I had a package delivered from you/FEDEX that should have had 6 parts in it. The box was tore all to hell.
There were only 2 parts in the box, (1) the upper control arm, it was tore out of its plastic bag and (2) a single sway bar linkage that was not in its box. I took pictures of the box sitting on my porch before I touched it.
I was not home when the package was delivered. I did not sign for it, nor would have I, if I were home.
Because you have NO customer service, No phone to talk with a customer, No live Chat and do not return e-mails. I am left trying to guess as to what to do. FEDEX was absolutely useless in trying to help.
You have my money!
Where the hell are the rest of my parts? Do I send these 2 parts back to you? Are you going to send me the missing parts? How long is this going to take?

I ordered a soft top for an 02 corvette and they sent me the wrong one. Trying to get a hold of them takes an act of Congress very poor customer service!! I just want the item I ordered. Now I'm stuck with something I can't use!!! This company is useless NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I contacted telephone sales and the person who handled my order was very disirganized. I had to go to their website and look up the part number for him. When I would try to give him information he would talk over me and then make me repeat it. They also will not take credit card info over the phone but instead give you a reference number and have you go back to their website, enter the order number, address and credit card info. This was a very odd encounter, and I will probably not be buying anything from them again in the future.

the part is a no show and you will not answer your phone no matter how long I wait. No stop to the advertising though. Hate to see it cost you thousands in lawsuits over a 17.55 order. But it will serve you right.

I ordered two sets of exterior replacement handles for my truck, 1 piece showed up on its own from Vegas and 2 more from the JCW warehouse. Everytime I call I get a recording that says it's after hours. According to their posted hours of operation I am calling 2hours prior to closing. I have sent 3 emails and not a single response. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this relic operation.

Ordered front and rear floor mats, plain black rubber. 4 hour search to find a phone number to call. 18 tries to dial and connect with anyone. Told order received, and status "Processing" for the past 4 days. Real story..floor mats made to order and I may see them in 3 weeks. I could walk across the street to my local auto parts store and get them but have had good experience with JC Whitney in the past....never again!

Ordered a sway bar kit from the web site and I received a crushed box with a rip in the box with tape over it with nothing inside, there is no number to call no type of contact with the company I needed my parts ASAP but for me ordering from Jcwhitney was a mistake, I have never experienced this Before.

I ordered a specific part last week and even discussed with a Company Rep by phone while I was online ordering to make sure I had the correct part I needed. It took couple of days to ship even tho the Rep assured me she was going to expedite and get it sent out within 24 hours. That didn't happen and when the delivery was made it was one part instead of my order which included 2 pieces. I've tried calling today and either get placed on hold for way too long or when I contact the extension from the Rep given at order, she answers and says Hello. When I start telling her who I am and that I got the wrong part, all of a sudden she says Hello, Hello Hello and then hangs up. I tried to report return needed online and information says I should have had a return packing slip in the order when received but there was nothing. Since my issue yesterday I have heard from others that they quit ordering from this company for the same - send wrong part issues. I hope someone will return or respond to my messages soon but in the mean time I guess I will try to stop payment on my credit card if they don't call me back.

I am a female who does her own mechanical work on her vehicle. I came across Jc Whitney. They had everything I needed and for at least 20 to 60 bucks cheaper then local auto part stores. All products were correct shipped on time . Very very happy.

Don't order form this place, just go to Amazon. Send orders missing parts, can't call anybody, can't use live chat, never send shipping labels for returns. If you get wrong or missing parts you will just have to throw them away, forget about getting your money back and buy them some where else.

Over the last 2 years I have been trying to get an on line account with JC Whitney. I loved this company when it was just an order book. Trying to set up an account with them, is like trying to stick butter up a Wildcats ass, using a hot poker. Every single step has to be done and redone 4 and 5 times. Slow as hell. I have no idea if the site is any good, can't get logged into damn thing. . Jc whitney, spend more than $75 setting up your online service.

