I bought several products from JBL and they're by far the worst experience i had with aquarium accessories suppliers. Not only out of 3 products 2 of them were defective, but for the 3rd one they blamed me for "mismanipulation" , while nothing was specified in their instructions manual and refused to exchange/refund anything.
Avoid at all costs , worst customer experience even than chinese suppliers, and VERY expensive for the quality of the products they really provide.

Never known such a bad company from Germany. Utter crap.
Their stuff is crap, I bought a lot of monies worth of artemio products.. Only a 50% hatch rate!
Even your poor strainer that comes with the breeding kit does not let ANY brine shrimp through, it won't even let a SINGLE DROP OF WATER THROUGH!!! JBL = The worst aquarium items I have ever bought in my 28 years of aquarium keeping!
Customer service = No response 0/10, Never get any response on their website when you open a ticket.
JBL Brine shrimp breeding kit = 4/10, Impossible to use the useless piece of crap strainer as it doesn't work. It won't even let 1 drop of water through! The rest "looks" nice. I don't know how long it will last though as google searches show their kits break down a lot, especially the cheapo air pump that comes with it.
Brine shrimp eggs (JBL Artemio mix) = 5/10. 25.5C, 2 spoons of eggs / salt, only a 50% hatch rate! And I waited 48 hrs in total, (it was 40% hatch rate in 24hrs). Utter crap! I get more Brine shrimp from a cheap £10 hatch kit. It doesn't help that they can't even get their own business to agree on what ratios to use! The instructions in the box say 2 spoons but their official German website says 3 spoons.
They should be ashamed!
