sent a canned response telling me to return the item for a refund & didn’t say one word acknowledging they SENT ME A DIRTY SHIRT. Never again will I order from them. I online shop more or less constantly and have never seen such poor, unprofessional customer service.

I had no problems with ordering and shipping from Missguided to Canada. I bought a $40 dress and I was worried about being charged customs (as I’ve read from other reviews) but I wasn’t charged. The order came within 10 business days as expected, correct size and good quality, so I’m pretty pleased.

Delivered It got sent back for idk why and i asked them cause they didn’t tell me it got sent back so they made me a new order and I didn’t hear from them so I asked again and it never got shipped and they said they were gonna ship it and today I saw that they refunded me and apparently they were out of stock if I ordered those since June 10 when they were in stock they didn’t even give me a discount for my next order cause I will never order from them again

I ordered pants and a dress and they actually turned out really cute and good material. The only thing is that I paid for express shipping (2-3 days) and got it after a week because I had to pay customs of $30 on a $60 order which Was extremely annoying. I’m still happy with my purchase, just bothered about the extra $30.

This is literally my favorite online shop. I just received yet another package from them today & like I expected this quality is amazing. This store is the most affordable place for high quality clothes. Everything I’ve ordered from here has always been true to size & extremely good clothing. I’ve never had any issues from this place. Their customer service is amazing ( I wish they had a customer service number but the chat is just as effective) & they handle your problems with speed & compassion. I can’t see why anyone would give them a bad review.

I had an awesome experience with Hannah over a zipper on a pair of Sinner jeans I ordered a few weeks ago. The last pair (that I was replacing) I'd had from late last year, had a different kind of zipper and I was having trouble with this one. I was afraid that I'd probably have a problem after 28 days and then wouldn't be able to do anything about it, even if I went back to Missguided. WelI, that was misguided. lol
I wasn't sure what the response would be and was thinking that because of the return policy that I'd likely be responsible for return shipping regardless, but after sending a picture of the problem, in so many ways Hannah was an excellent customer service rep, using the chat to be just an awesome person, and exceeded my expectations in every single way. Anyone who mistakes Hannah for a bot is just well, misguided by themselves, but not by Missguided.
This place has earned my return business and I'm never going to be concerned about anything I ever buy from them again. And what is that a result of but EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE? You go girl. I hope they treat you there at Missguided as well as you treated me this afternoon. A message to you there, Hannah's boss. :)

First time ordering and recieved tracking 2 days and nothing after. Cudtomer support advised me to go collection point as sometimes they fail to scan parcel. Had to go during work break to find no parcel has been delivered, which was embarrassing and a waste of my time. Had to chase the order myself as no communication from Missguided. Needed my outfit by this point which should have been delivered 2 days before to be told to jold tight that day still or have a refund that can take 3-5 working days. Well I'm in need of the outfit that day and cant afford to buy another as the company fail to deliver and refund immediately. I took my complaint further to then be told my parcel is lost so to be told to continue to wait that day for a parcel which would never arrive is ludacris and unprofessional. Was offered my order resent, which isn't an option for me as event has now passed, or full refund. Also a good will gesture of £25 which I think is actually not good enough. Definitely sticking to ASOS and Boohoo in future as they're reliable, quick and never had a problem with them!! Defo won't be shopping with missguided or recommending them... avoid

Have only ever shipped off it twice, first time bought a white dress, shipping was slow and when it came it was unwearable it’s that see through, think the dress was £20 so would expect at least half decent material for that.
Last week I ordered a pair of jeans size 8, and these are absolutely not a size 8, the thighs were huge and would have fit someone of a size 12, waist wasn’t good at all very loose and they gathered around my knees at the back. The colour was completely off and not at all like the photo as they came and had a greenish tinge to them.
I sent them back and had to pay out of my own pocket as they don’t offer Royal Mail returns, only Hermes or Asda which both are over an hour from where I live. Cost me £6 to return them and them and the original postage charge of £5 was never refunded to me. Will never shop with them again.

I ordered from the Midwest in the U.S. and I am surprised to see so many bad reviews, since my experience with Missguided was amazing. I am assuming most bad reviews come from Canadian customers that had shipping and customs problems, which are absolutely none for U.S. customers like me.
As for my experience I received my package sooner than expected and all clothes I bought were gorgeous and good quality for the cheap price I paid. They made a mistake with the color of one piece and managed to solve the problem with the customer service chat in less than 5 minutes, The customer care team is what is going to keep me coming for more, I know they got it whatever might go wrong with the order.
I recommend buying with your eyes closed, it's an absolutely trust-worthy company with a solid customer service. Shout out to Rachel @Missguided customer care team

My parcel was damaged in transit and the courier returned my parcel back to misguided and therefore my parcel was not delivered. Hannah was extremely helpful as she arranged for a new order to be sent out with next day delivery for no extra cost, very polite and good service. Thank you!

This company is absolute trash. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I purchased a size 4 oversized t-shirt that’s supposed to fit “mid thigh” when it fits more like a size 12. It’s HUGE and goes past my knees. This company is a scam with incorrect sizing, even based off measurements.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
I would give this website a 0 star if I could. Custom fees, long shipping, poor quality, wrong sizing and you have to pay to return items. It's a scam.
I ordered a pair of pants and went by their size guide. It was way too small. I contacted customer service and not only would I have to pay the shipping to return the item BUT if they gave store credit, I could not use any of my or the websites discount codes meaning I was actually LOOSING more money by using their store credit that was given to cover the shipping cost.
