Orders are slow to arrive,they say 7 days. It was more like 15 days. Cheap, poor quality fabric. The catalog makes items look cute. Will NEVER EVER order from the catalog again.....

I returned the shoes simply because they didn't fit. They first tried to issue a gift card even though I had requested the refund in the original form of payment. When I called them, they informed me that they were charging me a $9.99 restocking fee. Since the order was only 29.99, that is a 33% restocking fee. There was nothing on their website about a restocking fee, so I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. DO NOT order from this site. If you have to make a return, they will rip you off.

Saw a tunic I was interested in but wasn't sure of the size, but was lured by their credit card offer. Opened the account and ordered the item. To my dismay when tunic arrived was sub-par so I returned it. I also decided to cancel their credit card because I didn't want to chance buying anything else and having to pay for the shipping and handling in the future. As a new customer the shipping to me was supposed to be FREE. That was the lure for opening the credit card. But because I had the audacity to dare return something that wasn't worth the cost, or to my liking, had to deal with the credit card company for sending me bills for 3 months (even though they assured me they had canceled my credit card). Jessica London also kept adding 'late fees;. It finally took a lengthy call to both credit card company and Jessica London reps to finally get the amount they would settle on my having to pay for shipping to me and returning to them---total $17.98 ($8.99 both ways). $17.98 and nothing to show for it. I will never do business with this retailer, nor any other company connected with them. If you buy something from them make sure you are going to keep what you buy (unless you want to exchange it) outside of that, unless you like giving money away, stay clear of these people-- their policies stink. I'm passing this on to alert anyone who reads this or is thinking of buying from them what kind retailer you might end up dealing with if aren't happy with what they sent you-- you'll pay for doing that. If you buy something from them either keep it or kiss your money good bye. POST REVIEW: I just saw my post & noticed responses on some. If someone plans to contact me about this- unless you're planning to return my $17.98. I spent more than that amount trying to resolve this for months, by phone, email and postal mail- an unnecessary waste of time, a lot of aggravation and an unfair loss of money. I'm sure you're aware that there are major flaws in your policy practices.

I returned my total order from Jessica London using the $8.99 shipping label provided. I was charged double for the label at time of refund. I called to ask why, spoke to 3 people, including supervisor, no one could make sense of it and did not refund me difference. I was on the phone for 45 min. super frustrated and finally gave up as I knew I wouldn't win. My total bill was $121.40 subtract $8.99 for shipping label used, should have received $112.41 but only recieved refund of $105.36. That was my first time buying from Jessica London and I Promise, I will never purchase from them again. Never.

Credit card offer said I'd get $10 off and free shipping on current order if I was approved for credit card now. I was approved instantly, but then told I couldn't use the credit card till I got it in the mail in a week or so. So how do I get the discounts on this current order, I asked. You can't, they replied. SCAM. Don't buy from this company.

Ordered a pair of boots in December, returned them in JANUARY with the Jessica London return label as they did not fit. Just received them back in the mail today, as it was past the return window. Called to question this, and was told nothing could be done and that I had to keep the boots. Great customer service! Not.

I ordered two dresses in December they were two big sent them back and called and talk to someone they told me they were taken all the charges off I get a bill in February for 35 dollars have talk too three people and then ask too speak to a supervisor I am put on hold and then they come back and say they are busy come on busy three time different days!!!

Placed an order tried to cancel the next day due to duplication...Sergio the cs rep kept over talking me, would not listen. When I asked for his mgr. he put Victor on the phone which I don't really believe he was a supervisor...who kept whispering his responses and he was no help. Keep your Customers Service in the US please!

Shoddy clothing and the customer service is non existent. In spite of my numerous follow up with this group, they failed to respond.Then told me I couldn't get a refund because it is past 60 days. I guess this is how they screw you...they don't respond then say oh well so sad it is now to late. You will regret doing business with this shoddy outfit.

I have ordered from this company group for years but their service has been declining the past 3 years. Today was the final straw. After several (4) rounds of email correspondence regarding an order that was never delivered and a rude email telling me I hadn't followed their directions to call their office (email or phone call were both options) they still refuse to fill the order with comparable items and will not honor the sale price of the items they have in stock. They will sell to me at the regular price and then make an adjustment to my credit card after they ship and charge the regular price. I had a similar problem with their sister company Roman's last year. They insist that they thought there was a problem with fraud and tried to call me, got no answer and cancelled the order. I did not provide them with a phone number, I did provide an email address that they did not contact.
Do not do business with this company, they do not honor their commitments and are not customer friendly.

I ordered only one outfit. When it came in, it didn't fit correctly. So I returned it. They credited my account for the outfit but they won't credit me a return fee!!!! It's only $7.50 but I don't even have an item to show for it. Jessica London is making money off of the people ordering online. Called and spoke to about four different people. They won't and will not give you credit for your return fee. I will NEVER order from this company again!!!
When I spoke to someone I asked them " so if I walk into a department store and they charge me $7.50 to try on clothes but nothing fits and walk out without purchasing anything the store made $7.50 just for me to try on clothes?" All the customer service could tell me that was company policy. I told them they were a rip off. That's what this company is doing. Making money off of something I returned I no longer have. Still charging me for a return fee!!!

