I ordered on the misguided app.
For the delivery method I chose the UK next day delivery option at £ 4.99.
I unfortunately didn’t receive my order the day after (small delay in orders) so I decided to send a message via the chat, a person is immediately directed to me and has met my expectations, I even had a connection problem that I was disconnected from the chat but I received a personal email from the customer service.
My order arrived the next day (only a day late) and they refunded my delivery cost.
I’m very impressed by the professionalism and the quick answer from the customer service.
I recommend Missguided at 100% !!

Horrible company. I bought a coat on this website, but the size was to big in the shoulders. For return missguided asks me to pay shipping expenses! That's redicullous, none of the companies ask that...

I ordered two size 6-8 cardigans and one coat all of which were so big that they fit my size 18 mum. I wouldn't recommend ordering from here unless you want to be disappointed.

I ordered an A line check shirt orange colour in a size 14, when it arrived it was more like a size 8, the label said size 14 but I don't understand which size 14 they had sent out as the shirt felt more like a age 14 rather then an adult size 14. I sent a complaint on the chat message where you can contact a member of the team to address your issues but didn't get anywhere, I find it disgusting and very disappointing that missguided are unable to get UK sizes correct I'm not sure where they get their sizing guide from, they are very misleading by putting in the item description that the shirt is a regular fit and is true to size, I'm very angry that they dont have any bigger sizes and I am unable to get the shirt in that colour from anywhere else,this isn't the first time that the sizing has been very small

If I could give no stars I would! This companies customer service is absolutely horrible! I ordered something express and it did not arrive in the timeframe I needed. I contacted them and they refunded me my shipping but expect me to pay the duties and take my order. It was expressed due to a upcoming wedding and never made it. I contacted the company and they said it was not going to make it...now Ive contacted them 3 times and they keep giving me excuses and even ignore me when I ask for a refund! Buyers Beware! Horrible company to deal with!

The quality of clothing tends to be really good, and the website works well.
However, Yodel is a horrific service to deliver with. They claimed to attempt to deliver my parcel three times, however i was home the whole time and no one had. They didn't leave any calling card to notify they had tried, and i only realised later that week when i tracked my parcel. I am now having to travel over an hour to their only depot to collect my parcel.
If Missguided had a better delivery service, it could've been 5 stars, however, I am not able to due to Yodels crap service

I ordered a skirt from Missguided and realized that it would not arrive in time. I reached out within 24 hours and was guaranteed that my order would be cancelled in the chat with Bilall and they said I would receive a confirmation email. I reached out today because I never received that email and they said my order was never cancelled and that they cannot guarantee returns either. I'm confused how a business can be run like this and am extremely frustrated with the poor customer service.

Its my second time buying from the website and the first time Im sure everything was fine but just recently i have ordered clothes for next day delivery and two days later it still hasnt arrived.
The delivery shown always ends up coming longer than the time expected. Very disappointed as I have ordered clothes for a party and they havent come on time

Ok first off I must say that I’m always hesitant about ordering pants/catsuits online because I’m tall and they never reach my ankles but missguided did not disappoint!!! Flawless catsuit not see through at all! I also order a hoodie and sweater dress from the Sofia Richie collection LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!! Will be ordering again

I paid for a next day delivery last thursday,, its so silly that a clothing company does not have a contact centre to speak to, i’m not bovered about the item as it says courier company hermes as it but its been delayed i just want my refund back. It is so hard to communicate via chat, just a waste of time these companies it is getting to a point where you do not want to purchase anything because of these problems

I love their clothes selection so much. I've bought a few items from here before and never had a problem. Even tho it's not cheap, the quality is really good (paying for what you get). Had some stuff for a few years and not had any rips or tears. The sizings are also accurate. I've always had good compliments from people. Would recommend anyone to shop here.

Amazing customer service received when my order arrived wrong!
Instead of being a top and skirt as part of a co ord set, two skirts arrived..I got straight on the online chat and within seconds the top was sent to me again for next day delivery no hesitation. Not like other sites that make their mistake your problem and won't do anything until they receive the item they wrongly sent back. Annoying receiving the wrong item but 100% for the great customer service I received from Jesse🙂

The best service from an online retailer which is why I am a regular customer at Missguided. Whenever I have a problem it is immediately solved through online chat. Had a mishap with my refund and Rachel helped me get refunded the right amount straight away. Very polite and understanding, Rachel was incredibly helpful best customer care team ever!!
