Terrible experience with Lenovo. I have built and customized a lap top in their website and paid £2.5k for it. After two months my lap top was not delivered and could not be found. They have opened an investigation and, after 3 weeks, they gave me no notification or position of what they were doing about the case. I had to call them again to ask for a refund and they asked for 8 business day to do it. Unfortunately I'm taking legal actions against them as this is the worst customer service I have ever seen!

If you have any sense do not buy a Lenovo laptop, without doubt it is the worst laptop I have ever owned.
Within 3 months of purchase it had suffered a complete hardware failure, it was returned to me with the speakers not working and the Windows 10 licence deactivated.
Rubbish product and rubbish service

If you are reading this somehow
I’m telling you not to get a Lenovo laptop
The first one I got was brand new and started acting slow, I was like cool maybe it’s because it’s an older model.
Now I got a new one and it so f-ing slow
This is probably the worst brand for laptops 👎🏾

I thought I was going to be the crazy guy complaining about lenovo but hey, 86% of the people rate them as bad, it was my fault for falling for it. My delivery never happened, it was supposed to happen to a business that is open all day long and curiously they managed to leave the card and not the delivery. The back of the card says you have 5 days to pick up your parcel and after three I realised it's already on it's way back! When contacting the customer service the only answer I get is a very nonchalant email stating basically "yeah, its coming back, just order another one if you want", NEVER, never again from lenovo, with so many options out there why would I bother? No thank you!

After comparing 13" laptops, I had decided on the 730s, which had everything I wanted. Trying to order from the US Lenovo website is like playing "Where's Waldo". Lenovo had a great sale a few weeks ago, offering this model with a Whiskey Lake Core 7, 8th generation processor and a 256 SSD for about $630...I don't recall the exact price any more. They change the website pricing almost every day, literally. There was going to be a long delay in shipping, and I was out of the country when I tried to place an order. Lenovo told me they would charge my credit card immediately, even though they would not ship for 5 weeks. That same model has been anywhere from $669 to $999 in the last few weeks. Then last week, I tried to order the same spec in the s730 Yoga. More problems and delays. A third time, I tried to order when the price of the Yoga version was $719, plus a supposed brief term coupon deduction of 8%. Every time I tried to order, the order showed the price at $799. I tried to "chat", but that only works if I am located in the US or Canada, even though I live in the US. Finally, I tried to email Lenovo, but their customer support contact request only shows a phone number. I give up. I think this is someone's way of telling me to go back to Dell. Lenovo? Never again!

The service is truly appalling and I am in disbelief a company in today's world can operate in this way, I have spent the the last 13 days on the phone to every department to find out why my laptop was not delivered. Today I have finally been offered a refund but the hours and hours of phone calls have exhausted me. All I wanted was the computer I ordered, even when they admitted that I had not received it you'd think they might have offered to maybe send out the same model again but maybe expedite it quicker because I have been so patient. I was told it would take 10-14 days plus the delivery of 7 days. I even requested that they could ship it direct to me but just to request this can take 3 days and the reply is not certain???
Lenovo have got too big and forgotten the customer, I was was persistent and polite on every phone call, I hope Mr Yang Yuanqing reads this and should hang his head in shame. I have purchased 4 Lenovo's in the last 5 years but no more, very upset and disappointed. To be fair to Sales support, they were brilliant but once they have your money you are totally at their mercy. This has taken from the 7th March to today 3rd April. It seems UPS "lost" the parcel but that even took "an investigation" when one telephone call would have sorted this out much earlier. I was taught "Treat people as would expect to be treated" with honesty, efficiency, pride and good manners, I live by this today so it is shame that this ethos could not be taken on board by Lenovo.

Probably the worst support website I have ever had the misfortune of using, sorry I mean 'trying to use' .
Downloaded and installed Lenovo Service Bridge tool, and I click on it and it doesn't even start up. I tried to run it in compatibility modes, and nothing helps!
The website is a bad joke! ...its confusing, its a miss mash of pages and sections, and error pages.
WOW! ... I would never buy a Lenovo after seeing how bad the website support driver pages are.

