I will advice you all to not deal with this fraud company as I purchased from them a dress a week ago and after some days they sent me a tracking number which was invalid.
I keep contacting them they do respond without taking any actions, so my advice to do not waste your time or money

I ordered last August 28, and they said that my parcel will be arrived at expected date between September 9th to 12th..but today September 15 and my parcel is still in riyadh since september 2, im just here in jeddah,why it takes that long? My order number is JC00638259KS and after you read this I WANTED TO CANCEL MY ORDER NOW.. multiple times i talked to your customer service and they only have repeating answers in everytime i followed up. Today at 7pm KSA time I am flying back to the philippines, if my parcel arrived before 4pm today then i will take it, but if NOT, sorry no one will receive my order anymore. Just CANCEL it, thank you.

i didn't know this site until i got a delivery package even i did not order anything from this site. i dont have account or idea of this site at all but i am ordering tools in one apps only. im expecting different order and paid online. i don't know how i got order girls garment etc. COD. its like pushing you to pay the item you never order.

I have a complaint with the captain or delivery driver from Ajoul. Tracking number JC00675774KS. When the driver message me in WhatsApp to send the location direct i sent it to him and he said he will come after 20 minutes but he cannot follow the location nor understand English. I went down even we don't have elevator because he said he arrived and when I'm outside he was not there. He did not even call me, I am the one who called him to tell him I am outside waiting but he never show up and he went to wrong direction. I ask someone to speak to him in arabic to direct him about my location and he said he’l come after 10 minutes, more than half an hour no one came. And let me wait and wait outside and no one show up. For this i want to cancel my parcel and return it back. I don't want to encounter or experienced this ever again. My other 2 parcel I received it with no issues bec the delivery knows exactly my location, but this driver the worst ever.

Irresponsibility people in qatar. 100 times contacted customer care & main office located in Saudi never considered as a customer. some items ordered for Eid celebration still waiting for it. Hope will get it on next Year Eid In sha allah !!!

Jolly chic are nightmares. I paid for one item for almost 3 weeks and I didn’t get them at all till now. Each time I contact them they always tell the same without action. I am trying to get in touch with the shipping company (ASBAQ) however you cannot find any number. I received message from them to verify the address but anywhere i locate is BEYOND THEIR SERVICE.

My delivery was out of the warehouse yesterday 23/07/19 in the morning for delivery..it was later returned to the warehouse in the evening without being called by the courier company, and labeled it “customer not available” and yet you ask for mobile numbers and all the necessary information.please deliver my order or i will involve UAE police as soon as possible.this kind of incompetence can not be tolerated

I see the refund details. I paid 45 $ for the returned articles and you refuded 41. Its ok but why dont you refund the return fees which you promised. You obIihed me to get a tracking number and it costs more . I already sent the invoice and i have a copy of conversation where you promise to refund that fees. I sent that to facebook messenger. ?????? Dont you see in the system that you confirmed to tske i n charge the refund fees??? I paid the eport fees and im not willing to loose more in this purchase???

I received some damaged articles and sent pictures and they accepted the return on their charge. This is the worst return process and experience i have faced. They received back articles since the 3th of june they received the articles . I sent many emails contacted them on facebook on the chatt. They just keep apologizing and promising to get back to me but in vain . I suppose to get back my return fees which i paid and what i paid for articles but they dont seem to be willing to refund. They got the tracking number and all details but i did not at all receive my money. This is not serious neither professional because they promise to refund within 48 hours and answer within 24 but this has nothing to do with reality. Why dont you refund my money back???? Cheap website such a bad shipping process. U should improve ur shipping already u have very bad reviews and low rating. Its been 20 days i didnt recieve my order and i have also payed the payment whats the point of delay when my order have been deliverd in my local city . When contact shipping company they say u will recieve within 24 hours 24 hours spent it never came. I will never ever shop from this website ever again.

Very bad customer service.
I spoke to several employees from the call center and the manager which all promised to fix the issue with shipping and i never received my item that was actually in my country and got shipped back to the warehouse because they were too lazy to do their work!

Ok so I did not have the best first impression about jollychic when I purchased an item off the website only to receive a phone call 3 weeks later informing me the goods were accidentally shipped to Saudi instead of Qatar where I live. I had to follow up myself to recollect my payment but it did get credited back to my account after nearly a month and half.
My second order off the website arrived within 2 weeks without a hitch. In fact I got two pairs of sports pants and they fit perfectly. Glad the website suggested a size larger than I had picked which ensured I got the correct waist size.
Overall bad start but definitely worth it. Now they have started shipping some items next day directly from Doha and that has made it much easier to collect my orders.

I tried jollychic 2x I had 15 items ordered on the first box & 12 items on the second delivery but it was just in a plastic with jollychic logo on it. I had all the items receive complete. It was delivered within the timeframe it was specified on the App (when tracking the order). I have one more delivery coming and I have 17 ordered items. It was all prepaid not COD. Service was good for me I even email them and they emailed back so that really good service but when it comes to the items I purchased... All was really a bad quality. Clothes seems like just good for 1-2 use only. Combination color on the shirt stained the other part of the shirt, fabric is like plastic, there were kinda ok quality of sneakers but the problem is the shoe laces are not durable, flat shoes pointy shoes are like made of paper, price range from 3-8 kwd but really no quality at all... In short you're lucky if you could use it 3-4 times.

First and Last Worst Experience!!! this is the worst online shopping ever, I shouldn't have trusted this website, I have ordered less than 10 things last July 17 2019 and paid it thru card because they will add cost for COD. until now it is already August 4 and my parcels are not yet delivered, they do not reply by email, they don't have other contacts. this website is absolutely a FRAUD.
