I would give them - 100 if I could. 1 star is too much for these shameless people. They sell defective furniture and blame you for it! The bed they sold us was defective, they "fixed" it, it broke of course, they promised us to give us a new bed and never did. Now they are refusing to give refund and are blaming us for it, even though they know perfectly well it's their fault. Stay clear, if they are the last furniture sellers remaining, still don't go to them!
P. S. In response to your comment: we have a picture of our assembled bed. We also have instruction manual of how our bed should have looked like. They are identical. There was no piece in the middle length to support the slats. You admitted this in ourconversation. You admitted that you changed the design. When you sent out "necessary pieces", even your delivery guy admitted that they were useless and took them back. We have proof of all that. You may lie to BelMed and Trustpilot, but we will take an action in court and remember, lying in court is a criminal offense. You know you sold us piece of crap and that it was none of our fault.
We can assemble the bed in front of the judge if we can, and then you come and tell us what we did wrong, deal? I promise it will look exactly like on the instruction manual. It will be DEFECTIIVE, because that's what it is, and you know it! So, come and say in court that it was "instalation" problem and that you delivered all the necessary pieces.

STAY AWAY from this company. After months of delays, deception, rudeness and outright lies, I never received the table I ordered and had to essentially beg for several weeks for a refund.
The initial order I placed had a confirmed 3 week delivery window that was quickly extended to 7 weeks and then 9. After that, there was another 3 week delay caused by a constantly changing story about their supplier. And then it took over a month to confirm that the table was never in fact going to come. They are impossibly hard to get ahold of, and when you do it's the most insulting customer experience I have every encountered. Maria was consistently rude to me in every interaction I had with the company and Dimitri gave false and contradictory information every time we spoke or exchanged emails.

I really don't recommend to buy on this website.
I have ordered a furniture middle of may 2018. The delivery was planned for the week 27 (beginning of July).
We did not have any news beginning of July, I sent a mail to have some informations. They told me they would call me at the end of the week to organize the day of the delivery.
Each week, I had to send a mail to ask about the delivery, and each week, they answered they would call me to plan it.
The 30th of July, I sent a mail to explain that their way to treat their customers was unacceptable. They answered they were on holidays, so they would deliver the furniture week 33 (middle of August). We are end of August, I still have no news, I had to send amail, again...
And of course, they told me they would call me today to give me more information...
I think I can wait the call all the day. And I don't know if I will see a day my furniture.
Don't order on this website, they just treat you like a waste. And we you try to call them, this is just not possible to join them.

Service was alright. Was treated okay in-store, there was only more interest when I flashed some cash.
Bought a new mattrass and pillows. Price was decent. Made an accord to deliver on a Sunday and will contact me 2 days prior when they would deliver. Never received a call and had to call myself. Apparently my order was still on its way, didn't notify me for the delay.
Scheduled to deliver the week after. This time they did call 2 days beforehand and delivery was prompt. Products are good!
All in all an average rating. Salespeople only showed interest when I had the intention to buy something. Delivery service would have been perfect if they delivered on the agreed date and not the week after. But Sunday delivery does deserve a hats off.
Would shop here again. But if service is the same, I'll just stick to IKEA.

They sold me a second hand table fot television, at a very good price for just 2 little scratches. Then they gave me a living room table and a dining room table for an affordable price and I had it all in 4 days. Super service, would reccomend to anyone!!!

This is the last call before the legal proceedings are started against the lax attitude of Mr. Dimitri Samaras and his questionable company Meubis.

I ordered a closet beginning of July. They promised to deliver from 8-12 weeks. Already I am waiting 18 weeks for delivery, but this has been pushed back another 2 MONTHS!! So they say, because this has been the 4th time they tell me delivery has been delayed!
No settlement options and ofcourse I do not get any information after I call myself to check. Every time.. No proactivity from their end. Also when it come to payments they're very present. They always demand 40% deposit up front..
I can understand producers sometimes fail to deliver but in that case:
- Follow up and let the customer know proactively
- Offer consolidation (coupons etc) when delivery falls behind for weeks
The fact that they don't do any of these, tells me they're having many problems with delivering on time..
@Meubis: If you're reading this, I hope I'll receive my closet in the next two weeks!
Anyone has issues with them NEVER delivering?

I ordered a display cabinet from MEUBIS in January. Since the end of February, I've got a delivery scheduled about 3 times. Each time I made arrangements to be at home only to be informed (one time on the day of delivery) that they can't deliver. Now every week they write with an apology for not being able to deliver and promising to deliver fur sure next week. It's April already and it's no longer funny. I hope I can get my money back.

I think the 3 stars 'Average-acceptable experience but with some friction' really defines my purchase. I bought a complete bedroom and a sofa for which I had to wait +- one month before it would be delivered. A normal waiting period.
When the furniture was delivered (with lift, they made sure to send one with the delivery truck so the furniture would reach my 2nd floor apartment) the problem was that there was only one delivery guy and because he was very busy puutting the furniture on the lift I had to get it off the lift and inside my living room. Okay for me, but if I had been an older woman or man I might not have had the strenght to pull the furniture through the window, which would have complicated the delivery.
Sending two people to deliver heavy, large furniture would have been better, if not just for the poor delivery guy's back.
Furniture is very decent and sturdy, quality wise better than 90% of what Ikea sells you, just for comparison. This also makes everything quite HEAVY so keep that in mind when buying, for example, a large wardrobe. Big plus on furniture quality!
Meubis' instructions (the plan you use to assemble your furniture) is printed on a recto verso A2 (at least for my purchase) and nicely labels ervery piece and screw you'll use and has clear instructions. Downside (for me) was that the details of which screw goes in which hole was sometimes printed quite small and my eyesight is not the best. But for anyone with normal eyesight, no problem!
Now, the friction part.
My bed was delivered without screws. You can guess that this makes it hard to put together.
One of the nightstands was missing a screw and one of the railings for the drawers (same nightstand) was slightly bent upon arrival, making smooth drawer gliding impossible.
I signaled this to customer support and they immediately ordered the missing screws and replacement railings (a plus!)
It took a week for the delivery (a minus!), but instead of just getting new nighstand railings I got BRAND NEW NIGHTSTAND. Now that's service (big plus!)!!!!
However, the screws they sent me for the bed were wrong (big minus, getting it wrong TWICE), so as we speak it's been 11 days since bed delivery and I'm still sleeping on a matras on the floor. Latest update was that the (hopefully) right screws have been ordered and they'll be getting to me next weekend, so 14-15 days after bed delivery.
The floor sleeping is why I can't give more than 3 stars, even though the rest of the service was awesome.
+ Decent stuurdy furniture and great price/quality
+ Very helpful and friendly salesmen and customer service
+ After explaining my problem extremely helpful with trying to find solution
- Only one delivery guy to send up furniture with ladder lift -> heavy lifting for customer through apt window (scary high)
- Factory problem caused missing screws and Meubis has had a hard time sending me the right ones in spite of a detailed list with the missing screws
I'd recommend this store to others, but would mention the screws not being delivered even though I don't believe this happens often and I just got unlucky to get a bed without screws and then have an order mixup on same purchase. Plus side of this all that I'm almost on first name basis with people from customer support, and who doesn't like friendly conversations, right?
Lastly, if anyone took the time to read through this wall of text, props to you sir/madam.

My armoire came very late and of the wrong size (225 cm, i had ordered 180). I decided to keep it to avoid the hassle of sending it back and wait another 3 months. The quality was also disappointing and a couple of pieces were missing. Instructoons were confusing and merged two different models.All in all, a bad experience.
