The order placing is horrible. Worst customer service ever! Buyer beware!! They are good to take your money, but won't entertain customer questions or concerns.

This was supposed to be a gift for my daughter. It took more than 40 minutes to place my order. At the end I received a notice that I would receive an email confirmation. Nothing. Now it is just a wait and see. Very disappointing!!! I would expect more.

I purchased both Shane Palletts that were re-released on 11/5/19 and received a notice stating that it would be about an hour to receive the confirmation. I purchased them at 12:15 and by 8pm that same night, still no confirmation. I read the FAQ on the website that mentioned to allow 6 hours, but by 8pm and no confirmation, I sent an inquiry email to their customer service department. It says to allow 72 hours and a rep will call you back. Today is 11/8/19 and still no call no confirmation. My daughter has begged and pleaded for this and it was to be a present for Christmas. I dont even know if I am going to get it. I just want answers. Sheesh!

Very disappointing every time reaching out to their customer service. Canned responses, answering around the question, not following up or following thru, & just all around making a customer who just spent alot of money with them feel completely insignificant. I love Jeffree Star Cosmetics it has unique merchandise and everything is great quality. Packaging is perfect super unique and cute and the lippies are soft not over drying. The grinders are really useful and it has a little scooper which is so nice and unique. I love the setting powder and it smells like cotton candy which is a plus.

I ordered the pink windbreaker and it was stained really bad! Black stains in the front and on the sleeves! Also, I noticed that the gold chrome mirror was chipped. So disappointed. The only thing I will order from now on are the lipsticks.

I ordered a kit of lipstick minis hoping that at least most of them would be the right colors for me, I was wrong. Out of 8 I only liked 1. I couldn't justify the over $65 for just one mini. I decided to return it, upon reading the FAQ I realized I had to pay to ship it back and I wouldn't be reimbursed for them to ship it to me. Overall I was out $22 to find out I liked the quality but the colors are very misleading on the website so I ended up with nothing. Never again!

I received celebrity skin lip ammunition in my mystery box but I was so disappointed. The formula isn't creamy at all. It's dry and drags across the lips. This isn't the quality I was expecting. And the whole ordering process was so much of a fiasco I don't know if I'll ever purchase anything else. I Had the deluxe box in my cart 3 times and as soon as I finally got to check out, it said my cart was empty. I finally got to purchase the premium box but I ordered it July 19th and just received it today, August 1st. I Had been wanting to try his products for so long but this has certainly made me wonder why I ever wanted anything in the first place.

I ordered the mystery box for my daughter who is a huge fan and it was her birthday.... after she made me watch countless videos of him and was so excited that she would be getting the mystery shade lip stick i agreed and bought it knowing you get what you get but per his video he promised everyone who ordered would be getting the mystery shade not a shade that could be bought.... her box comes she opens it and didn't get the mystery shade.... she re watched the video and shes like mom he clearly says it will be in all the boxes. I agree with her and write his customer service thinking will mistakes happen she will get it and they will fix the error. Nope instead i get a generic email that looks like it was copy and pasted from a template and not actually looked into..... please next time make sure it isnt said that every mystery box will get a mystery color and not one that i can go and buy online...

i placed an order a few days ago and have yet to receive any form of communication on where my order stands other then thanking me for my purchase the turn around time is way too long given how popular the cosmetics are i would think they would try to be more mindful of the timely part of it i can go order other products and get them in 2 days and their big companies as well no excuses they need to fix that part of things.

Placed an order bringing on July and still not received. I contacted them and was sent an email saying they will email by July 29th. It’s now the 31st and still waiting for them to reply.

If I could I wouldn’t even rate his company. I order 2 items from his blue blood collection and one velour liquid lipstick on the 29th March. I have not received any updates and it’s tracking has not been updated since the 10th April. I emailed customer service and the only response I got was it’s on its way, track it. I then sent another email and this wasn’t a sufficient answer and got told that it hadn’t actually been handed over to the postal company and it got lost in transit but they found it but just keep tracking. I’ve asked for a refund but I just don’t get any response. This was my first time buying his products on his website and will be the last. I admire Jeffree a lot but this is outrageous that he thinks he can treat people like this.

I bought the Pink grinder from Jeffree Star Cosmetics and it's the soft silicone one and I'd rate it at best a 1. Theres not enough teeth in the grinder to make everything ground up good and the screen in it is to flimsy. But the style is very cute. Other than that its not the best grinder.

So my first order went missing, PayPal gave me money back.
The company then sent out the items free of charge AND gave me money to cover customs.

I had been waiting for month to order a mirror,I was finally able to order one when it finally arrived, I was disappointed. I wasn’t expecting it to be plastic, I thought the product was better at least metal. The plastic is so cheap it coming apart at the bottom and side, I would have paid anything for good quality especially Jeffree Star approved but this was definitely a bad cheap product. Are all the mirrors this cheap?

