Worst experience. Whole website is only in Danish with difficult to use and buggy interface. Scheduling meetings are not clear and after writing to them in English they might just schedule you for a Danish meeting which you can't attend and have to go back home.
Not recommended, avoid if possible!

After my first month being a member of min-a-kasse as a newly graduate and following all the unclear steps that I was told, I was suppossed to get my benefits on September 30th. However, this did not happen and they keep telling me every day I call, that my case is being proccessed. Although they did not pay me, they DID substract the fee membership of both september and october.
How am I supposse to pay for the membership, for my rent and for living if I am unemployed and do not receive benefits. I should be spending my time looking for a job and not wasting it putting complaints and trying to get money to buy food??? Rating of one star because I cannot give zero.

I have been a member from last 4 months, because of new rules (i.e. you have to be in EU from 5 years then eligible for unemployment insurance), I have to withdraw my membership. I was expecting to get back whatever I paid or at-least something out of it, but I have been asked to be for the last month as well, before closing.
The only think i don't like if somebody is withdrawing membership because of such type of issues, he should be compensated for this somehow/

Good: So far system has worked fine so if you're fluent in Danish I can recommend this A-kasse.
Bad: Only the front page is in English, but when you apply for benefits it's all Danish.

Absolutely despicable company with 0 regards to diversity, personal situation or any sort of remorse. When my life took a turn for the worse they actually managed to make it worse. Zero correspondence in English, almost no specialized help for someone that is not a master of the Danish Language.
Messages ignored with vital information to dagpenge payout because the messages were in English. They now refuse to pay out my last month of dagpenge because I supposedly quit my job the 1st of February when even the resignation letter from the company states the end of February.
Do not waste your time here if you are an English Speaking person.

Always swift and precise answers - super helpful staff, you really feel like they understand your situation and they wish to help you.
I have even had a few personal meetings in their office, where they gave me lots of attention despite it was during their lunch break.
They even care to wish you a lovely day - small things - but it makes a difference.

Unresponsive and lack of support.
None of the calls I made were responded, always ended up saying they will call back but never did. The communication in English was not good and considering the specificity of my case it seemed not many people in the staff could help. The one in charge of it did very little to answer the many questions I had about my case. Definitely cancelling the membership despite being there for over 5 years.

The user experience for the English version massively sucks.
1) By going directly to the website of PROSA, it's not easy to find the link to the Self-service.
2) Once you find out how to finally log in to the Self-service, there is no instructions (or at least easy to find) on how to add the payment to the Betallingsservice. I had to find a physical mail they sent me to scan the code to pay the bill through Betallingsservice.
3) The Self-service is only in Danish, I had to translate everything using Chrome and Google Translate.
4) If you want to open your inbox at the Self-service, it won't open the message in a new tab of your Internet explorer, but instead starts a download of the document to your computer, which makes it so unpractical in case you need to open the message several times without leaving the website.
Now I have everything set-up, but it took me around 1 1/2 hour to figure all out. My guess is that this website/system was designed by people who doesn't have a clue about how current systems works for a better user experience. If I still experience more issues like these, I might be changing Union and A-Kasse.

Very fast respond on emails. Professional attitude. So good so far, hopefully will go the same way until I will find new job.
Only uncomfortable thing : NemID log in system in Selvbetjening. Would be better with log in/ password like in jobnet.dk

They canceled my aksasse without my agreement!
For sure this organization is not customer friendly. Surprising when I asked them, to offer me their solution about new law which been passed by government, they cancel my AKASSE and they said it is how it is!
when I asked for the money I paid they told me they are sorry and they can't return the money.
I never asked to leave my membership, but seems they don't read my emails.

I am happy to be a member of Business Denmark A-kasse for almost 2 years! Customer service is just excellent and I feel very comfortable with receiving any type of information from them! As well as, nice communication in English!

Sometimes it is hard to reach a person that is needed to talk to. In general everyone is so helpful and kind. It is a pity that there are no english speaking meetings..

Very fast response and nice people that reply in a timely manner. Meetings are very knowledgeable and processing of stuff is on time too. Initially when I read other trust pilot reviews I was thinking to move to other, but when I started to deal with them, found they are very helpful and act in a timely manner.
