Do not call customer care expecting easy resolution or even remedial comprehension. Do expect long hold times, unprofessional responses and disappointment.
Shopped with KS for years and they lost my business in one call regarding a simple return from one online purchase.

This is the absolute worst place to shop. I originally sent on the website to order some clothes. I made 5 selections Wich were posted IN STOCK. then days passed and I received an email that only 3 shirts were available the others were backordered (remember the website said in stock). Then after emails and almost two weeks I received my package finally. I will never shop with this company again.

Been a customer for about 10 yr.s. Recently prices have increased considerably while availability of sizes and colors has diminished. I purchased two shirts last mo. It took 15 days for delivery and then I not only received the two I ordered but three more that I didn't. I was charged for all five. The confirmation they sent me was for only the two shirts I ordered. I contacted " customr service " and spoke with a woman for whom English was a second language and was barely intelligible. After a frustating exchange I gleaned that I would be charged $9.99 for the privilege ofreturning the three shirts I didn't order in the first place. I've decide it was easier to just keep them even though they all match. I will no longer do business with King Size Direct.

They are thieves. They took money off of my card without my authorization. When u exchange for the right size if they send the wrong size. They keep your card in they system and they charge u double even if u paid already. An exchange is free especially if u paid already. Dont trust them with yall personal info

I order by phone from a catalog. The prices charged were considerable more than the catalog price. When after long waits their "fit specialist" would hang up on me. Shamelessly crocked!

I buy my 43 year old son all his clothes as he is disabled. I am often lucky to get great buys and variety on clothes, jackets, and pants. I do think the shipping is too pricey as is the returns. The quality of the clothes I bought him were excellent. I appreciate King Size as they enable me to buy him nice clothes for a big guy

I have ordered several articles of clothing over the years from King Size Direct. I have not been please with the quality of their clothing. I ordered a light weight jacket for casual use, and the zipper tab is on the left side of the zipper instead of the usual right. I recently sent back 2 shirts that did not fit. I wanted to exchange for a different size. If you exchange for a different item, they do not charge you return shipping costs. They did not have my new size so, they charged me return shipping and did not tell me a thing about the problem.
I will not be ordering anything else from King Size Direct.

2 A.M. 1/15/20 Led to anguish, frustration, and utter disappointment to what is the purpose. Highest education must be high school only from the ignorant rebuttals being spewed out of the mouths of these fools working their call center.
I received one comprehensible rebuttal from a JP Morgan Chase customer service agent who indicated it could be that the credit back had not fully credit back.
It appears then disappears for another 3-5 business days instead of what two idiots working for this company claim at first as falling off. They apparently fell out of bed and cracked their head with that ignorant assumption. Needless to say, I am just about ready to send this crap back and say screw you for causing me this much frustration for no reason.

I can't even review my purchase, it's still not here. Staggeringly slow processing and shipping. If it even arrives when tracking says it might, it will be two weeks since my order. According to the tracking number the package hasn't even been delivered to USPS yet, it just has a tracking number. If the item doesn't fit I hesitate to return it. I don't want to take 3 months to get the right size.

I ordered two coats from this company, both same brand same type just different color. One of them was much too big so and per their website they offered free returns and free exchange., I returned the one too big coat requesting a even exchange just a smaller size, only to be told that they could not exchange my coat that they would refund my account less the price of shipping it to me and the price of shipping it back to them and that I could just reorder the coat at normal cost. that's total DOUBLE DIPPING, they told me that this was paypal rules, well I used my credit card to pay for my order. will be filing a complaint with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. I do not see where they just could not exchange my coat even, being a big man I thought I had found a company to do a LOT OF NEW BUSINESS with in the future...NOT HARDLY NOW. Buyer Beware

I bought a pair of sport sandals made for Kingsize, at 2 months and 5 days old they began to come apart, but they don't stand behind their own labeled merchandise, do not shop with these people, go to DXL where they appreciate and take care of their customers.

I am very unhappy with a recent experience I had with your company. While I understand the return policy, the items I purchased were a gift so I did not open them until it was time to be wrapped. (totally my fault). However, the pants were to be hemmed to a 37 inch length. They were hemmed to a 27" length. I returned them too late for the 60 day mark and they were mailed back to me. When calling CS, no one would help. Obviously we can't use these. It isn't even about the money at this point but about good customer service. a 10.00 credit to my account would have appeased me. Instead I was written off rather poorly by both a CS associate and a manager. Even though they stated that yes, this was a fault of the company. I will be looking for a new company to purchase our clothes from for my tall men after many many years of purchasing through KIng Size.

They have pushed back the delivery date three times already so my review isn't about their products, it's about the horrible customer service. I wa as told I can't get a refund until I send the product back. YET I NEVER GOT IT. Would give a negative number rating if it was available.

