The thermal wear of jockey is utter rubbish. I got the thermal wear from jockey in Ooty which costed me 1500/- and not up to the mark. The manager told me this thermal wear will make the body warm under minus temperature but gave only chillness under 16 degree. I wrote a complaint to their email id but no one responded. total money waste for that thermal wear which was of some cheap fabric. Please do not buy the thermal wear from this brand.

I wear a normal underwear size and the stores I shop at barely have any underwear in my size. I've tried about twenty different stores in my local area and zero stores sell my size. My size seems to be grown thin on the market as if they're trying to discontinue it. I've been resorted to purchasing it online and most stores mark it up 20%. When the product goes on sale none of the stores can keep up with supply and demand. I've started finding other brands.

I bought the "no panty line promise" underwear in various styles. I bought them on sale, 2 pairs for $25. I don't think they are worth the RRP of $22.95 each but I think the sale price was reasonable.
The bikini briefs do not show any visible panty line and the silicone around the edges stops them from riding up. The full briefs occasionally show, not so much a visible panty line, but rather a visible "indentation" in that area.
All in all I'm very happy with these undies and have ordered more, 6 in total.

Product quality has totally degraded while prices have doubled. A few years back, you could blindly buy the briefs and not worry about the quality. Now the briefs don't even last 2 months. I have started switching to other brands, who are doing well whole Jockey suffers.

I ordered 4 items totalling a hundred dollars. They sent 3 items but not the sleepdress I ordered. I am hearing impaired and cannot hear on the phone so have written several emails and a text but they ignore me. The chat is never open. They stole $40.00 from me. I will never buy Jockey anything again. I will not support a company that steals. Beware.

very bad experience for this company, i am running a EBO at jehanabad and around two to three months they only asking BG issuance, every day a new issue for BG. i am open the showroom for only visit the showroom to people visited. My EBO stock order blocked due to BG issuance, i send the hard copy of BG and SFMS and accepted the same. then why you are not open for stock order.
around 3 months cross, they will no able to open the stock order.
i am several time request for give the number of higher authority. but they will talk to other person and told me please wait for this.
only cheating to the EBO proprietor.

As some of the other reviews the jockey quality of old DOES NOT EXIST. Have been using jockey briefs and a shirts for 55 + years and the recent purchases of the last couple of years are terrible. Where the old would last for years, these last maybe 1 -2 months and are falling apart, laundering the same way I always did. Jockey is no longer a quality product ( and customer service could care less if you buy them or not) they basically rate as dollar store merchandise at a premium price!!!!! Good bye Jockey going elsewhere for underwear!!!

So not happy with this company right now. I placed a substantial order online. First of all, the online process was excruciating. I spent a good 20 minutes just trying to get through captcha. I finally gave up and switched to chrome, which worked. I guess their site doesn't work on Firefox? Then when I would put things in my cart some of them didn't show up and others showed up in multiples. Then when I tried to remove multiples or items I'd changed my mind about I couldn't remove them. I had to start over twice because of this. After a ridiculously long process just to fill up my cart I used the one time promo code for signing up for their emails and made my purchase. They also had a sale going on. A week later I got an auto email along with an email from customer service saying my order was cancelled because one item wasn't available. They said that's just how the system works. If one item isn't available they cancel the whole order. The only suggestion was to replace the order, which would mean losing the sale prices and the promo code. They didn't even send a real apology. They just blamed their electronic system, as if there isn't a single person at Jockey who can do anything to make sure customers are treated well. I sent a response saying I don't want to cancel the order and want the items I ordered that are in stock. That was a few days ago and no one has bothered to reply. Also, I tried to find them on BBB and couldn't. I guess that's how they get around honest reviews. What a frustrating experience.

Tried to return an item. Went to website and followed instructions to get a return label. No label appeared. Tried a second time, but it did not allow me to try again. Tried calling and was on hold for almost 20 minutes before I opted for a call-back. That never came. Tried chat, but it was unavailable. Tried email and after one week received a reply telling me to go to the website to download a return label. Catch 22! Tried answering the email (which they said to do) telling them the problem. No reply after 4 days. This is my first experience in returning an item to Jockey. Orders I have made in the past did not have to be returned, so obviously not a problem. You know the old adage, “one burned, twice shy”? I’ll never order anything from them again. Their customer service is not!

Online shopping is supposed to make it easier. With Jockey.com that's not really the case. Placed an order and accidentally chose shoprunner as shipping (unsure why this is even on here, seems to just be a scam service, so....??). After calling customer service and being told my order could not be cancelled, I got an email saying it WAS cancelled. Okay. So went online to order again using different shipping arrangement, only now it won't let me. I get the choice of using shoprunner or paying more than 20 bucks for shipping (overnight), something that definitely doesn't need that. Customer service chat couldn't help and said I had to call. Okay. Since I don't want to sit on hold I left my phone number and an hour later they haven't called (never did). Good product IN STORE, VERY poor website and customer service. Good grief.
UPDATE: About 5-6 days after posting this I received a follow-up email from an online staff person for Jockey apologizing for my experience. After an inner debate, I decided to go ahead and give their product and services another go and placed an order for two items. This time everything went smoothly, I got my order in about a week and am very happy with the product. Very pleased I tried again, but I would advise Jockey to get a handle on quick response times and/or chat options for their websites (including online presence like facebook).

I ordered a jockey trunk on 12th August and it's 21st I haven't received it yet.
Customer service number is always busy now I don't know whether I would be refunded or not.
Really regretting my decision.

Not only was the item not as advertised, but when I told customer service, they send me a list of 7 things they wanted answered. They could have found the answers on my account profile. Totally unacceptable. Will never buy from their site again.

This was my second order of extremely mis-sized underwear. It is labeled my size but there is no way. It is probably in neighborhood of 6 inches off on the waist size!!

My first experience of buying online from Jockey portal though m a regular user of this brand.
Received 1 bra of different design from the one I ordered. Requested the customer care team to either replace or refund the amount as the product is useless for me.
Received a consolation letter that we are looking into it and will revert. 3 days gone no revert no more answers.
Will never again order from their online portal. Lost my 480 bucks for their mistake.

Received an advertising e-mail today offering 'Black Friday' 30% reduction on multi-packs of mini-briefs.
I wasted time ordering ten packs of three, only to be told at checkout that the maximum order is one pack. Therefore the total possible 'Black Friday' saving is six quid. Big deal.
A bait-and-switch scam and a waste of time.

I ordered 3 bras from Jockey. All bras were the same size--band size 29, cup 30. The unlined realfit bra was a perfect fit. The Full Coverage Realfit bra was too big; the straps constantly fall off my shoulders (the add for the bra states "stay-put cushioned straps"). The material in the full coverage is thick and weird, not "lightly lined". I would like to try other styles, but now I am a little reluctant.
