I pay my card off in full. The next day they give me a $1.00 interest fee so I think I'm paid in full. No, in fact because I paid it off here I think I'm good and then get hit with a$27 late fee. They tell me I should have called. NO! You should not have taxed me. Period. So long story short canceled the card.

I simply do not even want to give them 1 star. After 7.5 years they closed my account for no reason. With this virus outbreak I was trying to buy new bedding on kohls.com. After calling multiple times within the last 2 weeks (couldnt wait longer then 45 mins each day trying to get through) I finally got through today at 550am AZ time only to find out my account was closed. They said oh u need to reapply online. Not only is this ridiculous it also effects my credit (not much but it does for longevity of credit history) with a high score and not many credit cards it bothers me as I take pride in my credit. I went with AMEX, got approved and even got my new cc number within 5 mins. Way quicker then just trying to call Kohls to find out why my CC didnt work which was a waste of time anyways since they closed my acct.

There was no return labels sent with the products and no way to press return to get one on my account! I finally found a return sheet to print out but i had to pay nearly 60 just to send a pair of jeans, 2 shorts and glasses back. I won't ever order online from them again.

Every time my wife calls Kohl's the automated rep says she owes $9,000.00. When she talks to an actual rep she is told Kohl's doesn't even have limits that high and her balance is around $300.00. My wife has been trying to get this resolved for months.

The products of this company are fine. My complaint lies in the fact that I received my order, the bras are too large and there was no packing slip included. I can't access chat other than their idiotic "virtual assistant" and all that gives me is "Thank you for shopping at Kohls.com" and nothing else. I can't stay on terminal hold, and can't get a copy of a nonexistent packing slip. I'm just hoping that when I go on Friday (when they're supposed to reopen here) that I can get the exchange I want. The store itself, so far, has been great. The two stars are for their extremely lousy website.

Are you waiting for someone to get infected or even someone dies fore your company closes down?? Bigger retailers than you are closing temporarily because they care about the people not the merchandise!!!
Re-consider closing your stores temporarily for the sake of your hardworking employees!!!

I must share an awful experience with Kohl's. I had a $15 charge for my February bill. I paid the bill not only on time, but early, and in return they robbed me of $16 for a late fee and interest charge because they said the payment was rejected...from an account that managed to go through when they took double for the late fee and interest! Hmmmmmmmm I have paperless billing, but they sent a letter notifying me of the payment issue 4 days later through the U.S. mail so there was no chance I'd get it before the due date...wouldn't you think an email would be the way to communicate for a paperless account??? And why a confirmation code for the payment if it was an "invalid account number"? They couldn't answer any of that and couldn't waive the fee, but would credit it to my account later if they decided it was appropriate. As I will never shop at Kohl's again and closed the account, a credit does me no good! Beware of Kohl's and their SCAM billing processes!!

First of all I would like to start by saying, as a Wisconsin resident, I am DISGUSTED that Kohl's outsources it's customer service! I have had so many issues with their customer service that I am closing my charge account and never shopping there again. My last issue with their customer service (November 2019) prompted to write their headquarters a letter. I never received a response, just a small credit to my account. Good Bye Kohl's you have forever lost me as a shopper!

I have been a customer of Kohl's for over ten years.
A few months ago I was in the process of moving and I did not receive a bill from Kohl's but I had a receipt and I paid the amount on the receipt. I thought that because of my move my mail was not forwarded correctly.
It turns out that I inadvertently changed to receive my bills to email. I had paid the bill late (but did not know it).
So Kohl's charged me a late and sent it to an email that did not exist (I am sure it bounced back). So I was getting additional charges added on each month and had not shopped at Kohl's during this time.
Credit Karma sent me an alert that my credit score had dropped over 130 points. I check and Kohl's sent my account to the credit score people for none payment. And a few days later I received a letter from Kohl's that they were suspending my account until I paid.
So Kohl's had three ways of contacting me: an email that was no longer a supplier of emails
my phone number that has not changed in 15 years and a current address.
I have called customer service many times and they take no responsibility to get in contact with me.
I am canceling my credit card with them I will no longer shop at Kohl's and I will spread the word of
how they will not help a customer that has always paid on time until a mistake was made.
I did not try to take advantage of Kohl's and I am only able to speak with people in a foreign country who will
send it to another department who then will send me a letter.
Do not believe this is customer service at all.

I would highly recommend NOT ordering from Kohl's.com. after canceling an order, I have spent HOURS on the phone to get the money refunded. I have talked to several people and have been told something different everyone I call. I still don't have the money on the card and have been lied to on each call. (All conversations have been recorded and I have emails, names, employee numbers, and reference numbers). This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.

This Christmas most of my shopping was done online. I was disappointed twice by Kohl's. Remember it is Christmas-a time for surprises, so the box from Kohl's shows up on the doorstep with the contents listed on the outside of the box. UGH! Next I open another package from Kohl's to find the security tag still attached. One, not very good security if it leaves the warehouse and goes through the mail and nothing happens. Two, I was not happy about having to go into the store to have it removed. It was a BIG inconvenience. Better step up your game when it comes to providing quality service Kohl's.

Can I give a 0 star rating? This place is unbelievable. I ordered a jersey for my son and receive an email two days later stating it's out of stock! How can you allow someone to purchase something that isn't even available? I called to see what they can do as they already charged my account and now I have to wait 7 days for a refund for their screw up!!! I didn't even care so much about the refund as I wanted the jersey my son asked for for Christmas. The hat that was just delivered looks used. I also had an issue a couple months back w/some shoes that were purchased. This is the last time I do business w/them!

