I often shop in Macys, they have a great selection particularly in dresses. I had a complicated return yesterday and Larissa helped me. she has waited on me before and is always professional and efficient.

If i could id put 0 stars ordered 2 king comforters recieved 1 but other 1 i haven't recieved. Said Jan 2 2020 then Jan 6 n still nothing. Customer service keeps hanging up on me n said i can't get refund s**t makes no since. Its they fault i haven't recieved n i keep getting run around. Idk what to do keep calling back for my full refund for item i never recieved. I will never EVER order from macys again. Im very upset😠😠😠😡

I knew it was unwise to get a Macys card. I just simply want to login to see a history of my transactions but I am not yet successful at doing that simple task. Their website sucks. They did manage to waste my time forcing me to reset my password but I still can't see a statement of my transactions. i do have a bill from them but I want to verify it and i can't. I hate them. Don't feel sorry for them if they go out of business as that's what they deserve to have happen if they can't even offer simple support .

Order customized furniture! The first driver said he wanted to go home. And that they don't maneuver or anything to get your furniture in the door. My living room door is 29in the furniture is 32' with the cushions and the legs still on. The first drivers said it wouldn't fit up the stairs...but guess what it made into the stairs! He then said it wouldn't make it through the doors and he took it back. I was his last delivery. I complained and the manager of delivery said that they can get it in and that the next driver would can do it!! Guess what..they didn't even try! I have no door just an entryway! Macy's don't try they want to be able to pick up and drop it, like the local grocery store. Hire professional movers that know angles!!!! I am so upset I have been crying over this nightmare.

I placed an order back in November 2019 my order came in and 1 item was missing. I called Macy's couldn't anyone American on the phone all the customer service were oriental and very hard to understand. Macy's never contacted me regarding my back order. When I finally called I was told that I had to pay more for the item and my item will be delivered by December 24, 2019. Today is December 24 no delivery yet. I called and all played dum. I am so irritated with Macy's that I will never order or buy anything from them anymore.
The don't care about their customers.

I would give Macys zero stars if i could. I placed an order 16 days ago and it still hasn't shipped. I've called their 1-800 number twice and can not get a human being on the phone, I also filed a complaint with them through their website asking for my item to be shipped and never got a response. The only information I've been able to obtain is through the 1-800 automation saying that my purchase is through a third party vendor , I had no idea Macys did business like that. I WILL NEVER shop with them again. The item i ordered is for my daughter's Christmas and I seriously doubt this will be resolved in time.

Ordered one item. Macys sent wrong item. I had to work to get the right item. Began asessing interest for the incorrect item on acct. Cannot understand heavy accent of person in customer service. Awful company

I made a big order with Macy’s on 11/30 for $427. Macy’s failed to fulfill the entire order, one coat (for 16.99) was on backorder. The backordered item was shipped on 12/27, when it was shipped my bank account was charged a pre-auth charge for the 16.99 AS WELL AS THE TOTAL OF THE ENTIRE ORDER THAT I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR!! So now my bank account is negative and checks are going to bounce because of Macy’s. When I called customer service I was told, “You’ll be fine it will fall off, how long that takes is up to your financial institution”. I shouldn’t have to wait for it to fall off, I have already paid this order (minus 16.99) and Macy’s had no right to hold my money again. I will never shop here again and will post my experience everywhere I can so other people know how this place does business. This is unacceptable!

Received an e-mail ad with some after Christmas sales. Ordered a product for myself that, according to their website, was in stock. Shipping, as stated,
was within 1-2 business days. A week later I had not heard anything so I took it upon myself to call their customer service number. The rep I talked with checked my order number, confirmed that it had been shipped and that I would receive it on or around the 7th or the 8th of January. This morning (1-6-20) I received an e-mail from Macy's telling me that they were out of stock and my ordered had been cancelled, the "good news"

STOP do not order from Macy’s!!! I have never in my life had such a poor experience with customer service! I ordered a mattress and box spring it never came! They keep sending me bad frames which I have to take the time through UPS to send back! No one knows why I can’t receive a box spring and mattress they keep telling me that their vendor is not getting back to them! They also keep telling me that I can’t cancel my order! They can’t find me another mattress or box spring from another vendor because they don’t have an order from me for that! I have sat on the phone for hours I could have driven to another state and bought a mattress and box spring at this point! No one cares no one cares to call back I have spoken to supervisor after supervisor and no one does anything ! this company Is a disgrace they should be ashamed of themselves and their employees! Don’t bother ordering from them it’s only a headache!

