Unfortunately after a painless ordering experience, I received a scooter for my sons 1st Birthday that was not fit for purpose and dangerous. It had a broken handle which exposed a sharp metal edge.
I was then sent a replacement part which was for a different scooter. At this point I would have expected an immediate replacement scooter, but instead the company has chosen to supply another set of handle bars and expect me to fix the toy. These are not cheap toys and they are not only meant to be beautiful and fun, but safe.
Now 3 weeks after I initially ordered and 2 weeks since my sons 1st Birthday I still don't have a functioning and safe scooter for him to enjoy.
I am really not happy with my experience dealing with this company and feel very let down

I found the old-fashioned Moulin Roty and the three stove-top pots which I've been looking all over for and waiting to buy since I first saw them three years ago in France.
It was easy to choose the products, get the shipping cost and fill in my details.
I tried to register from the beginning and the website didn't register the details. I needed to register separately a few days later.
The e-mail with the delivery details had a link to a delivery company website which was not the one being used for my shipment and I was not able to track the shipment which was a little frustrating.
I am still waiting for an answer from my e-mail regarding the registration and getting my points applied to my account. Hopefully customer service will answer soon!
