My order was placed on the 26/9/19 with a delivery in 4-6 weeks, we are 8 weeks now with no news. I was told on Friday that my order was send but no tracking number available and on my account my order is still on backorder. Really frustrated!!!!
Customer service is really poor.
Really concerned that I lost my £555!.