I used to use this company a LOT in the 80's and 90's for parts I couldn't find or get in parts stores. Back when you filled out a form, sent it in. Along with a check for the amount. And got your stuff in 2-3 weeks.
Well, with the evolvement of e-commerce, they grew. And adapted. For the worse. 2 friends of mine that still use them, say it takes 2-3 months to get what you order. Unless you pay through the a_s for next day shipping. After getting nowhere with one site, I decided to use them again. They never have let me down in the past. So, I found the 4 parts I needed. Paid for them. Then it took 2 months for them to ship, and finally when they did, it took another month to try and find where they went. When cust. service said the did not know where they were, I said sc__w it and wanted my money back. Which has taken another month. Because they said the had to "find" where they were to cancel the order. Go figure........

I ordered a replacement part for a mustang and it fit perfectly all the bolt holes lined up perfectly and no adjustments or drilling was needed! I expected issues because of the reviews but figured it was so much cheaper I would figure it out but there was nothing wrong anywhere! Matches perfectly to the other side of the car!

Ordered alternator in stock 2 hours away, online showed 2-5 days arrival. Phone rep said we should have in 2 days. That was 9am Monday. On Wednesday afternoon we were told it had not shipped. Now, Sunday we are hoping it arrives tomorrow. Pep boys said it would have been at store available for pickup next day. Will NEVER use JC Whitney again.

I bought a set of seat covers for my father's truck. I was trying to order a front row seat cover. However, during the ordering process on the mobile site, the site automatically continued from asking questions about the front row seats to the second row. The description in the order confirmation does not indicate which row you purchased. When the seat covers arrived, I found that the system had ordered the second row seat and not the front row I was trying to order. I contacted JC Whitney customer support and was told that they would not exchange the seat covers and that I would need to repurchase the front row at my expense. Beware! Buy items from somewhere else.

These dumb ass so call Phillipino's suck. They lie on shippment dates not only once but twice. They send me the wrong item, agree they screwed up, promise me it will arrive on tuesday, saying I'll send it out today, day I called because the idiots sent me the wrong part. Then it says receiving it thursday on tracking, then to friday. They have no God for God does not like liars like they are. They are full of crap and one of the most worst services in the market. I will order from them no more and advise you to expect lies or the wrong part when ordering from them. The hell with these foreign countries and God Bless America and the heck with the phillipiens.

Tried to order seat covers. Called the customer service number, they outsource to India i spoke to rep for 35min i gave him the part number several times until he finally got it right, he put me on hold for some reason then he came back and said he was going to transfer me to a technician who can help me better. No one answered and the rep came back on line asked me when was a good time for the tech to call me back to further help me and process my order. He told me I would get a call back the next day. Im not waiting im going somewhere else. I've never had such a hard time ordering anything ever.

Watch out if you order auto parts. I received the wrong calipers of what I ordered. I ordered them 3 months ago and hadn't had the chance to get them put put on my car up until today 7/18. I know it's my fault that I didn't find this out sooner but was unable because of personal family issues. Now I'm unable to return them because it's been over 30 days so I lose out on $145 because they sent me the wrong part. You also have to pay for your returns.

Two orders two screw ups. On the first order I would have had to eat the loss of two items that never were received if Pay Pal hasn't absorbed the foul up. Both orders took weeks not days to get to me. Steer clear of this company. Whoever is in charge must either be nuts or stupid or deliberately running the company into the ground

If you have ever ordered from here or are thinking of ordering omfg don't you will loose ur money and get the wrong parts no money back. Better buisness burrows need to be informed! They don't give a sh*t about u. the customer service representative don't understand English and the supervisors well they don't care or they don't have anyone. Don't bother ordering magazines they will never come. I've called multiple times and if u don't ask for reference number or customer ID number they blow off everything that I said and asked for in detail. all they say is say is that all? Like they really want to hang up ur not important. Wish the stock holders would recognize this serious problems here I remember haven no problems in the 1970s with no computers and no mess ups. Now the days of technical support it should be easier. Or are we going into a new era of customer service that doesn't care bout given their product or warranties the product or above all making sure u get what u ordered or if not making sure they correct it. JC isn't just one of many that don't care. We need old school back. The days of our elders and given respect.

Order an alternator from this company received an email saying they were out of stock reordered it received an email saying it was out of stock reorder it again received another email saying it was out of stock they were ordering it from the same company each time it's been out of stock for weeks now I have a hold on my credit card for several hundred dollars takes 5 days to get back never shop with those guys they don't know what they're doing!
