I ordered some slides for my daughters 13th birthday right before Callifornia shut down. When they came a size 9 in mens were to small. So they obviously run super small as she is a 9 in womens. These slides a month to the day after her birthday. I contact customer service for an exchange. At first they wanted me to pay shipping. Then i had to take a photo of the box, packing slip, slides and shipping box with label showing all in one photo. It took forever hearing back. When i finally heard back i found out the 40 dollar slides that i have now waited 4 months for are 24 dollars so i ask for a refund due to all the issues and the sale to be told they cannot do so. I will NEVER do business with this company ever again. I was trying to fully support what my daughter supports and you have horrible service only greed.

This db during this time in all our lives 3/2020 puts out a video that many MANY young people watch. What's he do, he hugs people showed zero respect to what our country is going through. Showing the young people that watch him, go ahead be close, hug people coming to your home.... He is an absolute a**h***!

Jeffree Star Cosmetics - Worst customer service. Do not purchase from this company. Your item either won’t arrive or is damaged and you will never get your money back, even through PayPal as they lie to get their way.
The company is making a fortune on young impressionable viewers and it’s not ok.
Scams like this need to be stopped as it leaves genuine paying customers out of pocket.

You can have proofs, genuine reasons and you will be silenced with lies so that they keep the money and get their own way.

I just order $300 of product and never received it. I contact JS customer service over and over again for them to tell me it's not their fault it the usps...which I already did a report and investigation. I'm a single mom. I tried for so long to save up money to finally get his lipsticks. All 5 sets of 8. I'm so emotional and disappointed because I was scared to spend that amount of money and now I'm here praying the package makes it's way to me. Every other company I dealt with in past has always made an effort to help or do what right for their customers. Not JS...this now makes me have nothing but negative feelings about the company. I will take it to a higher level if needed after a week passes. This isnt right to their customers.

Purchased over 6 weeks ago. I was told my products would arrive before Christmas and it is now 10th January.
They haven’t bothered to reply to my last 2 emails, no idea if they have just stolen over £100 from me or if there has been a real issue.

I ordered the mini controversy palette in the first week of November during the launch and was sent a confirmation email saying it will take 5-10 business days to be shipped. I waited a month and then another updated email on the 3rd of December was sent which said it will be shipped in another 10 business days. It's now December 31, almost 2 whole months since I placed the order and it still hasn't been shipped yet. I understand it's a busy time of the year, but waiting 2 months just to have it shipped when you've been promised a maximum of 10 business days, TWICE, is disappointing.

Absolutely one of the worst companies out there. Ordered a palate over a month ago for my wife, was told it had shipped, almost a month later and no replies from customer service or changed it my order status. Taking peoples money and just making them wait for something at all is ridiculous and Jeffree star sounds like he might have to take off his nails and get to work at their warehouses. Hate to say it but at this point he is a total scammer. Will never order from these guys in a million years and I feel sorry for everybody who ordered just like I did only to be let down.

I ordered on Black Friday, as many other customers did, and still have not received the products I paid for. I got a notification that the order has shipped BUT when I go to the link provided it shows it is still sitting in the warehouse... hasn’t even been scanned through the shipping facility.
The shipping is ridiculous, I don’t even want my products anymore. I want a refund.

I'm not sure what happened to this brand but I am officially done buying products from it. The customer service is the worst if you actually get a response because normally it's nothing but silence. Don't bother tweeting any issues or asking questions because you will be attacked. I never received a shipping confirmation for something I bought over a month ago and customer service never responded until I got fed up and told them to cancel the damn order. You can't guarantee you will get the items you ordered or even when you will get them. There is plenty of other companies with similar products don't waste your time with this one.

!!!PSA!!! don’t complain to jeffree star he has your money and could care less about your satisfaction with his company. And don’t call the BBB, just saying that you have or will call shows your lack of knowledge about business, the BBB is “pay for rating” company not an actual consumer agency.
If you’ve been duped like so many others call your local state (and California’s) attorney general’s consumer protection office/division and file a complaint with them. They will “inquire“, BUT if they receive enough complaints they will open an actual investigation and find out why SO MANY people actually had to wait such an unreasonable amount of time for their orders.
I ordered on 11/28/2019 & 12/01/2019, my first order wasn’t shipped until 12/27/2019, and my second order still hasn’t shipped.
I’m not just disappointed, I’m disgusted at how poorly this company handled holiday orders.

