I personally love the fit, look, impressive variety of colours and designs, and quality of these 100% cotton tee shirts and other clothing. I've only had good experiences with this company. Shipping to Canada isn't cheap, but it's fast and dependable. And any defective shirts have been immediately replaced by new ones by the friendly customer service staff. In the age of COVID-19, I would expect shipping delays with my packages, and fewer customer service folks in the office. The only thing I could fault this company with is omitting the less-than-favourable online reviews of their products.

I have never wrote a review before but my experience with this company is so bad that I must review to save other people the headaches I have had. There is zero customer service. I have called twice a waited a total of 3 hours on the phone. I have emailed them no reply. When I finally did receive my order the packing slip said they included everything I ordered, It did not. The quality of the product is poor. I could go on and on but I will not.i am very disappointed.

Placed a few orders in the past few months... every single order is delivered late... no info shared about status of orders. left voicemail but no call back.. sent emails with nothing but some BS auto-response... and the nail in the coffin... they only sent 1/2 my last order but charged me for the full order and now refuse to respond to my emails. A bunch of crooks who do not give a crap about their customers... avoid this company!

I ordered 2 items June 24th. I did not hear when I would receive the t-shirts and placed a call to customer service 10 days later. I was told that my shirts would be shipped sometime that week, if not I should reach back out to the company by that Friday. I tried reaching out to customer service by phone and through email with no success over the past 2 weeks. Since then I have received one shirt with a billing slip that states both shirts were delivered. I am out $28 with an email sent yesterday from the president of the company, Lisa Tanzer, stating that she is sorry "it has been challenging to get in contact with us." Give me my money or give me my shirt. Will never buy their products again.

I would give it zero stars if I could. My package didn't arrive after 3 weeks. I tried emailing customer service several times with no response. I called them and waited on hold for over 2 hours. When my turn finally came, they hung up on me. I tried calling them 4 different times before someone finally called me back - only to tell me my order was lost and they didn't know where it was. They don't have the shirt in stock now so they couldn't replace it. Sadly, just a horrible company. Do not deal with them. You will be disappointed!!

I ordered 2 shirts 13 days ago and received them today. Pleasantly surprised at the quality as they used thick, substantial cotton tees,and the design/colors are vibrant and as pictured. All my online orders during the pandemic have been delayed so I wasn't surprised that it took 13 days. It did state on the website that one of my choices was made to order and could take 5-10 business days to ship. Also, when I reached out to customer service via email about forgetting to use a promo code upon check-out, I got a prompt response and was given a refund for the difference. Overall, a very good experience for a first time customer!

Years ago, these t-shirts were of top quality and lasted years! Now they are made of thin material and even after a short wear, they look crummy. I have tried for days now to contact the company for a return. Absolutely ZERO accessibility! No email or phone support after many attempts. Their "cheerful" phone voice and words are all fake. I will never again order t-shirts from this disreputable company.

7/21/20: I have been ordering T-shirts for the past couple of months because of the hot, hot Florida weather here. Ordering them was easy, but tracking them and receiving them was a nightmare. Customer Service was anything but good!! Tried to email. Tried to call. But today, I received a call back from customer service!! Jen helped me out. She was wonderful! I was happy to see a big presentation on qvc last night but was totally disappointed in the "new" life is good artwork. I have several of the stick figure designs, with the smaller graphics, and I love them. The new ones border on tacky, and I couldn't even find one I liked. (They did stick a few old style graphics withe Rocket and Jake, but I couldn't match up a design snd a color I liked.) Went to the website and ordered two I liked. Buyer's remorse this a.m. ($58 at this time? Probably not wise.) Well, you can't cancel an order online, it has to be done via phone, and I've been on hold now for nearly 20 mins. Guess I'm stuck, because I can't keep waiting. Overall, two thumbs down!

I am so disappointed in the quality now. Their shirts are very thin. They used to be a very heavy, soft cotton. Now you can see right thru them.

I ordered an item at the beginning of July. I received another person's order with their packing slip. The package was addressed to me but the items and packing slip inside belonged to someone else. I have been on hold 4 different times waiting in a long cue for a service representative. One day after being on hold 3 hours (no exaggeration) I was then given only the option to leave my phone number. I started at position 28 and got to 1 only to be hung up on. I have sent 4 emails and no return email received. I have left my phone number and no return phone call. I even wrote a post on the FB page....NOTHING. I'm going to dispute the charges on my credit card to get my money back since the item I ordered is lost somewhere and I can't get an answer. I work in a service industry as well and even through Covid and shutdowns, we provide customer service by answering phone calls and emails. This is unacceptable. I love Life is Good products and have ordered in the past but I think I have learned my lesson this time.

