As a reputable travel company dealing with International customers, would it be possible on your webpage and in all correspondence with International customers to make it visually obvious all costs are in $US. Even though this detail is covered in your terms and conditions it can easily be overlooked.

The staff were very eager to help us book a cruise - however we were interested in other excursions that might be available for our family while we were staying at a villa in Istria. Two separate agents assured us they could help with this and would get back to us - neither of them every did.

I wanted to stay a few extra nights in Dubrovnik after my cruise and asked Jauntee to suggest some hotels. All of their suggestions were very expensive. When I asked about more modest hotels I was told to just do it myself. Not great customer service.
