I impulse bought three bracelets and a necklace because of their advertised offer. To be frank I didn’t check any review and I was a bit naive about that. Paid two for four and it was a good offer. I was mesmerised by the Instagram pics and their website is not that bad. I was sure to deal with some boutique/startup in Paris, but I frankly believe that apart from answering in French, they don’t have much to do with the city. I was disappointed when their provided link for the tracking wasn’t working so I wrote them. Someone named Caroline answered back almost immediately with the correct link and she seemed proper French and “human” to me. But another disappointment was round the corner: the whole “Paris” cool image was broken by a tracking link for the goods coming from Shenzhen, China. Dude, seriously??? I buy the boutique experience and you give me the Chinese mass production and you don’t even hide it? Shipping was painfully slow and took approx 15 days of the max. 10 estimated (I’m in UK). Bracelets and necklace arrived as expected wrapped in anonymous low quality wrap. Products quality is OK. I was expecting something more for the price I paid, style is cool and end of the day I’m happy with them. I now use them everyday. Another disappointment anyway is that each one of them should have come in single bags (the website advertise that) which is a plus that led me to buy the item as it screams good quality. Nothing similar arrived and bracelets and necklace were just hanging from a piece of small cardboard. So, overall if I have to leave my advice: be careful as I think these guys aren’t at all what they advertise and client experience may vary for random reasons, don’t expect 100% what is advertised in terms of packaging and quality, and overall I guess you’ll be happy with them. End of the day they are overpriced but cool fashion accessories And you won’t regret wearing them. Probably you can find the same cheaper on Amazon.

I have never received order nor money back. Maybe due to covid but mess was much more earlier in December 2019. Company imports all goods from China. So why it was completly mess with parcel and messenger. I am afraid that my order has never left China but parcel delivery number was fake. I have not got goods nor money back :(

Never received anything. I was waiting for over a month before I contacted them.
They didn't react at all, even after I sent several mails.
Contacted PayPal now in order to get my money back. Stay away and don't buy from them!

Same thing happened to me like two posts before.
I payed for 3 bracelets and a necklace on february 12.
I wrote them 2 emails with 2 automatic responses with issue numbers: 5310 and 5251.
NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER!
I will try to get in touch with authorities in France for fraud.

The products they advertised and they sent are like day and night! What I received was extremely low in quality! I sent the parcel back, yet they never answer emails regarding the process of refunding the money! If you stumble opun this company by chance while scrolling, just run away! HORRIBLY BAD!

Edit: It has been almost 1 week and i know they already received the product back. Still no answer no refund! I will update this post everyday till they transit my money back!

I placed an order on November 11 2019 and it was never delivered. They said to check with neighbours and if nothing was there they would ‘sort out a solution’ for me.

I’ve emailed them 5 times and never got a response. I’ve asked to either resend my order or give me a refund. Still nothing. I’m now $42 out of pocket.

Great designs , prompt delivery , great bracelets

Lambarget have a great selection of stylish bracelets and necklaces. I purchased the Angel Black bracelet which contains 4 different adjustable bracelets so that you can mix and match the style. I wear it every day but the quality is great so it still looks as good as the day it arrived.
