The product I received ( black "leather" backpack is so incredibly cheap and does not resemble the picture of it on Joyus website. I feel dumb for falling for their ad, and I am dumbfounded that they are getting away with this. Want to spare others from this rip-off company.

I ordered a stand mixer and they sent me an air fryer. Several attempts at getting it taken care of have failed. They are no longer answering my emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I, too, ordered a stand mixer and got an air fryer. I have written them countless emails and provided them with pictures and pdf's of many of my emails, but now they're saying that "my defective product cannot be returned" and all sales are final. I don't know if there's a language barrier or this is just a total scam site. Do not order anything from this site!

They sell at so-called-discounted prices. You get what you pay for! Pictures are very deceiving! Nothing like what you actually receive!
The earrings and necklace I ordered with Swarovski Stones were dull and setting cheap and flimsy. Asked Customer Service to verify the Stones were authentic..NOT even the courtesy of a response! Also NO refund!

absolute joke of a website. ordered what was supposed to be a gift for christmas on november 23 and it didn't even arrive until late january. their response time was awful. and the whole "all sales are final" bullet hidden at the bottom of the product listing is ridiculous. i explained initially the delivery date was before christmas, but then it just never came. will never shop from this website again! nor should anyone else.

When I made an inquiry as to return for a Christmas gift (which I did not purchase) I was told "All Sales Final". I responded (twice) that I did not make the purchase so what is your policy for Christmas returns. They did not even take the time to answer my e-mail. Anyone making an online order should stay away from this site.

I ordered a medium jacket for my wife for xmas... she is a small to medium so I got a medium...it was delivered in time for xmas but when my wife tried it on, it was more like an extra small.. She cannot wear it. I contacted customer support, and after 3 days heard back with this answer

I bought a $70 electric toothbrush from them. It broke in about 2 months. I asked for a replacement and they said the warranty had expires. Really? I asked again if they would please replace it and they wouldn't. Stay away!!!!

There should be a zero star option. Purchased a hair dryer from this company. Aside from the fact it is cumbersome and heavy (claims is lightweight), it does not even heat up. Now I find out it cannot be returned even though it obviously is defective. Never, ever to business with these people. They do not stand behind their products.

I've contacted Joyus 5 times over a broken jewelry case that was sent to me and they just keep giving me the runaround about "talking to the vendor". It doesn't take two weeks to contact a vendor or receive a refund. Horrible customer service and cheap quality for ridiculous prices!

If you want to get a fake tracking number and the run around from customer service, then this is the company for you! Bought product 8/6 with the expectation of waiting for the item as delivery time said early september. September 1 I received an email with a tracking number and said expected delivery Sept 3. Sept 3 came and sent with no product delivered. Tracked the tracking number and all it says is "pre-shipment". So it was never shipped. Customer service said just keep waiting (thats helpful) and basically reprimanded me for checking saying that the delivery time is extended. I told them I knew that but THEY sent me an email telling me my product shipped and gave a tracking number so crazy me, I thought they actually mailed it. Nope. Still waiting, and now customer service doesn't even respond. I'm out over $100. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

I've been a loyal and frequent Joyus customer for a few years, so I was so excited to see they are newly back in business. I made a recent purchase and forgot to use the 25% discount code including a swell water bottle. When contacting customer support to inquire about the discount and bottle, a rep. from Joyus responded right away and was more than happy to assist me.