If I could give them a review of zero, I would. I purchased two pairs of shoes on May 6th and received an email for FEDEX tracking. When I checked the status of my item on May 14th on the FEDEX site, it stated that due to a damaged shipping label my box was sent back to the company and that I should contact the company for further instructions. When I called Jessica London I received terrible, rude, and unprofessional customer service from two representatives (Jose and Joel). The first representative basically told me that I needed to reorder the items with him over the phone and accrue another charge on my card and wait for them to refund me my first order before I could receive my purchase. When I explained to him that I had already paid for my items and I was not comfortable having to purchases for the same order with them, especially since no one contacted me about the items in the first order being returned. I was told to hold on while he checked to see if they could send me my items and the representative never returned to the call. The second representative basically told me the same thing, that if I wanted my order I needed to pay for it again and wait for the refund for the first purchase. The representative was extremely rude and acted as if he would be doing me a favor by giving me a refund and said the first order was damaged as if I were the blame. When I asked for a refund and told them they had poor business practices and that I would report them to the BBB and take legal actions if I did not get my refund, the representative named Joel told me to' "Try It"! I will NEVER I repeat NEVER patronize them again!!!!!!!!!!

I have been purchasing clothing from Woman Within, Full Beauty, & Jessica London for over 10 years. I have been satisfied, but quite frankly I never pay full price. I wait until they have a percentage off or cash back offer (the cash back is with a purchase of $50, $75, or $100.) If I am not satisfied with something, I return it. I do not expect when I buy online for it to be exactly as it is described. If there are reviews, I always read them. It really helps to not bother with items that others have found unsatisfactory but helps also with items others think are great & worth the investment. I belong to Full Beauty's membership club. Its annual fee is either $20 or $30 & has been worth the money for me as shipping is around $4 and free returns. The thing I don't like about it is not able to get the good shipping deal on Woman With & Jessica London even though they will accept Full Beauty credit card & are part of the same company. Since they switched over to Comenity Bank I do have to admit when I have a problem they are not as "user friendly". However,I have noticed any of the companies that used to have their own credit cards and switched to Comenity are the same. The retailers must get a really good deal from the bank, and the customer doesn't have the comfort level they had before the switch to Comenity. With all of this said, one has to give them more than one chance and to READ THE REVIEWS. Sorry, they have gotten so many complaints.

Got a email that said the item shipped but FedEx did not show the tracking code on their system. I would say it was obvious that Jessica London had the item to ship but someone took the item before it was shipped. I had to scramble to find a different web site that had a similar present for me to order. Jessica London was out of the item that I wanted. I do give them cudos for promptly refunding my money but it took an argument for them to do so. I would strongly recommend against ordering from Jessica London.

Placed an order online! Said it was gonna get to me on March 31! Didn't get to me that day, so I waited! April 2nd, I called and I was told it wasn't coming till April 4th! I let them know that I don't want it anymore and I needed a refund! They told me I needed to return it before they could refund my money! I explained to them that I have ordered from them right before I placed this order and it hot to me on time, but they kept telling me that I should have paid for express shipping for a guarantee delivery date! I don't like that business deal where I'm told a date and it doesn't arrive that day, doesn't arrive the next day, but days later! Didn't hear from them and if I didn't call, I wouldn't know! The people I spoke with were rude and kept speaking over me instead of listening to my complain! That not right! I'm not shipping with them anymore!

I've been buying clothes, boots, coats, and shoes from Jessica London, Romans and Woman Within for years. I've never had reason to complain about cost, quality, customer service or returns. I bought about 5 or 6 pairs of boots, several velvet sets and sweaters and returned some things. They stay on the phone with you until you find what you are looking for. I had a horrible experience with BerryLook, totally false advertising. So after that I stay with the company I can trust.

I received a ill fitting tunic as a Christmas gift and was told that I could not return or exchange it for size even though I received it less than 2 weeks ago! This is not a reputable company. I just recently placed an order for a pair of shoes then found the shoes cheaper somewhere else. I tried to cancel my order but the customer service representative said I couldn't. Ridiculous. As soon as you place an order & try to cancel it they claim it is "processing". So they never have to cancel your order. I will never order anything from them again. Rip off & the customer service representative was very unpleasant.

I order boot, the size was to small. I looked at my catalog that had a promotion code of JL50 gifty, So I fill up the slip and sent it back for a different boots on Nov 23,2018. On January 3rd 2019 I call to see the status on my boots no one from their called me to let me know that I was never getting my boots or if the money was gonna be returned back. I spoke to supervisor George and he was very unprofessional he told me he didn't know what he what to do. That is I wanted the boots i had to pay full price and the price And not the promotion cold that was in the book. I told him that they should have a promotion if They are not going to honor it. It is called false advertising. I would not recommend Jessica London to anyone.

For the SECOND time, Jessica Londons Credit older, Commodity Bank contacted me regarding AUTOPAYMENTS that were NOT received, (THEIR LANGUAGE) I am now charged 37.00 Dollars per month ( 2) that payments were not received. The Collections Agent, told me "You are not alone, several people have reported that to me". Something is NOT RIGHT; FIRST time, shame on them, SECOND, SHAME ON ME> I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. They will RUIN your credit! They know its going on.....more $$ for them

I have been a loyal member of Jessica London/Comenity Bank for over 20 years. My credit limit was over $2000 and has now been decreased to $850. I spoke with representative and they claim they check my credit and decided to lower my credit limit. This is a procedure I never heard off. I have credit cards with major credit companies and have never experience this issue. I will be closing my account and sending a complaint to Better Business Bureau.
