Customer service was pretty good. I required a part urgently, and after purchasing it they advised me that there would be a lead time as it was an older part and the Australian warehouse didn't have the stock (Honestly, that's definatly fair enough).
They were clear about this as soon as I purchased it and when I expressed that the lead times couldn't work for me, they promply issued a refund through my PayPal, no issues. Recieved it within a day!