I wish I had checked the reviews before placing an order but Life Is Good is such a well known company that I didn't think there would be a problem. Had the same problem as others with my order not being shipped, after 5 days still saying it was being processed even though my card was charged immediately. It took me 2 days of being on hold an hour to finally speak to someone. Was told even though the the item was in stock it still wouldn't be shipped out for almost a week. I had them cancel my order. Such a disappointment because I really liked their product.

Worst customer service ever!!! There are many companies out there that donate to education so I would choose one of them over Life is Good. I ordered $120 worth of t-shirts and mistakenly entered the wrong house number, 1404 instead of 1405. When I realized my error I tried calling the company, that was over two weeks ago. Since then I have called and emailed everyday and have yet to hear from LIG. Monday I was so frustrated that I stayed on hold for 3 hours and got to #1 in the cue when I was told that I needed to leave my number and an Optimist would call me back. Its now Wednesday and I still haven't heard anything from them. If they're treating paid in full customers this way I'd be willing to bet that no money is being donated to any cause. Save yourself the hassle and buy from another company that can support their customers.

I bought 2 shirts that were too big for me. I went to their return site the day I received the shirts and it said my order was not returnable. I tried calling them... was on hold for over an hour and finally left my number to call back. No call! I emailed them several times and no response! Horrible customer service. Will never recommend to anyone!

They boast that they offer free shipping and returns. I was never credited for my return and am unable to contact them by phone, email, facebook messenger. On one call I waited on hold for over 2 hours. I've left at least 5 messages without a return call. It's almost as if the company doesn't exist except they do accept your money! (And send you sub-par merchandise that you're then stuck with!) They even have a friendly recording thanking me for "focusing on the good during these difficult times" as they put me hold for 2 hours just to disconnect when it's my turn! They even give you the option to leave your phone # to receive a call back due to high call volume, but they never call back! It seems they've closed most of their stores! Life is NOT GOOD while trying to deal with this company! Shameful. Complete opposite of their product image! I will never think "GOOD" things when I view their merchandise again!!

I ordered a really cool tee shirt as a gift for my sister. I patiently waited and waited for the shipping confirmation but every time I checked my order status it read "processing". Finally I called and the sales associate informed me it was out of stock. I said it wasn't when I ordered it and she responded that it must have gone out of stock within the hour of me ordering it. No one informed me? Shouldn't I have been told?? She said sometimes that happens. Wow - really? Very disappointed

I ordered 3 shirts, which I have never found issues with, but after I paid $16.00 extra for 2 day delivery, I received email order copy that stated shirts may take 5-10 business days. I understand, but don't take extra shipping cost if you know you won't make the 2 day delivery. I have contacted twice and have not received a reply. I ordered the shirts on Tuesday, June 16 after 2:00 p.m. which means order goes out the next day. I would assume that if sent out on the 17th, then 2 day air would be the 19th, which would have been Friday. Came in on June 23.

It will be 2 weeks since I placed my order and it still shows "being processed". Even my payment hasn't been processed. No other company that I have ordered from is this sloooow. Even during this pandemic. No help from customer service either. Poor way of doing business .

Earlier this morning, I posted a very dissatisfied review focusing on lack of communication, lack of progress information, etc. I sat on an empty phone line for a solid hour before I gave up trying to reach anyone. Come to find out, my order - a gift - was delivered yesterday and the recipient was pleased. Fortunately, I learned this just before I was going to place a 'challenge' call to my credit card company. So, my fear of 'fraud' when it comes to this company may be unfounded, but the fact remains: their 'customer service' is abysmal.

If you want to continue in the same success your company started with, PLEASE, PLEASE GO BACK TO YOUR ORIGINAL TEES with the ORIGINAL FONT & STICK FIGURES OF JACKIE, JAKE & ROCKET the dog, WITHOUT printing the word "vintage" on it. The money you have wasted printing the phrase "vintage" on the inside back of t-shirts DOESN'T make it Vintage. Further, that money could be BETTER SPENT designing NEW FUN PHRASES that are characteristic of the Life that Jackie, Jake and Rocket are known for. Otherwise, the stuff you are peddling now has turned into the same cheesy block-lettering and gaudiness that other companies use, so you have LOST what originally made you great! Please reach for Excellence here, and go back to the original item and graphics. And PLEASE put the EMBROIDERED SMILEY back on your Ball Caps and get rid of the cheesy cloth tag. Make your original design the Unique Motif that will bring you even greater success! Remember, you have to GIVE BACK to GET BACK, and MAKE YOURSELVES SHINE IN A WAY THAT OTHER COMPANIES DON'T.