I order jawbreaker pallet June 22nd and it’s July 3rd and still haven’t ship it I am angry because I payed 65 dollars in total including tax I am fed up with this company on their customer service don’t order Jeffree’s products on his website ever.

If I could give it no stars I would... I ordered a lipstick, banana setting powder and concealer. The products were awful and left my skin dry. They creased like crazy and left a terrible texture. His customer service has nooo way of mailing return labels so you have to pay for shipping TWICE. I’ve heard other girls say they promised return labels and they got ignored or that it took forever to receive one. They screwed me out of $17. Yes their policy states that they don’t refund shipping.. but it does not state anything about returns or return labels therefore expect to lose money. As a consumer that’s not ok. If something is unsatisfactory or not as promised the business should cover all expenses. I’ve watched his videos for years and decided to finally give his cosmetics a try. The lip stick I enjoyed but everything else was a miss for me. Sad 😞. I’ll stick to fenty

I ordered a hand held mirror as a gift I paid £15 for shipping i and I thought ok it’s coming from the USA I’m in the uk so I paid it was told in my shipping information that ups would be delivering my item this was the 6th April,2 weeks later my item arrived I have no issue with the mirror at all the packaging was fine aswell,I had a note from Royal Mail telling me I had to pay a customs charge of £13.33 for my parcel before I could get it! So I went down to Royal Mail (thinking maybe it was a scam )and I was told I had to pay it! When orderd I was NOT made aware I would be charged a custom charge it is wrong and it’s not ok that they DONT warn you before you pay about it!! I emailed the website and I complained about not being notified of custom charges I got a reply saying that it it is on their website and they aren’t responsible for charges soo I went back on to Jeffree starrs website and scrolled down the page and under normal lettering shipping it says they aren’t responsible for custom charges! Yes maybe they aren’t but maybe putting it in bold lettering before people from the uk buy stuff !! I won’t be buying from there again

Absolutely terrible customer service! After I haven't received my order within a month, I wrote to the customer service and they replied they will look after my order an answer me within 48 hours. After one week there were still no message from the customer service,so I wrote them again, that I wanted my order or my money back. After three days no message. After I reported a problem by PayPal they wrote me, that my package was lost (that was really new for me...) so they could send a new package or refund my money. This was a few minutes ago, I'm looking forward how fast hey do it.. And if they do it...

I ordered a mystery box that came with a shirt. The shirt has a manufacturer defect and they won't replace it because too much time has passed. It's a t-shirt that I received in February in Michigan which is the reason it wasn't washed until April. Their word appears to be final. So now I have to explain to my wife why she can't have the shirt that came with her anniversary present. Friggin sucks. I don't even wear makeup.

I’ve placed numerous order throughout my time shopping with them. Most of the products are decent quality with a couple misses in between. The problem comes with their shipment and customer service. On every occasion that I ordered it was over two weeks late, sometimes full months, they ask for one email and then to wait 48 hours for a reply but I’ve never received a reply. I bought what was supposed to be a limited edition hoody (that they later decided was no longer limited edition) that was being sold for a “holiday” and was promised by the “holiday” I spent three weeks after the promised date dming and commenting on their Instagram trying to figure out what was happening and where the hoody was but they only deleted my comments. After speaking to others I learned this is common. They don’t acknowledge any negativity, they just delete it to try to keep a good name. Theres better companies to support and give your money to.

My boyfriend bought me the Jaw Breaker Palette as a surprise gift. I received it about 5 days ago, opened the box to realise the palette was not properly bubble wrapped to protect it from damage. There was one layer, and this palette is coming to Australia from America.
Not surprisingly, the dark navy shadow was broken and has spread over all the other shades and even got onto the outside of the palette.
I’ve tried reaching out to JSC via their website and their instagram, no response. Very upsetting.

I had a package either lost or stolen from my building on the 19th of June. I contacted customer service after talking to my building manager also checking with the post office itself. Telling this in the mail to customer service, they repeated that I look for it in the building, and ask the manager which I had said in the email I had done, and go to the post office and get a written letter from them saying they had delivered and lost it. I went to them saying what they requested and they found it ridiculous and said that they do not ever write letters in effect that deliveries were lost and that they see the same tracking that when packages are handed over that they have so it is ridiculous. I wrote all of this again in a reply on the 21st and have not heard back since, mind you a weekend and a big launch has happened in the interim so I get that it isn't super pressing. The post office also said I could try the police but, in a city reporting a missing package in a building where no one said they saw it or possibly took it? what can the police do but write it down and send me on on my way.But it looks like all I can do is report a claim in a week and maybe the post office will decide to refund me a bit so I am out money and my two palettes as it stands right now on the 25th of June. I feel totally ignored and certainly not valued by customer service on all ends.
