Had an excellent experience at Macys the representative at Macys Her name Is luv she works in the jewelry dept helped me out finding jewelry and also helped me with applying my star Money to one of the 3 purchases that was a huge discount she was very nice had a very positive attitude customer service was awesome she was friendly and patient she went above and beyond we need more sales clerks like her that shows this type of professional attitude thanks again Luv I really appreciate your help I walked out of macys a very happy satisfied customer. When you call about investigating a missing package they (Macys) act like they have no idea what your talking about!!!! This past Sunday I was at the Macy's…This past Sunday I was at the Macy's store in Menlo Park. I am giving the review one star because I have to. The employees working the shoe department were rude and not very helpful at all. I asked a lady behind the counter if she worked in the shoe department and she stated "well I am behind the register right!" Is Macy's doing so well that they can afford to treat their customers in this matter???? Is a shame, no one takes pride in their jobs anymore! DO NOT BUY MATTRESS FROM MACY'S.DO NOT BUY MATTRESS FROM MACY'S. I got a mattresse from Macy's and after a couple weeks of use the top bubbled up and the part where I slept sinked in. When I called their customer support, they sent me a so called specialist who rulled that the mattress Is fine and there is nothing they can do. Now I find my self with a backache, over $700 on my credit card for something that I can't even use. They have the worse customer service ever. And one time I made a purchase on the app they canceled, when I called them they said the billing address is incorrect, I called my bank they confirmed that everything it's still the same billing address. I can't believe how bad products have…I can't believe how bad products have gotten on Macys. You can't rust the website anymore. I ordered JOCKEY slim fit t shirts and what arrived appeared to be bootleg knockoffs or rejects T shirts bundled and sold for Macys...fit sleeves everything just wrong. I felt like I was swindled. Macy's shipped me a Ralph Lauren hooded…Macy's shipped me a Ralph Lauren hooded t-shirt with the impossible to remove plastic security device attached. I took it to the store and they removed it. Muriel was polite and accommodating, we had a friendly conversation about local issues. I appreciate the excellent customer service so much that I shopped there again at the back stage section saving $38.00 on Tommy Hilfiger sandals and socks. One employee isn't the whole team but can elevate the team's performance. Macy's sandiego furniture location is my favorite thanks to Muriel.