So, this is my very first order from Macy's. I guess I expected too much to get a NEW Espresso machine when I ordered one. They sent me a USED machine with disgusting moldy spots! When I called to tell them about it the lady said she could start a return and order a new one. Okay great. Then the lady said I can't use my gift card to order a new one because it "won't be processed". That is bull! I only tried shopping here because I had a gift card. So then she tells me that "it is on back order" (to top this all off) and it "won't get here until mid February." I asked if there was something comparable that they could send me because of this whole mess and she just brushed it off and ignored that I said that. I'm very upset. I used to work customer service for 10+ years and to put it nicely, she was not helpful in the very least and seemed to not care at all about my situation. I had to go to the store 45 mins away to return this disgusting thing. Waste of time and money!

I called to make some corrections about my online order. I got customer representative who barely spoke eanglish, wasn't able to help me and hang up on me. I called back and I got another representative with little eanglish, who was more helpful resolved an issue with my order and when I ask her one more question she made some crazy noises than turn the music on and than hang up on me. I'm still in shock from their customer service. I think I will look for other options now.

They closed my credit card account that was in good standing with no notifications. Also issues with prices. Sign said one price at the counter they say higher. I brought them the sign and they said not that one. Sign did not specify brand. I wasted a couple hrs in the store. I will not shop here anymore.

Broke my own promise and ordered a another Calvin Klein set of fragrances. It was advertised as a $98 value on sale for $45, part of the same after Christmas sales notice I received. This one did come in and was I surprised at what I found. There is a sticker on the box that states that this is an $87 value, not $98 and that the retail price is $45. This item is not on sale at all. Talk about false and misleading advertising. Enough is enough, just filed a complaint with the FTC. Hey Macy's, I hope you're following this. It's not nice to screw with an old retired guy like me who has too much time on his hands and little else to do.

Macy's credit card reported a two month late payment to the credit bureaus. The purchase was for a total of $25. Admittedly, I had forgotten to pay the bill for two months, it was the Holidays and it slipped my mind, I've never been late or missed a payment before, but rather than do the courtesy to call me to notify me of my mistake, which their customer service representative said that they could have done, they instead charged me almost $60 in late fees and then reported the late payment to the credit bureau.
As soon as I was notified this happened (through Credit Karma, not Macy's) I immediately paid the total amount owed, almost $100 at that point. When I went to call Macy's I was told there was nothing they could do about my credit at that point but that they could have called as a courtesy prior to that but they waited and reported it to the credit bureaus instead.
I'm currently trying to purchase a home. This $25 purchase I made at Macy's will now end up costing me 1,000's of dollars for the next 30 years.......

Terrible. If I could give zero stars I would. Their stores are a mess and don't have basic items available. So, I ordered online from them, and they sent my order to an address that does not exist (which their system changed from the address I input), then returned it to the company when they couldn't deliver it. They didn't send me an email notifying me of this--I had to go back online to figure it out. Now they are telling me that they "can't" make a similar item available for pickup in the store before Christmas. I have heard for years how Macy's is failing and as of now I think they should! Just order from Amazon instead.

I received a Martha Stewards queen size sheet set. I couldn’t believe what I found. It was a pubic hair and cats hair in the sheets not to mention the top sheet and bottom sheet didn’t match. They were faded discussing bought from Macy’s. Of course I am returning them but never in my wildest dreams not to mention it took over 2 weeks to deliver.

if I could give Macy's a zero rating I would do it as well I have been trying to get a refund for items not received from back in December every time I call the Philippines customer service line a devices me 10 to 14 days 10 to 14 days 10 to 14 days 10 to 14 days has passed and past and still no refund how do they get away with just taking your money I just don't understand how this company has crumbled to thieves they straight up Rob you blind take your money and do not follow through with your product then promised you a refund and the refund never comes the customer service agents hang up on you and they read the same script over and over again they tell you they're going to transfer you to a supervisor you hold for over 30 minutes and then you are disconnected no one ever comes to the line there has to be a way to complain further up to the corporate level to get this taken care of companies are not allowed to take orders and take money and not provide you with the services or products that you have paid for it this is illegal if that was the case then we would all collect money and be rich Macy's used to be a high-end department store now they are the bargain dumpster of stores
