I could not ask for better service from start to finish. The Administrator was very helpful and replied to my emails almost by return. The three men that came to do the work were so nice and the way they cleared everything after was a relief to me as at 74 years old I was not looking forward to tidying up afterwards. I would definitely recommend Jenkswokingham to everyone. Thank you very much.

I absolutely trust Jenks - I work from home on my own, and sometimes have the children in the house, so need to feel safe when there is a team in my garden, ensuring my trees and hedges are well looked after and the property is tidy once they leave. They are experts in their field, and know exactly how a tree should be treated, (unlike some 'so-called' tree surgeons, knocking on doors, claiming ' they are working in your area', demanding cash and massacring mature trees in return...yes, I've sadly experienced this), Jenks make sure that they are cut properly, allowing healthy growth from whatever they've cut back. I wouldn't have anyone else looking after our garden.

Jenks Wokingham cut back several large trees in my garden and were a pleasure to have around - polite, friendly and explained everything they were doing really clearly. I'm no expert at tree surgery but they seemed highly professional in everything that they did. They also cleaned up after themselves to a very high standard. I would highly recommend these guys!

Excellent service. Turned up early, worked incredibly hard, didn't really take breaks. Did exactly what we asked for, at a competitive price, and cleared all the debris away leaving the garden clean and tidy.

Nathan and his team were with us for a week as we had a large number of trees to work on. They were all TPO'd and Jenks were remarkable in their professionalism and efficiency. They successfully applied to the council to carry out tree works and carried out all work amazingly efficiently and professionally.
They were always punctual, hard working and extremely courteous, leaving our garden neat and tidy every evening.
Very impressed by this young and enthusiastic (and extremely knowledgeable) team.

This firm quotes for work on time, do what they have agreed to do when they say they are going to do it and are mindful of the concerns which neighbours might have. They check for possible TPO status and in the execution of the work are professional and conscious of all possible safety issues; they complete on time having tidied up properly. They are young enthusiastic about their work polite and ambitious, appreciating that the goodwill from one job will over time lead them take them to further work.

The whole process, from quote to carrying out the work was very professional and friendly, I felt customer service really mattered, and the mushroom made out of the oak tree base gave the whole job that excellent surprise on our return home. An excellent service provided by knowledgable staff. They were fast and efficient and left the garden very tidy with no evidence of them being there. JenksWokingham provided a clear, reasonable quotation and arranged a mutually convenient date for the works. They arrived on time, made an excellent job of removing the tree and root stump and thoroughly cleaned up the area. Nothing more one could ask!

These guys are just excellent. They cut down the large conifer just next to our house and the work was done very efficiently and with great workmanship. The garden was left nice and tidy. Highly recommend them.

The guys turned up and did the job double quick. The tree was removed, they got rid of all the waste and left the garden spotlessly clean. They were also polite and friendly throughout.