I have always loved Jeffree Star and his Cosmetics, but his company and customer service is total crap. I ordered my daughter a pair of his shoes one month ago. My order status still hasn't changed from processing. I have seen hundreds of the exact same complaints. Someone needs to tell him to hire some additional staff to handle the high order volume. I paid $12 for shipping, it should've been here within 3 damn days!

My boyfriend placed an order 10 days ago. 10 days doesn't seem that long. BUT he paid $16 for EXPEDITED shipping so my makeup would come before Christmas and still has yet to even receive a shipping email. $16, really? For what? Does that money go towards his 14.6 million dollar house? We emailed costumer service and haven't heard back from them. Jeffree's make up is beautiful, don't get me wrong. But as a business man he has NO clue what he's doing and neither do any of his team members. He seriously needs to think about handing his company over to someone who actually knows what they're doing and he can stick to the making the product.

Horrible!!! Absolutely horrible!!! Just like everyone else, I too, ordered on Black Friday and the fact that I haven’t even gotten a shipping confirmation in almost a month is RIDICULOUS. Yes, I already reached out to customer service and they don’t do anything. Screw this company and the fact that even though he’s a billionaire, his company can’t handle anything.

Horrible horrible experience. I will never order from them again. Placed my order and paid extra for expedited shipping and ot still took over a month. I sent numerous emails and only recieved automated emails. Never did they reach out. They need to work on customer relationships. I spent over $128. It is disheartening to see him posting about his new mansion when his customers are asking where their orders are via email and all over social media. You will never get another red cent of my hard earned money!!!!

People waited over a month to receive their mystery boxes they’re were told included an exclusive peppermint frost highlighter. They ran out and put it random stuff no exclusive anything lip highlighter straw even stickers nothing so that’s false advertising should have contacted customers to let them know and give them a choice to cancel $100 box full of colors you can’t sell. The peppermint was the only thing that made it worth it..

These guys are so shady. First of all, they sent me a broken jawbreaker palette. Then they make me send pictures and only offer a partial discount of 15$. I've never heard of such a thing. This was completely unfair and not cool on their part. I ended up just returning my entire order because of this.

WOW this is the first and last time I will ever order from Jeffree Star Cosmetics. I’m so beyond disappointed and frustrated. I made an order on December 2nd which was supposed to be a Christmas present for my sister, but it’s now 2 DAYS before Christmas and it hasn’t even SHIPPED yet. I got a confirmation email so they took my money but haven’t even shipped out my items yet. Really? This is ridiculous and unexceptable for such a huge company. I don’t even know if I’m even ever going to get my items at this point, plus I’m going to have to tell my sister I don’t have her Christmas present. Unbelievable. Get it together. I live in Canada, literally across the fkn boarder and it would be quicker for me to go to the U.S and get it myself at this point.

Ordered my stuff during the Black Friday sale, was told it would be 10 days, okay sounds good still plenty of time. Wrong. Sent countless emails, get back generic/computerized responses. They tell me it will be sent out NO LATER then Thursday the 19th, guess what? Wrong!!! Now in the generic, I don't care replies they have sent me, all orders placed during that sale will ship the 23rd! 2 days before Christmas, fantastic. No need to wrap it now. To note also, hasn't been shipped as of today either hahahaha! Hopefully I'm able to get it by Easter. How is it that a company as large as this takes a whole MONTH to do anything what so ever? Also thanks for the heads up, cause now if I want a refund that won't even be to me by Christmas to replace the items you failed to deliver. Honestly I hope this puts a huge dent in this multi millionaires wallet, he doesn't care about you, or you, so would should I? Disgusting.

Myself, like many customers, placed an order 11-30-19. Haven't received my item or any information about the status of my order. Infact, it hasn't even been shipped out yet. I contacted customer service on 12-12-19 but received no response. They advise you not to contact customer service more than once or you will be moved to the end of the queue and so I have been patiently waiting for a reply that never comes.
It's been a month of no updates, no response, and no item. That's a month waiting for one single item that I paid for but haven't received and have no idea when it will ship out. I'm completely left in the dark with no compensation, no communication, and no product.