I bought ThinkPad tablet x1 gen 3 it cost me around £2000 with top spec.
quality is questionable my tablet stopped working after 23 days of receiving it. Shocking knowing that it past some military test.
Lenovo with partner River Ireland has extremely bad customer service. It looks like they are armatures trying to get peace of the market by not looking at their customers. Just selling goods and services and ignoring us. Like dishonest people do.
My journey with Lenovo and River Ireland started on 1 march 2019 (bought tablet from Lenovo.com web. But invoices are from River Ireland) when I place an order. Tablet received around 12 march 2019. Tablet stopped working 4 April 2019. Called to Lenovo tech. support I was advised that they can collect and fix it. But i wanted full refund because I believe it's not to satisfactory quality (stop working in 23 day). Advised to go to River Ireland but no result they were sending me forwards and backwords through departments till this day 08 May 2019.
My advice to you forget that Lenovo and digital river ireland ltd that they exist it is frustrating for you to get it sorted when they give a dam about you.
I will never buy again from them and if i will see that someone is partners with Digital River Ireland LTD i will cancel my order straight away. I advise for you to do same.

I cannot express how unhappy I am with my Lenovo Yoga Pro 3 laptop. It has crashed twice since I've owned it in the last three years requiring it to be sent in and hardware to be replaced. Over the last four months I have sent it in twice, three months of which it spent unfixed sitting in their depot while Lenovo gave me the run around as to why they weren't fixing it. When I finally received it back, the speakers were broken. I sent it back AGAIN and when it returned about a week ago the speakers work but have a nasty whine when sound is played. In addition to that the computer is scratched, chipped and missing screws out of the cover!! Each time I try and talk to customer service, I speak with someone who barely speaks English and struggles to comprehend what is going on, not to mention when I tried to ask for someone who can understand me I got hung up on. I can promise both with the product that is constantly failing and the even more heinous customer service and repair jobs (through my extra paid warranty I might add) I will NEVER buy one of their products again and will continue to review their product as such, and tell everyone about my experience. #lenovo #horriblecomputer #heinouscustomerservice

the Lenovo all-in-one wasn't working properly form the start, and it took 5 home visits (I bought the extra in-house warranty) yet they actually cracked the screen and broke the camera on top. On three of these visits the guy turned up from 5 to 7 hours late, and on a 6th visit didn't actually turn up at all, and didn't have the courtesy to inform me. I tried negotiating with them on the Resolver website, but that is just a useless process. They have no power too resolve anything, and just spout rhetoric at you until you're sick with frustration
Lenovo refused to give me my money back. PEOPLE- CONTACT YOUR BANK within 3 months of purchase. The money was put back in my account after 72 hours by my bank (I bought the machine with my credit card).
Lenovo disputed the refund my bank returned to me, and so I had to send the damn machine to Ireland (Lenovo.com products come from Ireland, DRI Lenovo stands for Digital River Ireland Lenovo) at a cost of 89 pounds by Royal Mail. So i'm out of pocket 150 pounds per day=750, plus the 89 pounds.
1. never buy Lenovo, plus their home visit warranty with Hemmersbech is despicable. They really didn't have a clue what they were doing, and sitting outside when I booked the first morning visit so that I could get too work is unbelievable
2. they lied to me and told me I wasn't allowed a refund, when anyone is- just send the damn machine back to them and they have to give you the money back by consumer protection law
3. try and buy from a company in the UK, as returning the item is a lot cheaper.
4. if you don't believe me, look at all the other reviews on the site, they just do not care about customer service

I bought that item on December 2018. It was a nice item. I mean it was useful. I used it a lot for my power point during the month.
Today is Monday 18th of February. And this tablet is useless because my well kept original tablet charger is no more working. Or my tablet can't be turned on. All I know is that when try to charge my tablet it is not working. So this product basicaly last two month.
How come, the charger is not working anymore ?
Or is the issue coming from the tablet ?
I do not know. All I know is that I am not going to the store to find a matching charger.
This item had one job. Being efficient for at least a year and it failed.
Don't buy it :) Unless you need this tablet for few months.
I am leaving this review on argos, on amazon and on levono website as well, if I have time.
A disappointed customer.