I unfortunately bought shirts from this hell hole. They lost my return and then found it. I just wanted a return. They charged my card without my Knowledge for an exchange that I didn't want and said I didn't want. I shopped here because it's cheap and it's for a reason. Do yourself a favor and don't shop from here. On top of that, for my return, they took out shipping and didn't credit it back when they originally lost my package. I am so mad at this $#*! hole of a website. So much money lost. Customer service sucks as well. I have had to call them multiple times over this [email protected]

I recently made my first purchase from King-size impressed with their styles and low prices. When I received my order and started wearing their clothes I found out real quick why their prices are low. Out of five shirts I purchased every one I have had to resew buttons on. On one flannel every single button on the front. The boxer briefs are thin as paper and roll up on you they're very uncomfortable. All their clothes shrink even the t-shirts they claim won't so don't be fooled by their advertised non shrink t-shirts.

I was given bad information from a representative, telling me false information about the product. Then they told me to wait to send the pants in, so I sent it in when they had told me to. Just to be told I could no longer return it. Buyer beware this company will tell you what you want to hear just to get your money and screw you over afterwards. Customer service was also worthless.

We ordered a shirt I could wear on Christmas. When delivered it had "spots on the fabric". We didnt have enough time to return it or order a new shirt and have it delivered by Christmas. My wife, who is a Seamstress of Bridal wear for the last 35 years attempted to wash the shirt with hopes it would remove the spots, unfortunately it did not She called customer service about a refund, & even with the purchase date within a few days, they would not refund because it was washed` Seriously???

I'm so glad I found a company that caters to people that are Big and Tall. The selection of clothes is fantastic and I know that when I get them, they will fit! I have bought everything from shirts, jackets, pants, sleepwear and under garments. They gave me a instant and a generous line of credit, along with free shipping, I also appreciate how fast I received my clothes. One more thing that blew me away, was how reasonably priced they were and the quality of the product. Thank you King Size for everything you do. I will post some pictures next week.

Do not buy from this company they will add things you don't order they will charge things to your card or to your account that you didn't order and then they try to claim that there's nothing they can do like they're not the ones who did it. The power to manage their condition if they don't actually commit fraud on you you'll have problems actually getting items you ordered or actually getting them at all because they seem to have a lot of problems with shipping. Trust me and believe me when I say that the headache of dealing with these people is not worth it.

I've placed four orders with kingsize. All four were great! This is not Nieman Marcus! It's great clothes for big guys. You get more than what you pay for. Not sure why so much negativity.

What a nightmare. This company will post a pending transaction, but refuses to cancel an order that they haven't even processed yet. Further, they will happily charge you an express shipping fee, but have no intention of actually shipping quickly, thus ruining Christmas. I will make it my New Years hobby to tell every single person about how terrible this company is, including my sizeable Twitter and Instagram audience. Please, learn from my experience and save yourself a headache.

I ordered a $#*!ies leather belt where the leather split at the buckle after wearing the belt only a half-dozen times. Their return policy is 60 days. I called on Monday, the 59th day, because the belt broke on Saturday. It turns out I had to have returned the belt to them by the 60th day. Defective merchandise and deceptive return policy.
I have been a customer of theirs for well over a decade. No more.
Their quality has suffered over the years and so has their attitude. Previous purchases have been a pair of pants with one leg longer than the other, pants without belt loops [they call them runabouts], jackets that look heavy but are very light material, among others.
Stay away from this company. $7.99 to do any returns. Don't be fooled by the low prices. You get what you pay for.
Now all my online purchasing is going to LL Bean, where the quality control and clothing are much better.

Bought 4 pair in May to take on a cruise in October. While on the cruise the 3 pair I took all ripped open in the crotch. I could see maybe 1 pair doing that but not all 3. When I called Customer service they very rudely told me it was past 60 days and there was nothing they would or could do. DO NOT BUY THESE SHORTS.

Bought a few things for my father in law and had them sent super fast paid $30.00 shipping AND handling so to be delivered on time . After he received his order they did not fit, he sent them back the next day. Here is where the rub comes in... they charged me again for handling and only refunded a portion of the the money for the merchandise (excluding the shipping) I did not expect to get back that back. Now I am out $40 and have to send on another gift on top of it. I will not be shopping here any longer and I have bought for years from them for my big and tall guy. I would rather pay more and have better customer service then what this company offers. Treat your customers better or you will be out of business!

Bought 2 pair of "adjustable waist" pants with side elastic. Material was very thin and after just one wash the side elastic lost its elastic properties and so the pants are now useless and I might as well be wearing a wooden barrel. Tried resolving it with King Size but their customer service is non-existent. Horrible experience -- a waste of money and a waste of time. Stay away from these crap merchants! DXL is the place to buy big and tall on line.
