The product is OK until you need warranty repair. I purchased a tripod then dutifully registered it which supposedly extends the warranty to 10 years. This needed repair so, since I use tripods professionally and was facing being without due to repair time, I purchased another better model. I tried to register it to receive the extended warranty but the site always flashed a message to the effect "we cannot accept registrations at this time" as I do not remember the exact wording but after trying several times I was not able to register the product. In addition, I also sent an email to the warranty department regarding repairing the original tripod (I have the original purchase receipt) a couple of months ago and have never received an answer or acknowledgement of any kind. So i gave up on Manfrotto, returned the new tripod I had purchased, and purchased a Sirui. In the end, their complete disdain to me as a customer was a blessing as the Sirui, in my opinion, is a much better tripod.

My mount seems to move quite a bit, I have to push it down on the phone very very hard to get it where is doesn't move. It seems to lose almost like it needs to be screwed in tighter or something.

way too small for what I needed...couldn't return, cost for shipping was too high (for the return)...a well made case though, I have a larger one that is great....
UPDATE: I received a call from Vitec, who is the distributor for the National Geographic Bags, and they are sending me a shipping label so I can return the pouch that I cannot use...now, that's Customer Service...all companies should take notice...

Purchased the Manfrotto TwistGrip Universal Smartphone Clamp. Flimsy build to say the least. I'm sure we could buy a much stabler option at a more competitive price. Steer clear.

The concept of these XUME quick release filter adapters is great and the magnetic work great - However
the threads of these flimsy aluminum holders get stuck on the nice threads of the lenses-or the great brass threads on the protection filter. Which requires patience when you remove the
adapters for the filters used on any particular day
And you cant use the lens cover without having a filter in place

To be fair, I bought my first real "serious" tripod after going through many cheap ones, but sadly, it's the grey market one instead of one with an official warranty that can be extended to 10 years. They should state clearly if its a USA or Grey Market version.

I received my tripod pretty quickly. The quality was pretty decent. The only issue I have is the graphic that was added onto one of the legs is not centered and there seems to be some shift in color of the graphic as well. To clarify, The graphic on one of the legs is blurry and isnt of good quality. Other than that, the product I received was fine.

They had a promotional offer, free item with certain purchases. They offer registering for it online, to save paper and postage. I uploaded the info, including a photo of my receipt from a large national retailer, on November 13th. I began attempting to contact them in February, because when I checked the status of my rebate on their website, it said I should have received it by January 26th. It took several calls to get a person. I even left a message, as that was an option, asking the status, and leaving my unique identifier. I received a voicemail back simply saying they were returning my call, no status left in the message. I finally got a person on the phone today, March 29th, only to be told that I didn't qualify, as I didn't upload a photo of the bar code. Yes, a photo of the bar code was to serve as proof of purchase. That was not listed as required when submitting online, and frankly would be silly to ask for it as proof, as anyone could Google and find a picture of the bar code. There was no question about the authenticity of the purchase receipt. There was no indication when I checked the status online that there was a problem with the submission. According to the person I spoke with, they waited till January 25th to snail mail me a letter, they claim, as i never saw it, to tell me I didn't qualify as I didn't include the pic of the bar code. From November 13th till January 25th, and then mailed it through the post office. They have my email address, it was included with the submission. Oh, and by the way, it's now too late to correct the problem, and was even on on January 25th when they mailed the letter, as the offer had expired in December.
It seems they went out of their way to see that I failed to qualify for their offer, and then made sure it was very difficult for me to even find this out, until it was too late to rectify. Not very happy with their approach to customer service.

When my first attempt at making an order failed due to a payment problem, changing the payment method was not an option. The only solution was to cancel the order and start again from the beginning.

I returned my tripod to be repaired under warranty after one of the leg clamps snapped. I posted it ( recorded delivery ) on a Monday and had it back repaired Wednesday afternoon which I thought was very efficient and an excellent service.
