Service was alright. Was treated okay in-store, there was only more interest when I flashed some cash.
Bought a new mattrass and pillows. Price was decent. Made an accord to deliver on a Sunday and will contact me 2 days prior when they would deliver. Never received a call and had to call myself. Apparently my order was still on its way, didn't notify me for the delay.
Scheduled to deliver the week after. This time they did call 2 days beforehand and delivery was prompt. Products are good!
All in all an average rating. Salespeople only showed interest when I had the intention to buy something. Delivery service would have been perfect if they delivered on the agreed date and not the week after. But Sunday delivery does deserve a hats off.
Would shop here again. But if service is the same, I'll just stick to IKEA.

I think the 3 stars 'Average-acceptable experience but with some friction' really defines my purchase. I bought a complete bedroom and a sofa for which I had to wait +- one month before it would be delivered. A normal waiting period.
When the furniture was delivered (with lift, they made sure to send one with the delivery truck so the furniture would reach my 2nd floor apartment) the problem was that there was only one delivery guy and because he was very busy puutting the furniture on the lift I had to get it off the lift and inside my living room. Okay for me, but if I had been an older woman or man I might not have had the strenght to pull the furniture through the window, which would have complicated the delivery.
Sending two people to deliver heavy, large furniture would have been better, if not just for the poor delivery guy's back.
Furniture is very decent and sturdy, quality wise better than 90% of what Ikea sells you, just for comparison. This also makes everything quite HEAVY so keep that in mind when buying, for example, a large wardrobe. Big plus on furniture quality!
Meubis' instructions (the plan you use to assemble your furniture) is printed on a recto verso A2 (at least for my purchase) and nicely labels ervery piece and screw you'll use and has clear instructions. Downside (for me) was that the details of which screw goes in which hole was sometimes printed quite small and my eyesight is not the best. But for anyone with normal eyesight, no problem!
Now, the friction part.
My bed was delivered without screws. You can guess that this makes it hard to put together.
One of the nightstands was missing a screw and one of the railings for the drawers (same nightstand) was slightly bent upon arrival, making smooth drawer gliding impossible.
I signaled this to customer support and they immediately ordered the missing screws and replacement railings (a plus!)
It took a week for the delivery (a minus!), but instead of just getting new nighstand railings I got BRAND NEW NIGHTSTAND. Now that's service (big plus!)!!!!
However, the screws they sent me for the bed were wrong (big minus, getting it wrong TWICE), so as we speak it's been 11 days since bed delivery and I'm still sleeping on a matras on the floor. Latest update was that the (hopefully) right screws have been ordered and they'll be getting to me next weekend, so 14-15 days after bed delivery.
The floor sleeping is why I can't give more than 3 stars, even though the rest of the service was awesome.
+ Decent stuurdy furniture and great price/quality
+ Very helpful and friendly salesmen and customer service
+ After explaining my problem extremely helpful with trying to find solution
- Only one delivery guy to send up furniture with ladder lift -> heavy lifting for customer through apt window (scary high)
- Factory problem caused missing screws and Meubis has had a hard time sending me the right ones in spite of a detailed list with the missing screws
I'd recommend this store to others, but would mention the screws not being delivered even though I don't believe this happens often and I just got unlucky to get a bed without screws and then have an order mixup on same purchase. Plus side of this all that I'm almost on first name basis with people from customer support, and who doesn't like friendly conversations, right?
Lastly, if anyone took the time to read through this wall of text, props to you sir/madam.
