Redbubble order disappearance with no accountability, zero customer service.
TL;DR - if your seller uses Landmark Global and/or Sprintstar then find another seller, ask them to use UPS, FedEx, DHL, Loomis, Purolator, any national postal service or just sit on your wallet.
I ordered from Redbubble with a promised delivery window of September 12-17. Package did not cross the border into Canada from the US until Sep 12th and was not received to the Canadian carrier (Sprintstar) hub until Sep 20th. At this point, okay, late but not too bad.
Sep 22: Out for delivery to residential address (on a main street, house with both lane and front road access). No dog in yard, no locks on the fence gates.
Sep 24 (two days in transit?): For some reason driver deemed it a 'not safe drop' and promptly disappeared. Landmark Global tracking shows the driver was redirected to a PUDO location 9km away. I call the PUDO location: no, package hasn't been delivered. Maybe tomorrow? I call Sprintstar/Apple Express: they can't tell me anything as the driver hasn't updated where the package is apart from 'undeliverable'.
Sep 25/26/27: I call the PUDO location. Nope, nothing yet. I call Sprintstar/Apple Express: no, we don't know where it is. Maybe the driver returned to the warehouse? Don't know for sure because the packaged hasn't been scanned in anywhere.
Oct 1: Package was reported by Landmark Global tracking to be the PUDO location. At this point Redbubble must have been updated because I receive a 'Yay, you've received your order' email notification from them. I go to the PUDO location:they have not seen a Sprintstar driver for 3 days.
Oct 2: Package still showing as at the PUDO location. The haven't seen a Sprintstar driver since the 27th. Call Sprintstar/Apple Express yet again: we'll escalate it. I call local Sprintstar warehouse. Talked to a bewildered fellow who said it is possible that the driver dropped the package off a different PUDO location but there's no telling which one.

EDIT: Well you can tell by the companies generic copy and paste response that they didn't even bother to read my review because it states the driver "doesn't leave a tracking slip" as well as I've emailed the company to that exact e-mail address and received no response multiple times. JUST STEER CLEAR OF LANDMARK.
This company is an absolute joke! My supplier recently switched from Canada Post to Landmark. The deliver driver is incredibly unprofessional, doesn't leave a tracking slip just calls me multiple times in the middle of the workday to harass me if I'm home. He then tells me my package was dropped off at a convenience store 6 km away. I go to the store, my package was sent back. It's been about a month with no solution. There's no customer service number to contact, just an e-mail form which I haven't received a response back. Be warned! I will be reporting this company to the BBB, something needs to be done.

I bought two vinyls from America on 08-09-2019. Landmark's trimming says it was delivered to the Milan postal agent on 16-10-2019. Called the postal agent three times the package never arrived in Italy. After more than a month the package has not yet arrived.

Do yourself a favour and do not order from any company that uses landmark shipping. They will hand your package to sprintstar and they are completely useless. They have not been able to deliver ANY of my packages. They claim my address is "undeliverable" and yet every other shipping company including UPS, FedEx, Canada post, Dynamex, Purolator etc. has been able to deliver my packages to my address. If landmark claims to not be the same company then maybe they should disassociate themselfwith sprintstar and start handing their packages to another delivery service. OH wait they can't because they are liars.

What is even more frustrating is they say to contact the merchant about any problems. I talked to a really nice fellow with Hollister and he said filing a claim against Landmark is impossible and they end up covering the costs themselves. SCAM, landmark makes it hard for all parties involved and in turn steals parcels and takes your money and runs

Ordered a pair of fog lights for my Jeep through Amazon, should have been delivered yesterday (01/10/2019), but the Amazon tracking page now says "LandMark couldn't deliver your package. Unfortunately, due to a shipping issue, your package was returned to Amazon".
I am really desperate for these as my Jeep has an MOT this Friday, but will now fail due to no rear fog lights!
To say I'm unhappy is an understatement!

I cannot believe how poor this service is. My status on my order has not changed in over 2 weeks and no one can seem to tell me where my items are. The supplier has sent it, Australia post hasn’t received it so it’s still sitting with landmark and I don’t have my items or any updates. Communication is terrible - I cannot comprehend how companies use this service.
I’m so disappointed - it was an expensive order. Would be nice if someone had the decency to look into it.