I am very disappointed with Kohls.com and Kohls.com customer service. I had made an order on Kohl's.com on cyber MondayHalf of the order was shipped to me, the other was shipped out of state to an old address. I had called customer service for Kohl's.com and they refused to assist me. They also blamed me for selecting the wrong address. I explained that I had changed the shipping address along with the billing address and that the billing address was accepted, because there was no issue with the payment. I shared my thoughts that maybe there is a glitch in the system. I escalated the call to management once I noticed the representative was not willing to assist me. Management also refused to acknowledge the error on their end but said they would open up a ticket and advised me that this would not resolve the issue on their end either. I then attempted to escalate the call to an Area Director or another manager above the one I was speaking to. They told me their manager was out of the office that day, and that they would be the one that was in charge and would be responsible for addressing the issue.
My last attempt to resolve the problem was to speak to someone at headquarters. The manager then suggested that he walk me through the website to find the number. I reminded him that I had already spent too much time on the phone with Kohl's and now you want me to get on a computer and search for a number when you could just provide me with the number? Which he later did, after he walked me through the steps of finding the number.
I called headquarters last week and still have not received a return call from them. I have also reached out to BBB and also left a few reviews and will continue to write more and share my experience with everyone.
I shared this experience with all of my colleagues and one told me she had a similar experience this week with Target. There was a huge difference with how they resolved the issue. They offered to accommodate her by re-shipping the orderthis was their offer and not something she had requested. Now that is customer service!
This whole experience is highly disappointing to me, because I really did enjoy shopping at Kohl's, but because of this incident I will no longer continue to do business with an establishment that refuses to do the right thing for their customers, especially around the holidays.

I recently purchased an item online, found out a day later "after tracking my order" that the order was "cancelled" due to item being out of stock. I called Kohl's asap, one rep stated my monies would be refunded in 48 hrs., another rep stated my refund would take 7 days, my bank stated it would take to weeks. No consistency on when I could expect MY money, Kohl's customer service needs a lot of improvement, management as well.

Bought a dyson stick vac at Kohls.com for delivery to my local store. It took two days, and 25 minutes in line. I tried calling the store on and off for 2 hours the previous day to cancel (they wouldn't do it online), and kept getting sent to a phone that nobody was answering. Waste of time and money, and I ended up getting it cheaper elsewhere. I'm done with Kohls.

I have been a Kohl's customer for many years and never had a late payment. I had to go out of town to work in October, and instead of going online and paying my bill I just mailed it in. It apparently never made it to Kohl's. When I got home I found a bill for the late payment on it. I panicked and called them immediately and they told me there was no problem that they were not going to report it to the credit bureau. I paid it been in there and was told everything was fine. I checked my credit the other day and my credit score dropped 100 points.I had to go into the credit agency and find out why. They did report me after saying they hadn't. I've been a good customer I've always been reliable and I am not responsible for a lost check. I did everything I could to fix the problem as soon as I got home. I think they could've had a little more patience the payment was only two weeks late. I will not shop with them ever again unless they reverse this ding on my credit.

Went to Kohls at about 9;30 am Tuesday 12-10-10 only 'one' cashier open, a Spanish woman was talking on her phone at the second register which was not open. the first cashier was SOOO.. SLOW ,I asked one of the employees, a Indian woman if someone can open up another register, since the Spanish woman kept talking on the phone, ignoring the long line.
The Indian woman replied ;I DONT KNOW, and she pointed to the ONLY cashier open, while the Spanish woman kept talking on the phone as the line got longer,.
I waited about ten minutes to get to the first cashier, and I said to the cashier, why don't you call the manager, to open up another register, he just looked at me and knotted
In conclusion, WHY do you people shop there ?To wait on long lines with employees that don't give a dam, not me ! I wont be back.

Ordered product on 12/11/2019 and website showed 12/19/2019 delivery. Called 12/18 and saw on website that delivery was now shown as 12/27. Customer service said the 12/19 date was correct. No delivery by then. Called 12/21 but now customer service said 12/27. I asked that order be cancelled since this was to be a Christmas gift. Customer service advised that order couldn't be cancelled. I will contact attorney to institute suit against Kohls.

I returned a faux-leather Rosetti purse today (too small; not enough pockets) with receipt. The lady asked me if I had the Rosetti tag. I said "no". She proceeded to recreate the tag--WRONG! Deal with the customer in front of you FIRST then print the tag. I demanded my refund. She finally "woke up" and gave it to me. The lady next to me, seemed to be arguing with the clerk about her refund also.

Placed several orders online. The first order arrived at my home. The second order, one item needed to be picked up at the local store. The other items were being shipped. I used my stored account to place the order which contains my credit card information along with the billing address. When I went to the store it was semi crowded. I stood on line in order to get my online purchase. A customer went to the front of the line and stated they had an online purchase and didn't want to wait on line. The person behind the counter decided to let that person cut the entire line. A week later I placed another order online and say my shipping/billing address was not correct. I adjusted the address and the website kept changing my address. After several tries it took my address. Something told me to check on a previous order and make sure the address was correct. I noticed the address was wrong and called customer service so they can correct it and have my items shipped to the correct location. The representative stated they could not do anything and that I should go to that address and see if the home owners will give me my package when it arrives. I have never had to deal with this type of incompetent customer service. I asked where the representative was located and she stated Columbia. They didn't have any