WOW.....i am lucky i went on this site, was deciding whether to get a smart tab p10 or another brand, tried asking a one questions on the live chat to help me decide and didnt get the answer i was looking for. it was just and simple question and nothing technical. the answer they gave was simply "i cannot answer that thank you bye" didnt even give me a chance to ask anything else. well if thats how customer service is like before any purchase, what will it be like for after sales service??? Goodbye Lenovo!

Terrible technical support - why waste money on agents that want to do the bare minimum and suggest returning the desktop where I bought it from, rather than finding a solution? Again, my issue was trying to find out why the Lenovo IdeaCenter all-in-one desktop was giving me the error "an internal error has occurred" when I tried enabling the BitLock from the Windows Pro that I just purchased. I downloaded drivers, I rebooted it. It's something inside the desktop that is preventing the BitLock from enabling. Yet your tech support says contact Microsoft or return it. Bravo Lenovo.

I would urge you to avoid.
I recently returned to university, and being disabled, took advantage of the Disabled students allowance which allows you to buy a laptop cheaper. I chose the Lenovo Yoga 530-14ARR for a variety of reasons. the first one that being a loga, it had a touch screen which is very handy with my disabilities. it also flips into a tablet which is again very handy for me. and lastly because it sports the AMD Ryzen 2700u processor with Vega 10 graphics. Im partial to a bit of Destiny2 or elderscrolls after a hard day and the graphics on this chip are good enough to run these games at a playable rate. USUALLY...
The graphics chip on the Ryzen2700u makes use of the same dual channel DDR4 ram that the rest of the system uses. however manufacturers can portion of a piece of that ram exclusively for the GPU. in most systems out there 1Gb is portioned. ive seen other systems that allow it 2. even is your system only has 8gig it wont miss 1gb in standard usage.
the gpu can access more then this. but only if windows is not using it for something else.
FOR THE LIFE OF ME I cannot understand why Lenovo though giving this model only 256mb to call its own was a good idea. it means in benchmarks (3dmark) its contantly up to 2000 points lower then systems with the same hardware. including the yoga 520. the 'older' system.
Lenovo support refuse to even discus the option.
that in itself would be enough for me to be outraged. but it gets much much worse.
After using it for about a week the touchscreen stopped working. I looked online and Lenovos support boils down too... 'have you tried turning it on and off again.'
when pressed their support person claimed 'we only deal with hardware and this is a windows problem.'
but the touchscreen is hardware, I replied.
'well if you do a full reinstall of windows from scratch and it still doesn't work. we will look into it.
so as of now its not suitable for purpose. its been physically hamstrung and the company are cheating charlatans.
Go else ware. anywhere. even HP are better then this.
For reasons I cannot for the life of me fa

I am having an extremely bad experience with Lenovo non-existing support. It is impossible to talk to someone in after-sales department as there are no telephone numbers listed. Emails, when answered (2 in 6) do not answer appropriately the questions. My experience is also that I cannot reach Technical Support. Lenovo emails come from DigitalRiver, IBM, but Lenovo remains hidden somewhere. I would be glad to hear from Lenovo and explain where and what my issue is and also (as a bonus) how their ad for M920z is misleading. A contact will benefit both.

I like my Yoga 730 laptop, especially for the price but it does feel a bit cheaply put together along with sharp edges where my arms lie. The SSD is fast but the charger has failed twice on me. Overall not bad for the money.

i just have to say that Lenovo has some of the worst customer service and tech support I have ever seen. I bought my wife a laptop for Christmas and about a month into using it the screen started to have problems. Since it still had a manufacturers warranty we sent it in, me being smart in not trusting sending a laptop off to get fixed, I took pictures of the computer before i sent it through UPS. There techs after "reviewing" the computer told me that it had a cracked LCD and it wasn't covered. I'm a tech savoy guy who knows what a cracked LCD looks like and I took pictures. After several emails getting ignored and even talking to a supervisor who was very rude, who refused to even listen to the fact that I sent my laptop in with a perfect looking screen. I told them to just send it back and I would fix it. Those jerks sent it back in worse condition that it was sent in. The bezel was completely different, the whole top of the laptop was a different color and the hinge cover was broken. I will make sure I tell EVERONE never trust or get lenovo products.