Ordered an item from Amazon that was being shipped from California to Ontario Canada. FedEx delivered it to Landmark Global in Utah and from there it vanished in a puff of smoke... the same smoke that's generated when a flying monkey flies out of someone's butt and that's what this company is fly-by-night flying monkey delivery service. Stay away from them... stay as far away from them. Have Amazon ban them from being used as a carrier on your account if you ever want to see a package delivered. I waited over two weeks for a package to be delivered that I needed ASAP. That's two weeks of my life I'll never get back. Had to reorder the item and have it shipped via another carrier. Don't let the one-star rating fool you if I could give them a negative 1 star rating I would

I recently sent a parcel from UK to Pakistan through landmark global from the website InterParcel. My parcel was collected on the 2nd of September, by the 12th of September it reached to Pakistan and till yesterday (22nd September) there was no update on the tracking system. I did get very concerned as I read all the bad reviews last night on this website so I contacted interparcel after which they got in contact with landmark global, they then contacted the postage company in Pakistan who had my parcel and got it delivered. My parcel is now safely with the receiver. Though the tracking system was not on point and I did get quite worried, I'm happy now that my parcel has arrived safely.

UPDATE AT 8:12PM:
After making a phone call to Borderfree Canada representative at 2:30 PM, I was able to get the phone number of Sprintstar Canada at 1888641-2142 but they are not called Sprintstar Canada but they are called Apple Express Logistics.I was waiting on the phone for twenty minutes to connect with a phone rep.I could not wait any longer so I browsed on the internet and found a local Richmond BC Apple Express Logistics.Their number is 604 249-1156.The young man said that the parcel will be delivered on Sunday.I said I need my ordered item before Saturday.He said that I need to be there before 5:00pm so he does not work" overtime."I was able to get there at 4:20pm and there is no signage of where the reception desk is located.Anyhow, I finally have the package in my possession! I WISH TO LET ALL OF YOU KNOW THAT YOU NEED TO DO YOUR OWN INVESTIGATION BECAUSE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A BIG ZERO!
I have ordered an evening clutch on Sept.2nd from online Saks Fifth Avenue for a wedding event on Sept.21st.It was shipped out by Borderfree on Sept.10th.Tracking number: FW4X001064598447-AA.Still no parcel and no one from Saks can reach Sprintstar Canada.There is no accountability nor integrity of this carrier company.The buck is passed back to the retailer.I have learned an expensive hard lesson of avoiding free shipping by retailers if they have a contract with your company.I wish I can report your company to the Better Business Bureau or request a CTV news Vancouver consumer investigator, Ross McLaughlin, to shed light on your terrible business practices.

Abercrombie & Fitch placed an order for me in store. September 5 the package crossed the border and there then there were no updates. Finally on September 15 they attempted to deliver the package on a Sunday (to a business!), and the tracking info says the business is closed and now it says "return to origin". Terrible customer service. No real attempt to deliver the package. It seems like Sprintstar was the one that was handling the delivery. I have no idea where my package is. At this point, the items I wanted are sold out. I'm just trying to get my money back. You've asked for my tracking number but there is no where for me to reply? and I don't want to publicly list my tracking number...

Its been 2weeks now they updated the status that they have delivered my courier at the door! With no call no information no email update!When i checked at my door there was nothing!Could you tell me where the hell is my courier gone!

So my YSL bag i ordered from Saks Fifth/Borderfree was out on delivery on Friday, sept 6th and apparently was left at my door on the 11th (3 days later). Only nothing was delivered to our door (good thing we have camera)... well i guess someone just got a free YSL. Jokes for saks and borderfree using this company...

I have attempted to deliver to a post office address multiple times, only for it to be returned with an undeliverable status, despite having zero issues with other delivery companies.
This is one of the most incompetent delivery companies I have dealt with, and I would give a negative star review if possible.

My order from prettylittlething says it is undeliverable because of a “bad address”. They told me to contact the courier but I have searched the whole damn internet and there is no number, no email, no way to contact them at all. This is frustrating and upsetting.

Last two times I was expecting a package to be delivered with landmark, it never arrived. Tracking just says that it is in Burlington Ontario. I had to cancel my order 2 times. I am expecting another shipment and I hope that it arrives.

I would give zero stars if I could. They left an item worth over $1000 in front of my apartment door for it to get stolen when signature was required for delivery. There is no phone number, Facebook page or email! Thank god eBay has my back. I’m sure they will be out of business soon!
