Hello,

Bought a used iphone 7 for my daughter and after she had used it a couple of hours it was clear that the battery was bad. It is interesting that the battery capacity indicator shows 98% while ios tells that the battery cannot perform maximum and should be replaced.

I realize I bought a used phone, however if it is labeled top quality you assume it works nicely, you still charge considerably for an old phone.

Even if you sold me a broken phone I had high hopes getting it fixed at your service station in Sello, to not ruin my daughters holidays. Of course having a close by shop was one reason for using Fonum.

The error was clera and a battery replacement would have fixed this quickly.

But no, the clerk in shop said that phones ordered from internet have to be sent back! Of course you dont want to have an easy service for customers, this is the only reason I can see.

To not disappoint my daughter I went and bought a new iphone from a proper retail shop to avoid any sending around and lack of responsibility.

I have always recommended Fonum for their service, however this is over and I will take business elsewhere.
