Paid for overnight shipping, didn't ship for six days, finally had to call, talk to someone whom didn't even understand English, and cancel the order. Absolutely AWFUL experience. Will never shop there again.

Bait and switch. I ordered a computer, which was listed as in stock and then after the order was placed and in progress: “On Back Order.” A phone operator tried to move me into a different product. Shame on you.

Horrible experience, I live in a rented property, these people said they could not verify my address on public records, so they decided to call the property owner to confirm. Now my landlord thinks I'm running some kind of scam using her name.

I called 3 different times to try to return a product that did not work, they refused to help. Put me on hold for over 30 mins, told me they sent me a RMA email which they never did. Called again with someone purposely trying to transfer me again once they realized it was a return. Terrible company, definitely seemed shady.

I ordered 3 products. An iPad Pro, the iPad Pro keypad and the iPad Pro pencil. the keypad and pencil shipped but the iPad was on backorder. The keypad and pencil are no use without the iPad Pro. When I called I could not get ship date for the iPad. I canceled the iPad and was able to get it shipped to me in two days for $150.00 less.

I am overseas and trying to purchase a hard drive to send to a U.S. address, but I can't do it because of my IP, probably, even with VPN activated, so I have to call an 800 number. Really? With the time difference, etc. it took me 3 days to find the time to do it, then I had to repeat EVERYTHING over the phone, then write down the order number with a pen and paper. What century is this? Get with it, Macmall!

although they have some of the best prices anywhere on the web, their return policy it terrible. they basically don't have a return policy, they refer to the manufacturer of the item you purchased - in my case, since i opened the packaging (even though it didn't use it), they said i can't return it; i can buy the same item in town and return it even if i've used it

Very poor customer service. Bought refurb'd laptop. Laptop lid actually had a hole eaten into it by some type of acid. Hole was large, 2-inches or more and refurbisher decided to just paste a silver sticker over it to hide it, like a kid would. Reported it to MM and used web-site and e-mail to report it, no response either way. Called Customer Service. Got a guy that sounded like "Carlton your Doorman" from "Rhoda." Sounded drugged, half-asleep, didn't really care, long silent pauses, I kept asking if he was still there. Finally he asked for the Order Number and then gave me the direct dial number for the CSR I spoke to 3 days ago and said "You need to call him.." I did and got his voice-mail, so I still have a DUD laptop, no RMA number and a fading sense that they are going to accept a return. HORRIBLE customer service - BEWARE!

The moment our product was ordered we were besieged with two and three emails daily. The product was slow in coming which meant we had to deal with emails and calls. It felt as though we were being attacked. You couldn't pay me to go through this annoyance again.
