I knew nothing about this agency, but trusted them to arrange a trip for 22 family members to see where their great grandparents grew up in Croatia--(one near Split and one near Dubrovnik) The guide was excellent and all of the local guides also. I arranged for added days in Italy for some of the family, and they were very pleased with all of the accommodations and guides. Some of us went on to Prague and Berlin and everything went as planned. It so happens that I was just copying my photo album of the 2010 trip for a niece this week, so the trip is fresh in my mind. (I could not get the right photo posted.)

As a reputable travel company dealing with International customers, would it be possible on your webpage and in all correspondence with International customers to make it visually obvious all costs are in $US. Even though this detail is covered in your terms and conditions it can easily be overlooked.

We have had 2 great experiences with Jauntee now and will definitely use them again in the future. In 2013, we used them for a week long vacation throughout Croatia. They were so willing to help us figure out where we wanted to go and had great suggestions.

We had such a great experience, we reached out again and had them plan a larger multi family vacation throughout Germany. Even though they specialize in Croatian vacations, they did an amazing job coordinating everything for our Germany trip as well.

The staff were very eager to help us book a cruise - however we were interested in other excursions that might be available for our family while we were staying at a villa in Istria. Two separate agents assured us they could help with this and would get back to us - neither of them every did.

I used Jauntee Travel group for our cruise in Croatia. It was wonderful and have booked again this year.

She arranged the opportunities for us to reunite with family and took the time to listen to our requests accommodating each one. Excellent customer service, Maya was great!!!!!
I planed on coming in a day before the tour began and Maya booked the hotel room for me.

I wanted to stay a few extra nights in Dubrovnik after my cruise and asked Jauntee to suggest some hotels. All of their suggestions were very expensive. When I asked about more modest hotels I was told to just do it myself. Not great customer service.

Superb planning of a semi-custom tour of Croatia and Slovenia (17 day). We really appreciated the quality of our local guides and drivers. I can confidently recommend Jauntee for your Croatia vacation.

Tour guides were professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. Our tour exceeded our expectations on all levels. Wish we could go again !

We took a group of 10 to Croatia last September.
It truly was a trip of a lifetime. The small ship and crew where great!
So much to see and yet very relaxing. and the food in Croatia was fantastic.
I can go on and on, but instead GO NOW.
